Hi ther, i came to edit this post after further testing as i posted before I finally got the answer that most people have been asking all over, about moto x Xt1575 AKA pure edition that it supports Lte Band 20 800mhz. I know it's something impossible even on moto's site didn't mention it but I think some how it's there but they disabled it and stuff. If u want me to post a link to the site for checking it then I will... but for now here are some screenshots you can see and prove with your eyes, and i started to get lte as soon as i flashed Cdroid rom v3 idk mybe it triggered something im not sure but see the screenshots .. :victory:
where i live we only have two carrees with LTe support and they both work on Band 20 only, so this is why im so sure that this device has band 20 biult in.. lol anyways feel free to ask some qns
Thanks.

Moto XT1095 is NOT a Pure/Style edition, is the old second generation Moto X 2

Can anyone tell me if the portion of this video starting at 2:05 is true? Seems too good to be true. I only have one SIM and don't want to ruin it to try.

It's a fake... Lol
Although since launch there's people talking about dual sim, but sdcard not a chance... for sure.

I watched the video. That hack only works for devices that have the choice of a second sd card OR sd card.
I just got my phone on Friday, and I've been going through the settings and configuring things. I have not inserted a SIM card yet, since I'm waiting for my case to be delivered before switching to the A7 full time. I am keeping it stock for now. I ran into an issue when setting up the time schedule for Do Not Disturb. When I click on the days, Settings stops. Has anybody else had this problem with the stock ROM?

Gravity box has a do not disturb setting, adjustable for weekdays and weekends. Requires xposed, unlocked bootloader, root, etc.

Thanks for the info. That has come to be a "can't live without it" feature. Tasker to the rescue until ZTE fixes it.
Sent from my gooey, toasty LG G2 (D800); the Nexus 5 I never had.
I have one concern. While in the drive mode of Maps I'm able to get the compass properly. But while I'm on the walk mode or pedestrian mode the compass is always pointed to the north.
Someone also faced this issue.?
If I am not mistaken the G5 plus doesn't have a compass right (global editions)? Unless you het a US version

Hi everyone!
I'm wondering if anyone else is having the same issue as I'm having. After transferring through Oneplus Switch my old OP5 stuff to my 6T, it all was working fine despite the battery draining. After updating to 9.0.6 I thought to do a hard reset hoping to improve the OST and other speed issues.
After doing it, Google Play Store would allow me to download apps as normal for some hours, to then, join a loop in which all what does is keep the app (any app, not one in particular, any one that I've tried) on "Downloading" to end up not downloading anything, and if it eventually does would be extremely slow and after at least 10 minutes on said loop.
It happens both on Cell Data and on WiFi and it doesn't happens in any other devices. I've tried to do hard reset three times already and all of them ends up in the same way. I have done as well all the troubleshooting from Google with wiping cache of both Play Store and Play Services and all the apps are updated to the latest version.
Funny enough, I've been reading some people with similar issues or the same, and when "Battery Saver" is turned on, all the apps download as normal...
Any clues? Is so frustrating!

I'd recommend clearing app and cache data (for the Play Store app) and then try again. It may not help but it's more often than not the problem.
Thanks Archer, already tried... Nothing works.

Did you just wipe the cache,or,did you also wipe data (storage) ,from the Google Play Store app?
If you didn't wipe the entire data (storage),give that a shot, reboot, open the Google Play store app & see if it works OK afterwards.
Ad blockers may interrupt normal Google Play Store usage, make sure you whitelist Google Play Store if this is the case.

For me a reboot usually solved the issue.
Though clearing the data of Google Play services and Playstore and then rebooting might work.
If not then try turning the 'Play Protect' off, clearing Google Playstore data and rebooting. See if that helps.
Hi guys. I've tried both of the options and after I download one app it doesn't works again.

I'm sure others have suggestions that haven't been mentioned yet, hopefully someone has the answer.
However, once you've exhausted all possibilities,if you're willing to,go the nuclear option with a factory reset & do not use a backup/OnePlus Switch, set it up as a new device.
I don't blame ya if you are reluctant to go the reset option, but,I suppose you could use your previous backup or make one of what you have.
Worse case scenario, you can rule out a factory reset/new set-up doesn't help & go back to what you have now.
I've gone nuclear already lol, three times to be exact and I've set it up as new device. Last resource would be trying to remove the Google account (I got two) before doing the hard reset and try once again. If that fails I really don't know what else to do... Perhaps sending back to Amazon and ask for a new one, otherwise I'm lost!

Sounds like you've done more than your due diligence, perhaps signing-out of all accounts & one last reset doesn't do the trick, might as well send it back.
Amazon is usually easy as far as that goes, they'll likely send you a new one before they receive your RMA Return.
Please keep us posted with your progress, regardless of the final outcome. :good:
Will try that tomorrow as last resource, that's the only thing I've haven't done.
Otherwise, I'll need to fight with Amazon here in the UK :/

If the accounts sign-out/reset doesn't do the trick, perhaps a total re-install of everything might do the trick:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-6t/how-to/tool-6t-msmdownloadtool-v4-0-oos-9-0-5-t3867448
(This is the one for the unlocked/international version, definitely sign out of all accounts beforehand, just to be on the safe side)
I'm really grasping at straws at this point & this definitely exceeds the norm/any reasonable expectations of the consumer as troubleshooting goes.
Just thought I'd throw it out there,in the event this is more appealing than dealing with a return.
Mate thanks a million! I will definitely try to log out of all accounts and do a full wipe from the start up menu and see how it goes. At the moment is downloading, but takes up to ten minutes to start downloading and then starts up to install.
Never had this before, and I've had Android devices for nearly 10 years...

Just wondering. Mine is the EU version, 8 / 128, would this invalidate my warranty? Never done that far before!

Yeah,I've used the T-Mobile version & it works flawlessly.
If you have any questions, just ask around in the thread I linked.
Once you get it started, give it about 5-10 minutes to fully flash, you'll see it say done,or something to that effect,& a press any button to continue (re-boot the phone) once everything is done.
I'm having the same issue. Everything is stuck on download pending. Happens ever since the latest update.
A temporary fix for me is to disable > force stop > clear cache > enable and downloading apps would work a few times before being stuck in pending again.

Supposedly, that issue was addressed in the latest update (9.0.6),but,as with you, the OP & others, it's a hit or miss:

https://forums.oneplus.com/threads/oxygenos-9-0-6-ota-for-the-oneplus-6t.949615/
Good to see I am not the only one. Will be sending a bug report to OP and see if they fix it...

I've decided at the end to order a new one. Can't be bothered any longer with all the drama! Anyway would like to see if any other people has the same issue so if the new one does it as well, I can at least know how to fix it... Hopefully!

Best of luck with the replacement, see ya 'round the forum! :good:
Replacement fully set up and working fine.
Now, whilst waiting for it to arrive I've found a work around for the issue. Is to restore all apps settings. In the settings menu, apps, show all apps, top right (the three dots) and restore all apps settings. Restart the phone and then it works. Absolutely mental that we have to do all that!
