i have searched almost everywhere, but found no solutions,hence posting it here,
My phone is D802 32gb, cloudyFX rom, not under warranty.
your replies and suggestions will be appreciated,
the problem as goes
1)The phone refuses to start
--- when the phone is ON i long press the power button, and click on restart, the phone switches off but never switches on.
--- when the phone is OFF i long press the power button(8 secs, 30 secs, 60 secs too) but it does not start.
---i keep trying different combinations of power and volume buttons and it randomly starts after hundreds of attempt.
2) The phone refuses to charge
---I have tried N number of chargers but out of 100 times 98 times it does not charge, it just shows charging, even in the battery section but the battery drains normally.
---i plugged in the charger when the phone was 42% and it showed charging, led was lit, in the battery section it showed charging(AC) and when i saw after 1 hour it was 39% battery with still charging displayed on it.
3)A part of the screen from left vertically straight for around 1cm is unresponsive
---tried checking in quick memo, that part does not show up any updates.Sometimes when making a line or drawing something from the responsive part towards the non responsive it makes the line.
---Tried Developer options, show touches and that part does not recognize the touches.
am unable to use this phone due to this, as i am afraid if there is a need to switch off or restart the phone and i have to, it will not start.
Kindly let me know your valuable comments.
Good day XDA peeps! I have a problem with my S6e+. Sometimes the screen just randomly shuts off but I can still use the touchscreen. Example is if someone's calling me i will just swipe the screen to the right even if I cannot see anything because good thing I got the commands memorize in my head. It does that randomly.
It started doing this problem when I was using the fast charger. I noticed that when using fast charger my screen is just black, but I can use the touchscreen. It will light up around 80% battery (maybe when my phone is not hot anymore from charging). But when I untick the fast charging option, it doesn't make my screen black. But now, the problem is getting worse and worse. It sometimes shut off by itself. I need to try around 10-20 times by pressing the power button until it shows me the display. I've tried doing a clean install in Odin by flashing a stock MM 6.0.1 but the problem still persists.
What could be the problem of my phone? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
Suddenly one day,When I switched on Mobile data, My display went and not responding even after trying all the key combination(Power button+volume Key,etc). But when I plugged to charger, suddenly the battery display came and later booted normally. Charge was showing 80%. After that frequently it showed this issue. I thought it was battery calibration issue and drained battery and make it 100% 4-5 times. Then I formatted/factory reset it once. But still the problem is there. If I connected turbo charger,To become 2% it was taking more than 30 minute, That too when I unplugged and plugged again only it was increasing to 3%.
Also some times when we press power button, display will not go off. We need to click 2-3 times to make display off. Also when press to unlock the phone,it will not come other than we press suddenly with some pressure.
Recently I Changed display of my mobile due to a issue like display was flickering with we move and only one fourth of display was visible on screen. Please help me in this.
seems like a water/fog or mechanical damage
Hello, my friend's lg g2 keeps rebooting while plugged on charger, i even can't enter recovery mode or download mode, it reboots somewhere in the middle (for ex. text "loading" comes up and then phone switches off).
if i press power button the same happens but it doesn't loops as it does while charging.
i think is is mostly hardware problem because the battery is swollen, so am i right or not?
and also the screen is broken but i don't think i is the reason of problem
Hi, I have a Moto G4 XT1621 bought almost 6 months ago. Never had any type of problem, but two days ago I woke up, saw the hour just fine, and five minutes later I grabbed it to check notifications, and it was dead. The only sign of life the phone gave me was the blinking of the charging LED and the phone vibrating randomly when I pressed the power button. That night, the phone turned on, but the screen was always black, no backlight. I heard the boot up animation sound (the classic "HELLO MOTO!!!"), but the screen wasn't turning on.
Thinking it was a software failure, I've flashed the stock rom via fastboot (the phone connects in bootloader mode, but I can't see the bootloader screen), but the problem was the same: I can hear the boot up sound, and if right after the phone boots up I press the power button, I can hear the lock sound about 5 or 6 times, but apparently it turns off itself.
Sometimes, it can't boot properly; the boot up sound is cut before it ends, mainly in "HELLO MO...".
I really need help, I've tried everything: leave it charging for hours, tried a major amperage charger, pressing the power button + vol down for 2, 3 and for 5 minutes, disassembling it and reconnecting the battery, tried to turn it on without the battery, flash stock ROM, all kinds of wipes, etc.
The phone hasn't suffered from water damage, I didn't dropped it or anything like that. The screen connections nor the motherboard connectors does not presents any damage.
Any help is welcome .

It seems weird because the phone didn't have any issues, it just turned off and bye bye. I'm running out of options
Edit: needless to say that the phone don't stay that much powered on (5 seconds aprox. for the sound that the lock screen do), so I don't think this is a screen problem. If it was a screen failure, the phone will stay on.
Bad/good news?
Almost five minutes ago, I noticed that the screen on the phone is on, but slightly visible, almost impossible to see: you have to be in a fully darked room, and its backlight it's on, but it shows no sign of letters on the bootloader or boot animation whatsoever, it's just backlight.
Any ideas of what could it be? I'm almost decided that I need a screen replacement, but any ideas will be welcomed.
