I am new to this phone. I need to return to stock, kernel and rom. Can someone point me to the information to do this.
Currently rooted and on G900T_FOG6_TrapKernel, TrapKernel_OFG6.tar.md5.
Thank you in advance.
I figured out what I needed to know.

Thanks ahead of time to all those willing to help?
dev = developer rom. it means it may not be fully functional and they are still actively working on it as a group.
thanks-an answer to the first part-now to get the second part answered

Restoring the nandroid backup, will return your to the rom you backed up.
I recently put cm7 on to my phone but now I want to go back to stock. Is there an easy way to just flash my phone back over to stock whilst keeping my bootloader unlocked and phone rooted? Sorry I'm quite new to this. Cheers

Thanks amjad I never saw that
About to ask a question that's probably been asked a million times, but how easy is it to return to fully stock? I want to experiment with custom roms but I do love stock and may want to fully return so OTA updates work, basically as if it's out the box again (though I'll probably keep clockwork/root, unless I need to return it).
I'm on a Mac by the way, presume that will make a difference.
Thanks.
EDIT: Nevermind, spoke too soon & have found my answer. Please delete.
Hi everyone - thanks in advance for your help.
I have tried to get 4.4 paranoid android running on my nexus 4 - however, CWM is not working (can't enter recovery, nor can I flash it in ROM Manager -- it says "an error occurred while flashing your recovery"), and I do not have any of the google apps.
I have not gone into this stuff for many years (did it on an old xperia), but unfortunately got into this whole mess when I bought this nexus which I didn't realize until after was rooted. Anyhow, can someone please provide a link with a straight-forward step-by-step process for how I can get this phone working again, back to stock, with google apps and everything? In simple terms would be great, from start to finish.
I really do apologize in advance for my amateur knowledge coming into this. In essence, I am simply trying to get around issues that came up after having bought a rooted nexus 4. But now in flashing Paranoid Android CWM won't work and I can't flash any google apps as a result.
Thank you, thank you, and thank you.
Hello,
Actually, rooting yor phone is not the problem, btw you can check this link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2534160 to back your n4 to stock 4.4.
You will need to unlock your bootloader before, however it is simple and the instructions is on the link too.

Not sure what you are really asking. The decision is up to you. If you want to go back, then go back. Personally, I see no reason to but that's just me.
