[Q] HardBricked Motorola Razr M xt907 qhsusb_dload - Droid RAZR M Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hard Bricked Motorola Razr M xt907 with unlocked bootloader. After the flash official firmware 4.4.2 with RSD phone just died and is not turning on.
Bootloader has been opened. RSD sees it as QHsusb_dload. I have charged the battery on the other working board, but bricked board is not still responding to pressing buttons and does not enter in fastboot mode.
Can you help me please?

It's hard-bricked, there's nothing you can do right now. However, take a look at this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2934432 . They are working on a fix.

[Q] Razr M is half-bricked, half-not. Help?

Okay, so I've rooted and all before but it's been almost two years (last phone I rooted was a Samsung Fascinate).
So I was working on flashing MIUI to my razr m, I have it rooted but not unlocked. Using Safestrap, I followed all the directions here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2189196, up until the point where it said to flash eclipse. Me being a n00b, tried flashing MIUI instead, thinking this meant to flash the ROM of my choice.
Now my razr is showing the "AP Fastboot Flash Mode screen", and at the bottom it says "Failed to hab check for boot: 0x56 Fastboot Reason: Boot Failure.
I've tried holding power + vol up + vol down, and it gives me some options, but if I select one of them, it does nothing, and instead goes back the aforementioned screen after a few seconds.
Anyone know a way I can get out of this? I don't care if I have to wipe everything, everything's safely in another place.
Respond quickly, and thank you!

I've been trying RSD lite, but it doesn't seem to be recognizing my device. Nothing happens when i click "show device" or "start" and it doesn't give me the option for "decompress and start flashing". But the phone does appear in device manager, and I've tried somewhere around 8 different USB cables.

Hd or m just use the xml, also known as the strange fxz, for your phone.
My signature has more links
Try using rsdlite 6.1.4 if.
FIXED IT!

This helped, thank you! I used House of Moto, and even with that RSD wouldn't pick up my device. So i chose fastboot in the House of Moto menu and all was well. My phone is back to stock, and i think I've learned my lesson about flashing without being unlocked. Thanks again, now I don't have to use my backup: a three-year-old blackberry bold. lol.

[Q] HELP!!!

i had rooted the defy+ & installed cm7(i think because it had been a long time ago) for my friend
my friend did a reset on the phone since it was slowing down...
i think it has bricked...
because it doesn't turn on also
he got it checked at the service center, they said they have to change its motherboard
i doubt that....
i think the battery is dead too
will it charge even if the phone is bricked???
now how do i restore the phone back to stock????
any kind of suggestions will be appreciated
Use the Motorola factory cable guide to make the cable which should get you to the boot loader if your motherboard is fine

it's turn off (take the battery out if it's getting stuck at boot to make sure) then hold down power and vol UP to get to the boot loader
If you get no response with factory cable, your device may be hard bricked

could u please explain it???
i have asked my friend to get the cable
is there a link that you can post??
EDIT: battery is charging via usb now
THANKS to @sevenrock
is it possible that the bootloader could be deleted???
because i was goin through some threads
twrp erased the internal storage along with the bootloader
thats what he claims...
just curious...
is dat possible?
btw i left the phone overnight connected(not the original moto cable, used sony cable) to my macbook pro(running win 8.1)
still the same
in rsd lite nothing shows up even after pressing down power+volume up
The McGyver method is very dangerous I would have sugested you not to use it because in my case I will never have the possibility of charging my phone via usb cable but with an universal charger and it can't be reverted so you are warned now,
Are you sure your battery is now charged to enter bootloader? It can't be erased, if not, then charge your battery with an universal charger then try to enter bootloader

Try a flash, if you have a black screen after flash try a bl7 sbf(dfp 231)
You can also try ticking ti omap blank flash in rsd

after seeing thekguy mentioning abt dfp 231 i just remembered that i had flashed that sbf when i had rooted the phone
the phone booted after flashing bl7 sbf(dfp 231)
i guess the phone was bricked
& when it gets bricked... it goes to bootloader i guess
because i didnt have to press any buttons to go into bootloader
i just connected to rsd lite & flashing started & the screen lit up saying "SW update in progress"
Thank you guys for all the help & suggestons:good:

relock htc desire 820 dual sim

how to relock desire 820 dual sim , please help me , my phone has been bricked.
If your phone is bricked, relocking bootloader wont help.
The problem is, if your phone is bricked, you cant even boot it into whatever mode cuz' it is corrupted.

Sir, Yes My phone is not booting . There is no method for relocking ?
What do you mean by not booting?
Can you at least see the green hTC boot screen?
If you can, your phone is not dead yet.
If not, your phone is probably dead. In this case, try to connect your phone to a computer and see what it detect as, if it is like QCLoaderxxxx, then your phone is bricked and sadly cannot be revived.

XT907 Bricked trying to update using mfastboot

I had a RAZR M xt907 on 4.1.2 and I was trying to update it through RSDlite to unlock its booloader, unfortunately no version of rsdlite could detect my phone. So i went ahead and tried to update it by mfastboot flashing (NON-HLOS.bin,boot.img,system.img,recovery.img).
Now the phone won't move past setup wizard, the touch is not responding there.
The phone is low on battery and I have tried everything short of opening up my phone to get it to charge.
Can someone please help me?
