These are not yet shown on the website.
I can confirm that these work fine. A good way for a clean install without the OTA baggage as its a full rom install.
Here is an easy way to install it
https://forums.oneplus.net/threads/oneplus-one-clean-install-for-xnph38r.148458/
WARNING: This method will delete all other data on the device, and also reset tampered and relock flags (so make any backups first!)

That is great. Thanks.

Dont get this, what is the difference between this one and the one released a week ago?

The one last week was 38r which is a patch that is applied over 32r. (33r ? can't remember)
This is a full system image, so if you want a clean install this is what you would use

The one released last week was an update over 33R, this is a full ROM install so it cuts out the need to be on 33R and install straight to 38R.

This one is the fastboot version.....need to be flashed from fastboot and erase everything including internal storage contains..

EDIT - removed...

Thanks

Well done. You may want to consider renaming the thread to something more specific - include version, date etc., because "new" tells nothing.
Looking into the zip I can see modem patches - presumably it´ll be the same radio upgrade like we got for DE version, also OTG USB storage fix and probably something more, because the zip is 2,5MB bigger than the German one. Maybe later I´ll flash US firmware and apply this OTA to check it.

Copy zip to your sdcard and go to recovery, probably you will have to hold volume up and power together for some 3 secs to get in. Then apply update from sdcard.

I pulled this update but haven't applied it. I have your languages mod installed along with custom font and logo.bin. Would there be any problem flashing this update?
Also, I have custom recovery (TWRP), so would I have to switch back to stock recovery? (And where is it available?)

Yes, you have to restore your decice to clear 4.4 before applying this ota. Because if you try it to install you'll have bootloop
And with this "minor" update my led starts blinking on missing calls

I have stock ROM, but I flashed S0be's languages mod and this also included the H,H+ icons.
Warning: if you look a few posts up, he says this mod has problems with this update. For now, I'm not going to apply the update. In fact, I might be flashing Cyanogenmod soon.

Major Wakelock Issues

I am having major wakelock issues on my OPO running PA 4.45. The battery life is impacted pretty badly and its incredibly annoying. It also seems like there is more then one wakelock keeping it awake, I have tried a few different solutions including greenify and juice defender (yes I am rooted) I know there are other threads about this and none of them seem to help... I'm sorry if I sound like a massive noob, but I'm new to this whole deal (I'm a iOS convert). I'm also very sorry that I cannot post any links to pictures as I have not yet met the requirement of 10 posts...
Sent from my One using Tapatalk
I will also note that the 'awake' bar is %100 blue whereas the 'screen on' bar is correct and shows blue only when the screen has been on.

They didn't work in 4.45 because of an update to the api last year. Again, the version you are on is almost a year old. Unsupported and old as ****

So to switch to 4.46 beta 6 I just download the flashable .zip and put on my phone, clear the cache and dalvik and then flash the .zip and it should be good because I'm going from one 4.4.4 rom to another? Sorry if these questions are stupid obvious... I'm still a major noon at this and trying to learn the ropes.

So I upgraded to 4.6 beta 6 and the OTA updates are coming through for lollipop and all of them get me stuck in boot loops, I have tried wiping the cache/dalvik after getting stuck in the bootloop and it does nothing... I have to revert back to the NANDroid backup I made. The wakelock issue also persists.

You need newer firmware to update to lollipop.
For your wakelock issues, have a look at Google. Their services are known causes.

Not too sure where you are but i would suggest going back to stock again as you need this even to manually install an OTA.
For me i downloaded this file;
http://androidruu.com/getdownload.p...61_56.02.50306G_2_F_release_426728_signed.zip
Renamed the file 0PJAIMG.zip and put it on the external SD card. The card should be formatted FAT32 and nothing apart from the zip should be on there. When you reboot into download mode, you will be prompted to flash the zip.
This will wipe your data, so backup what you need
Once you get back to stock the OTA should start
would the zip let you open it? ......Thanks will give it ago will message back if its worked or not cheers
You don't really need to open it.
Just rename as indicated and copy it to the external SD card etc.

I don't think I've ever stopped on a T-Mobile/EE rom for longer than a week. They're normally well behind even the other UK networks with updates.
I'll stay on 2.10.401.1 anyway. I doubt EE will be this fast with any future minor updates.

Marshmallow 6.0.1 security update released, April 2016 (MMB29X)

Available at:
https://developers.google.com/android/nexus/images#shamu
At a minimum it should fix the CVE-2015-1805 vulnerability. If you see any other changes post here.
The bootloader and the radio are the same as mmb29v.

Hey all. Ive been off the scene since July. I finally got my replacement N6. As soon as I turned it on, It had this update rarin to go so I installed it. Is this going to have any effect on unlock, root, custom recovery? I ask because it is brand new stock untouched other than the update.
Thanks Fellas

So, I was on the 6.0 Build for a long time but finally decided it was time to update. I moved up to this build and have had some issues. Before I just replaced the Hosts file to get ad blocking. But with the 6.0.1 builds the System is full. Easy workaround was creating a symlink to a hosts file that is placed in /sdcard/ But in this build it seems like it isn't doing any ad blocking. Anyone have any ideas why?
Thanks
Basically I have 3 wants aside from stock, I don't root so I can keep Android Pay, I want ad-blocking, and edit the Build.prop to net.tethering.noprovision=true

No, its a Nexus. But look into the new SuperUser by Chainfire, it is systemless now. So version 2.67 or higher. Also the system partition is full now. You cant write to it without deleting a couple of items first like unused keyboards.
I have seen so many new versions of Viper, and as I said in my previous post I turned on my phone from brand new, fast boot, unlocked bootloader and rooted. I installed TWRP, version 3001. So at this moment I am stock rooted with TWRP version MMB29X. Can anyone kindly point me to the best and correct TWRP flashable version of Viper? Without V4A, I feel like I have half a phone. Thanks to anyone who can give me a hand. Peace guys.

Actually that's not true. It mostly depends from which DP you started receiving updates. eg. I clean installed DP5, which had some features removed (eg. night mode, and it's also missing from the final), whereas someone who started clean from DP1 will have it on the final. For the final I guess they were waiting to update the Google Apps, such as Connectivity Services which got updated after the final OTA.

It's really really really hard to root this phone. Fastboot flashing TWRP then flashing SuperSU in TWRP is tough. I don't know how I ever did it.
When someone that knows what they are talking about says Android is getting harder to root, they mean for those that initially find it (chainfire), not the user. For you and I, it's only a matter of flashing a cute little zip in our custom recovery.

I understand that, but I read this article (a month old) talking about the secure boot and only being able to boot and use partial operating system features if it detects corruption, such as rooting.
