You can use Link2sd instead

S2E on CM 11
You should use S2E_mod by @psyke83 because Link2SD, App2SD, Data2SD, etc. may conflict on CM 11.

Fyi,amarullz script does work on both CM 9 and 11
Tested it on CM 9 beta 5 and unoffocial as well as CM 11 nightly though as they.are still indev, the wifi will not function proper(there is fxr wifi fix,but only a temporary solution)and various bugs but it still works.

How to make app2sd work in CyanogenMod 9 nightlies?
I have 1gb ext partition and it works with any other rom.

Use Link2SD from the Play store or see the A2SD discussion for NexusHD2, as I assume the solutions would be largely the same as for the CM9 nightlies.
I've tried to flash 40ad2sdx-a2Recovery.zip but it didn't work out.
Thank you =)

[Q] From Quarx CM10 To CM 7.2 Safely?

Hi, I have been using a Quarx version of CM10 for a while. I'm having problems with the battery drain, so I want to downgrade to cm 7.2.
Now I'm a bit confusing about how I can do it safely. So I want to ask you! Thanks for your attention.
I'm using Kernel: [email protected]#1
CyanogenMod version: 10-20120924-NIGHTLY-mb525
I'm not sure If I must change the kernel because i'm using a gb kernel.
Thanks again!
just format as ext3 and flash as always..wipe dalvik/cache..

I'll try that. I only wanted to be sure that I'm using the correct kernel.
Thanks a lot

There's only option to Share SD Card, drivers, system, data...

Good, I'll see and tell if that works for me!
The tool to format in ext3 is located into the bootmenu: format there and then switch to recovery without rebooting, wipe dalvik and flash your rom

and it is working but i want to try and newer roms.
So today i have try the AuroraSP.
I have recovery 5.0.2.8 (and i have try with 5.0.2.7)

hi
thanks for this, i have use ezet's CM 7.2 and it is good.
I have see that you have use AuroraSP (in your signature).
How about speed and battery about ezetCM7 and AuroraSP? it is similar or not?
Also you have any idea what is wrong in my previous post?
thanks a lot
Hello, first of all you should install official 2.3 gingerbread from Huawei and root it. After that you should be able to install aurora without problem.
There is a thread on the developer section on how to install and root official Rom.

Speed is better on Aurora that's for sure and about battery i don't remember well i don't have CM7 and haven't tried anymore more than 1 year but drains a little more if you use 2G and turn off Wifi and then you can save battery.
If must have GB on your phone after that you should install any other custom roms since from CM7 to CM 10 and of course Aurora too. Remember when update from different kernel please format system, data and cache with together all 3 wipes.

it is working when i install CM72 but not in aurora.
i have wipe system data cache but still not luck. In the boot i have just see the huawei logo.
any idea?
If you have ezet's Rom then you are at .32 kernel and need to install official Rom first. Just read my previous post. If not then sorry..

Just one question.
There are some devices of galaxy S family with Encryption Unsuccessful error and broken smartphone SD card
For working with some soft correctly it is need to have patch for internal and external sd swap.
But on 4.4 patching is impossible. All changes must be done in kernel ramdisk.
Is it possible to have flashable Vibrant kernel of your Un CM11.
And maybe you can make special version of your kernel with swapper SD, like it was done in Neat Kernel foe Captivate
How come when I flash a new Rom, the error "unfortunately the process android.process.media has stopped" comes up like every 5-10 seconds. Is there a way to fix this??

galaxy n7100 mods

hello all xda members
I need little advice on my mobile phone
I buy a new galaxy note 2 n7100 firmware N7100XXUENC3 on android 4.3
now I want to swap my internal 2 external SD I read that I need a custom kernel or rom with Init.D support
but I cant a kernel to work on my mobile device what I have try
Perseus Kernel (only black screen after Samsung logo)
speedwizz kernel N2 (works but I get kernel panic random reboots)
kernel Asylum (not work black screen)
roms I have try to swap sd bot non its working
miui v5
omega roms
cayanogenmod 11
Hurricane v12
but witch kernel or rom need I to use that work and swap my sd i need some extra memory
Devil Kernel has init D support, try it

I have it running now only I cant see my storage using pc with this kernel
and no swap support I cant swap my external to internal SD
I have try over 10 guides but not 1 its working
did you know a way to swap my SD card
Perseus is only for 4.1.2 not 4.3. Agni kernel has the memory swap built in so that is your best bet. Have a look at foldermount as well, that is good for moving files to ext so card
