Unfortunately you didn't tell us any details of how often or under what circumstances this happens. What type of subjects your were shooting, what camera mode you were in or if you have seen any pattern in this issue. I am not going to follow youtube links when you could have described it here.
The problem doesn't occur on my S5 and without any information to go on it's not possible to narrow down the possibilities of why it might be affecting you. All that I can suggest is that you look for a pattern or try a different camera app.

Sorry I didn't mentioned about it. Let me give you more detail.
I used auto mode for every picture and I always focus on my hairy teddy bear.
I always tap on the area which have higher contrast within it in order to make my S5 easier to sense the focal point.
Here is some picture that I have got.

That's a pretty cool bear.
Try taking the photo pointing in the same direction as natural light rather than a lightbulb or something

It's quite difficult to diagnose a problem like this. If you are unsure that you're using correct settings or if it's a hardware problem I'd suggest taking it into the store where you bought it from and they will be able to assist you further.

Possibly not a focus problem per se, but the auto modes tendency to choose show shutter speeds in low light - meaning that you get the animation /message that you have to hold the camera still. Which really isn't possible to do unless you use a tripod. The solution for that would be to use brighter, preferable natural light where the auto mode works great, or use manual mode in the existing light, choosing a faster shutter or use a third party camera app, rather than the stock camera.
Keep in mind that I am just guessing at the cause. We appreciate you posting some sample shots and explaining a little. That really helps. But I don't think that you understand that is only a tiny drop in the bucket of information that is needed to methodically figure out what is going on.
Almost for sure it's not a hardware issue. But without a lot more information, it's just short of impossible to narrow down. We're really just throwing out guesses. The essence of troubleshooting is to look for a pattern or anomaly, which is hard to do without specific information e.g. EXIF data, aperture, shutter speed, results of same shot in low light /bright light, auto mode /manual mode, camera version, whether the problem also occurs with a different camera app, etc.
I'm sure that you find this frustrating, but troubleshooting is actually a lot of work if done in any logical manner. Best guess is that the type of shot you are doing ran into a weak spot on this camera. Which in short is superior, very good in bright light. And weak in low light. No phone camera is perfect.. various phones compromise in various aspects.. the S5 camera stumbles a bit in low light. But you can work around that by learning how the different settings work. Or by using a different camera app.

Thank you very much for your explanation. I forgot to say that I have already turned off the picture stabilization function, so is the light intensity still affect the focusing problem?
At the same time, I believe that the problem is not from the shutter. Because if I hold my hand stable, I can take a clear picture. (if the focus point is correct.) But the problem is... before I take picture, the camera cannot find the focus point even I tap on the point that I want to focus. (for example: I tap on the teddy bear's nose, the camera focused on a wrong distance though the focus indicator turns green.)
At the meantime, anyone can suggest me a good camera app?

I have the same Problem when my S5 is too warm.
Direct after charging or after navigate (direct sun on the phone) the focus is not correct.
If it is cold, it works fine.

Sounds stupid but have you taken the clear lens protection off the camera glass from when you first got the phone? It's almost invisible and took me a few weeks to realise it was still on..

I've taken it off, but mine is quite thick and easy to realize.

I to am having this same problem, tried all the things in this thread and still no avail. It does it while taking almost every pic.
I though it was a setting but ive tried multiple diff settings.
Sent from my Sexy Samsung S5

Yep same thing here too, it seems the focus can't lock on. Takes multiple tries to get it right.

Anyone have the solution?
Samsung care fix is not available for me as I rooted my S5 (knox voided)
Please

My s5 does exactly this also! I have been noticing it more and more and its frustrating.
It annoys me that sometimes while focusing or for a split seconds it has the focus right and then loses it. Or that sometimes the autofocus is "finished" and everything is in focus like i want it and if i don't take the picture right away, in 2 seconds it goes all blurry. And this has been me just testing the focus and the phone, if i was trying to take a picture with someone or of something that needed to be faster i would get the photo.
Any news on this? Is it a hardware problem or a software problem? Im starting to regret going for the s5 to be honest

8525 camera is dying

My 8-month old (Cingular) 8525's camera is acting weirdo. [See below]. The viewscreen likewise has this kind of view. Moreover, I've noticed that since this happened, my battery life became CONSIDERABLY shorter, from 100% to shutdown in a matter of 8 hours standby. I could get 2-3 days out of my battery prior to this issue. Could this be a battery issue or something internal?

have you tried setting the camera settings to default? Also make sure that the bar inbetween the plus and minus signs at the bottom left corner area of the screen when the camera is on, make sure that the middle bar is selected and that the number above is 0, and not in the negative or positive. My contrast, or sharpness, or whatever that section symbolizes was in the negative one time, and I though that my camera sucked for about 2 days, before I fixed it back to zero.
A hard-reset did not fix it.
I feel this is not a software but a hardware problem. However it is most likely just that the push in connector for the camera has worked loose. (Not uncommon)
This is not a major dismantle:
Relevant pics:
Above: Back casing removed. The camera is shown with its connector disappearing below the scroll wheel assembly on the right.
Above here we see the camera connector above the scroll wheel connector shown as a white block.
Below the removed Scroll Wheel assembly. This was held in place by a single screw (Screw hole above beside connector)
Move to the next post - four picture limit so I need another post!!
Mike
Above you see the camera removed. The push in connector has multiple pins. To re-seat press in and pull out two or three times to ensure good contacts. Reseat firmly and re-assemble.
Mike
PS Don't forget that Macro button toggle arm is located properly before replacing back casing screws!!
I want to take out the 2mp camera from my 8525 (hermes) and put a 3mp camera instead possibly from the 8925 (tilt) has anyone tried this before please let me know I don't want to do this unless I know it can be done successfully.

The problem with giving advice on this is that without testing it, it's difficult to be sure where the problem lies.
I would take out the camera module again. Thoroughly clean the contacts - perhaps even with a mildly abrasive emery paper. (afterall it's not working anyway so not much to lose).
If that fails then I suspect the camera module needs replacing, BUT it might be a fault on the board it plugs into. For this reason it's probably more cost efficient to buy a camera module fro a Hermes that's being parted out for spares rather than buying a new camera.

Sorry, I don't know. I have my doubts that it would work and the two cameras have different specs. I think. You could check the Service Manuals for each to compare.

Thanks for the timely reply. I don't have access to the service manuals but I did look at the 8500 replacement parts lists and the camera was not listed. What is the going rate for a used 8500 unit for parts?

Or look/ask in the Marketplace Forum here at XDA-Devs.

I was just informed that there was an 8500 which was an 8525 without a camera? Does the camera have any supporting motherboard hardware on this phone? Can I just drop in an 8525 camera unit?

Don't know, but if you use the 8525 manual to dismantle the 8500 (nothing major just back cover removal and scroll wheel board), then you will have your answer. Under the scroll wheel board should be a push in multi-connector for the camera. See pics above.
You would also need the camera software - but that's floating around here.

You'd need to look under the Scroll wheel board on the 8500 to see if the multi-connector socket is present but unused. You can predict what it looks like by looking at the camera connector on page one of this thread. I think there is a good possibilitythat it is there because I have heard that in models with no front camera, the board does have the socket and a camera can be installed. Of course the problem is that you'd need a new rear cover.

mike i did what you told but nothing changed =( and finally i opened the cameras lens.in it there is only a cmos sensor..my question is where is the necessary chips or other stuff to work the camera? on the mainbord or cameras inside?
just asking

There are camera tweaks - I'd have to do searches on "camera fix" etc to find them. Have a look around, but remember, the Hermes camera is one that really only works well in good sunlight.

Something's not right with my camera...

Hey everyone,
Something's not right with my camera(rear). At first, it works. Then, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt. Eventually, it deteriorated to working occasionally and now, extremely rarely. Lol. When i turn my camera on, all I see is a screen full of broken green lines. My phone is only 9 months old. Is this a sign of hardware failure? Here's how my camera looks like now.

Hehe, looks like mines sometime 2 or 3 time in 1 year, and allways when the phone is low battery , but later back to work.
bye (sorry for my poor english )
It's because the push on camera connector is loose:
Pop off the back casing, unscrew the jog wheel board and remove camera and then re-seat it's connector. Reassemble (remember to line up the camera macro lever with back case - and all will be well. Warranty Voiding of course.
Mike
If its still under warranty, then take it in for warranty fix. You may have to change you os and downgrade your spl back to how it was shipped though or they may charge for repairs...
Cheers...
yea i thought so too. initially i thought the camera connector was loose cause sometimes it works, sometimes not. i went to a local service centre (non-authorized) and they told me the lens is broken. i didnt agree, but they were supposed to be the pros..
anyway, thanks mod for the detailed pictures. warranty is already void.
but, i'm rather skeptical about removing the thing by myself. is it dangerous? will anything go wrong? lol sorry about my paranoia.

Well, more fiddly than difficult. 4 screws (torx No 6 screwdriver). Then use a plastic case opening tool or a plastic knife to release the casing (bottom end first) Work your way round till you've removed tha back. Then remove the screw holding the jog wheel. It then slides up and off. Now use the plastic tool to lift the camera connector. I would pu**** in again and off again a few times before finally inserting it. This helps clean off any oxidisation from the contacts. Reassemble and don't for get to line up the little lever on the camera with the switch on the back casing. Test that macro switch before finally putting the four screws back in again.
This is not a major dismantling and you do not need to remove the main circuit boards or interfere with any of the main connectors.

Well it's relatively rare for them to be broken as opposed to just loose BUT there will be the odd one that is actually broken. Sadly, if you have checked everything softwarewise and the connector then it looks as if you need a new camera.
Perhaps you can ask around here for anyone selling off parts. What part of the pwrld are you in?
Mike
hi mike,
apparently, after replying to this thread, i made a soft reset and the camera worked. it worked for some time, maybe a couple of hours until i decided to make a soft reset again. Then, it didnt work anymore. So what does this tell me? Most probably it is loose? I was thinking of sticking layers of double-sided tapes on top of the connector so when i put the back case back on, it will push the double-sided tapes that will in turn push the connector to stay put on its place. Do you think this is viable?
Yeah i have thought of asking around here for people whose workplace doesnt allow them to use a camera or people with bricked devices to sell me their camera, if mine is really broken.
Thanks for your help Mike. Hope to hear from you soon

Well the mystery deepens. Did you take the connection out and in a few times?
I am a little concerned though that a soft reset alters the state of the camera. That suggests a software issue, although it does not rule out a poor connection.
I can't remember if you did a hard reset?

I figured out that the connector must be loose. Another attempt on fixing the camera came with a similar result. Works at first, then not anymore. I then thought maybe there is a tiny gap between the connector and the jog wheel circuit board that allowed the connector to come loose.
So, I made a little modification by layering the connector with thin pieces of tapes until it fills up the small gap. Now it is "forced" to stay in place.
Another thing, after the mod, my phone failed to vibrate so I searched the forum and found one of your replies to a similar problem. Followed your instructions (again) and now everything works like a charm. I love my hermes. lol
Thanks again Mike, for everything.
btw mike, just out of curiosity, how can I improve the pic quality of my Hermes' camera? I've read about a hardware mod which removes the transparent front plastic cover. How about softwares? Although I highly doubt so, but is it possible to fix better cameras from other HTC phones to a Hermes?
Well! hopefully your fix is a permanent one
Regarding camera software - there are some that say the cool camera software by ateksoft (not free) is easier to use and takes better pictures.
Personally I find Hermes pics ok in good light and not worth taking in poor light. The flash is wortless for taking pics at night (unless you're taking a Macro pic. How often do you take Macro pics at night!!??)

CoolCamera is the way to go.
Not that the actual quality is so much better, but the CoolCamera software seems much more stable. Far fewer pictures are blurry as it seems to snap them faster, in my experience.
arrgh deng..
mike. the camera do work now. but some problems occurred while i was playing with it. while i was moving about and turning around, some green vertical stripes started appearing and disappearing, more extreme when im pointing my camera towards a scene with high glaring. then, i did a little experiment. i covered my camera lens with a piece of leather. Then, no matter how i move or turn the camera around, the green lines did not appear. I'm guessing that this has something to do with the amount of light captured by the camera lens, which led me to think that my camera lens may actually be broken.
what do you think mike?

Possible I suppose though I'm a little doubtful due to the random nature of the problem. I recall you had it looked at at a repair shop and they said the lens was broken - maybe they are correct. Just seems odd that after firming up the connector it seems to have improved. (even if it's not 100%) It may be that the connector itself is fine but possible one of the connector wires is cracked - just a thought.

A Day With My New N1! [Long Read]

I just got though a day with my N1 and so far I am very impressed.
I was bored all morning waiting for my N1 to arrive. I was refreshing the Fedex tracking page about every 15mins. I got bored and played some video games to pass the time. After I finished a good game of Team Fortress 2 I refreshed the page. It said out for delivery, so I decided to walk up to my door and just look out. To my surprised the Fedex guy was right in front of my door about to ring the door bell. I signed off my name and got my N1.
When I first booted up the phone the first thing that jumped at me was the colors of the N1 logo. They were very nice and jumped out at me, but not too much. Then the boot animation came up. It was laggy at first but as it went though the boot up process it got ALOT smother and look very very nice.
After the phone booted up and I unlocked it the first thing I noticed was the screen. It was freaking huge and the colors looked great (still is a bit over saturated though but just a bit.)
Now about the speed. Everything on this phone is fast, however it seems as if it's skipping some frames. I don't know if this is just me or everybody but it doesn't bug me too much since it's still pretty quick.
At about 2:15 I had to go pickup my sister from school. On my way there I got a text message. When I got to a stop light I read the message then used to Speech to Text feature to reply. It works perfectly. I was very pleased.
Later at about 4:00 I was invited to hangout with some friends to celebrate someones birthday. They were having the party at a place I've never been to before. I asked my friend what the name was, searched in Google Maps and used the Navigation to get there. I heard that the phone would that the LED would light up green, yellow, and red to tell you how the traffic was but I got no such indication. As I arrived at my destination the phone pulled up a street view of my destination. My friends were impressed. Also the phone is still pretty quick while in navigation mode. A tad bit of lag but 100x faster than the G1 or myTouch while navigating. My myTouch would lag horribly if I ever got a call while navigating.
Later I decided to take some pics and videos to test the phone out.
I took a photo with the phone but it was still kinda dark so I thought it didn't flash. So I went into the options and forced it on and this is what I got. The flash on this phone sucks but it's better than no flash *cough*iPhone*cough*

I also took some video of my friends messing around it was pretty dark still so the frame rate wasn't at its best but it still looked decent and watchable. I tried to upload the videos to youtube but it said that the files were to large to upload over 3G and said it was waiting for a WIFI connection.
*Fast Forward*
When I get home I try to upload the videos. They all failed. However youtube was doing maintenance at the time (I wasn't aware at first) so that was probably the problem.
Also I wasn't able to charge my phone all the way up when I got it today. I got it up to about 75% before I left. When I got home it was at 18%. Most likely because I used it a lot and installed some apps while I was on the go. As well as taking pictures and recording. So I'm still uncertain about the battery life. I will however be getting a car charger so I don't have to deal with that as much.
Other Things [Random]:
-When I dim the screen on my phone I get a purplish tint its kinda annoying but I know I'll get used to it. When the screen is on brighter levels it goes away.
-I find the touch sensitive buttons a bit annoying. While I was recording a video I didn't notice but I accidently held down the search button thus bringing up the voice command box which stopped my recording >:[
Still the buttons are easy to press for me I don't know why people are complaining about them.
-The screen is very responsive it will respond to the slightest touch.
-I wish I had the option to change the option from Silent to Vibrate in the lockscreen. I never have my phone on silent I would prefer to have it on vibrate to keep it quiet.
-The launcher looks cool but it feels awkward and will jump to rows. I prefer the old method where when you let go of the screen while sliding though apps it doesn't move.
-The thing (idk whats called) where you can see all your homescreens as cards on the bottom is sort of useless with only 5 screens. Might be more useful with 7 but its nice to have anyway.
-I did notice my phone jump from Edge to 3G a couple times but it wasn't that bad. It's a software issue so it'll be fixed soon anyway.
-Right now I have some unread posts in Twidgit. Instead of getting the usual purple led notification, my trackball is blinking white a couple times. I'd like some color. Again this is not a dealbreaker.
-Interactive wallpapers only work on places where an Icon should be. For example on the nexus wallpaper if your screen is filled you can't interact with the wallpaper anymore even if you press an area where there is no icon.
-Browser is fast as hell. Almost feels like my desktop. Something was wrong with Engadgets browser test.
-Facebook is integrated well, I now have my FB friends in my contacts list but notifications don't work for some reason.
-Google voice is better integrated than it was on the myTouch but works the same.
-Speaker isn't anything special in fact i think my old myTouch had a better speaker...however the phone sounds great when I plugin my headphones. This isn't much of a issue anyway since the only thing that my phone does with the speaker is ringtones or video.
-Seems to charge slow on my laptop but when I plug it into the wall the charges up really quick.
Overall I am very impressed with this device it feels like my myTouch on steriods with some extra features.
That's all for now. If you want me to check or try anything out with the phone let me know.

Sorry, Engadget did a test of the N1, Droid, and iPhone and the two android phones lagged behind but from what I've seen the browser is really fast. You can see Engadgets test here: http://www.viddler.com/explore/engadget/videos/869/2.211
cache loading suspected! good read, thanks

The reason he said it sucks is because it was a FAIL test. For one, they had a pre-production model, two- They had an optimized version for the iPhone (check the URL) and lastly, the N1 is NOT that slow. It takes maybe 18 seconds to load it..
try THIS video.

Huh? The url is the same on the iphone, "www.engadget.com"?
Could you take a screen shot of what it looks like when you get a text while on the lock screen? I cant seem to find an image of it online. thanks
Oh nevermind, just checked out the Handcent sms app
Thanks for a fairly detailed usage review!

Facebook issue I think I read a fix on that go to your Facebook account setting on your desktop. Select "Notifications on Android Phone".
On the charge because the your laptop usb ports is only output max 500mA of power and your wall charger is output 980mA of power.

Display touching problem of Atrix

In order to be more focusing on this display problem of Atrix, I started this new post. And I hope every user who encounters this problem can leave a reply here.
Summary of the problem:
Wherever you touch on the screen, if you touch on the exact same spot for more than around 20 seconds, the touching signal will be lost. You have to retouch onto the screen to have the response back. You can identify the problem through some apps called "multitouch test" as they can visualize your touch but this problem is not related to multitouch.
On daily use, this is not a problem because you can hardly keep touching on the same position for more than 20 seconds. However, it is very annoying while you are playing games with atrix. For example, minisquadron, gun bros and Guerrilla Bob. These games require you keep touching the same position so as to "FIRE" a gun. You will notice your gun stop firing after sometime even though you are still holding the fire button.
For fixing the problem, I have sent a few emails to motorola and made a call with motorola. Finally I just received an aceptable reply:
Dear Consumer
Thanks for reaching out to Motorola for help. We could not immediately answer your question, so we are sending it on to our expert team for help. Please be patient while our experts evaluate your question. They will respond to you soon.

Thank you for your attention.

so this thread is just for people that have the bug to post? if so then I have it with my Bell atrix
This explains a problem I'm been having when browsing. I always use landscape mode and when reading lengthy pages apparently i'm exceeding 20 seconds at which point the touch screen loses my touch and i'm unable to scroll until I remove my finger for a few seconds and re-apply it.
I've confirmed that use case and your 'multi-touch test' app as well. I'm currently using OS version 1.57.
My Atrix ATT also has this problem. I am not sure if this is an issue. Many people report the same. MAD!!!
+1 here. Hope it's only a driver issue and can be corrected with an update.

I BELIEVE this is only a matter of firmware. It can be fixed by update but the first thing is to make MOTOROLA realize the problem and treat the problem seriously.

agree, this bug was made by them intentionally, its normalize your screen every 20-30 secs to prevents error touch like droplets water...lame implementation!!!
The problem now is to make MOTOROLA realize how serious is this problem and take immediate actions!!!!I ady posted few discussion on moto forum.

Gosh, I know this is unrelated, but when I scroll on this phone, it ALWAYS clicks on something I don't want it to (for example, the settings menu).
It really pisses me off.
YES YES YES!! THIS IS ALL TRUE!!! Although I feel like it just looses all response input at random. Maybe it is timed. Whatever it is, it's making my games almost unplayable (spider-man in particular).
That and the frikin touch screen accuracy sucks donkey balls. I CLEARLY tap a link and it selects another random link on the screen. Also, typing sucks (not nearly up to par as the iPhones) due to the crappy accuracy.
Unfortunately Moto announced today that Atrix/Xoom sales have been very crappy. This makes it sound like we're never getting another update due to low revenue.
When will these stupid companies learn that they'll do better if they just didn't touch the damn OS? They'll never make Android their own so they should be putting that effort into the hardware.
here is that information? about the probleme I have this probleme too :S
just lodge the complain using the online support chat.hope they will get it fix soon
i dont want to test to see if I have this problem (cant handle much more disappointment).
However I will say .. I had my Atrix for 2 days now. The third app i downloaded was Draw(er), just a simple free touch sketching program. Drew some things, then decided to test the touch screen.
DO/DOES YOUR PHONE(s) DO THIS ALSO:

I was not able to draw in that far left/far right area of the screen (with phone held in portrait mode). I guess its not a big deal in normal usage, but that bugs me. Some apps/games have controls in that area that one would need to grab. On Atrix it would be impossible to do so accurately, if at all.
Thankfully I'm still within my 30 day return period. 95% chance this thing is going back before the time is up. IF only to help remind Motorola YOU CANNOT TAKE AN OPEN-SOURCE OPERATING SYSTEM, LOCK IT DOWN, AND CALL IT YOUR OWN. (I'm soured by Motorola's locked bootloader, as I've come from a long/enjoyable history of HTC phones running WinMo)
I can draw at the edge??
here is a video of the glitch. sorry it takes a while this time for it to recognize. http://www.youtube.com/user/Graemegb1?feature=mhum#p/u/7/nce519w3Lak
Is this problem with all the atixs like 100% of them or is it random models that get it?
it's on all the atrix.

My apologise
My apologise, some thinks change and the final test don't will be done. A friend have a iPhone 7, maybe one day i test this phone.
Whats whong?
Greenify (the best one) don't works more like other times, like instagram rewind - saved the proportions of importance -, i don't find a racional explication to this... I don't know whats happens. In the past, in stand by, the power consuption was like 1% by week (lol), today, with all my force, trying hibernate system apps... nothing works. Today I have a 10%/day standbye power consumption... (g6 will eat). The apk wakeup tracking cutoff stops turns on in advanced settins.
Amplify stop find thinks too. Yes, I paid, it's cute, but not works more.
Maybe
maybe can have a relationship with the movie with 8 hours of screen time. I will be true: i don't use the bright of screen in lower setting by a period of time to do a video with this results. Guys, I don't say "that" smartphone don't be 8 hours of screen with the lower brith to see the screen in INDOOR, and the bests configs to battery (i lost this), only my method was cheater. And... I don't use my smartphone like a normal people. In the past, one cicle of battery works by tree days, 1 year of use to me was different to other peoples, and i don't tell about, many marketing.
But the configs was maded with love and i wanted share with the word.
My screen time today, without amplify, with a bugged greenify, etc... was 5 hous, with normal use, wifi and some gps to tinder, in the best of cases. =(
I had pisiquiatric problems in the end of reccordings. I see the LP with locked bootloader and if i
had not been traumatized, i would have tried.
My apologise if yu tried KK and the result was bad. It's only the best camera.
The z3c? one of the bests N64 maded in hystory.
25 in pressure test today, ok in water.
The Xforce test... Buy a old Z3c, a glass film, and the Bugdroid and test yourself. I know yu will be impressed!
Today I need a girlfriend. Was only a cell phone, today a normal "Smart"Phone... With a wonderfull minimalistc ui.
W8ing New
Sorry
Some modules are on my phone but I will not include it in videos because it needs more work to be 100%. These are:
Sequence to Unloock: Actual Stage, works well now, waiting to be aproved to do a vídeo.
Usefull to? Unlock screen after water contact/in water ( :cyclops: )
Exposed adictions: Works, but if yu don't use a bluetooth headset, yu will lost the back music function. The soluction is wait developers to add double click functions in module, besides long press and click.
If try use these two toguether, it does not get good too. I don't recommend.

W8ing New
W8ing New side door flaps to start the recs. I seal the secret hole - I will talk about that - with the same tape used in external plastic details fix. My HD broke after holding my laptop with my fingers in him. Now I'm reinstalling all. ****s happens... About ****, an issue in device: notification led burned. P2 work well. I found a Sony workshop and is possible repair this with wp resistance. Now, doing a negative pressure with my mouth, only the up door wasn't perfect in seal, and I both a new one to do all the tests with the device in best conditions possible.
Today pressure variation: 16mba
________________________
Update: all the device is perfect, obout:
Led light works perfect
Battery: now New (stocked with 1% for months)
Pressure variation: 30mba.
Thanks for PLL store Sony workshop, Igor and other guys to make me a brand new 5803, by a just price. I need to go there to give them 10 bucs, all my money was spended in this restauration, no, i'm not a rich guy, but tooday, after 3 5803 - yes, this device was maded in Brazil and solded by a low price - , I can tell to you a history with a perfect device, tested and aproved. Some thinks will happen... I'm instaling Pinnacle now - yes, i'm noob -, and afeter that, i will start editions.
PS: Now my device turns in an orange one!
_________________________________________________________________________________________
Guys, please tell me what yu think about the tests. I know, if yu use many networks and use a bit more the processor, the screens stay wake only for ~>5 hours with a new battery, but the test i do was maded with the best setup possible, without extreme mechanisms to cut or break the services to apps like tinder, snapchat or somethink like that don't stop works well. Today i block some persistents services with log of your activity to impruve privacity and screen time. Its fact, the fist test with a brand new battery and with the minimum number of services and apps dosen't be maded again, but I realy can tell to you, was impressive to me to, but today wasn't stay in the reality lass than 10% with full brith and yt 720P on wifi. With some lucky and cautions, yu can drain 12% of battery without ok google. About Ok google... Guys, we know i'm not a developer, but I realy love the work what yu do. The lucky patcher is only to remove adds on musixmash (sorry apk team, a little trick). All of the apks was paided. Continuous about "ok google".... In my device only works in google apk, because two things happens: i spend less battery and i don't have the wholy google's apk messenger all time i turn camera on with mic alert. If some one knows how stop this SH.... i will be very glad. I try some ways and nothing works how i would. In the greenify, i have some questions, only to ilustrate I put all the heviests apks on list. I know Smart ScreenBrigth can't be stopped or the smart call reciver with sensor dosen't woks, corect? I don't put this in video because I don't have totaly undestud the proprieties of some system apks to be better, like yu can see, i don't spend time telling about the apk lists because I realy think it's personal configuration, in the truth. But the hint to say google apk wake to "ok google" stay. About the WP test, lets do this together, because i do thath only with my experience, annd some problems and ticks can happens with yu and I will not know. If yu think I do a dangerous thing when I told it's ok put under water when we have 15 mba of delta in the pressure sensor, I can change the vídeo impruving the numbers in 5, better ? Today, with some strong, my delta stays in >40 without the ""secret hole"" - oh, it's realy important seal this, in my opinion, sony will burn ir hell by did this. AH! This week the instagram updated and puf, the rewind stops works... My tongue... Yes, it's only a apk isure, nothing my fault. They try tell to me: "try update the system...." ... ... "Buy a brand new A3 2017..." They don't knew, but I'm in a realy poor phase, with many debits latteds, and, in 1st, very happy with my KK, and i realy don't give a... to instagram freak. xD
About the next video, with the alloy screen film... I can tell now, don't use this. A device with a huge number of related problems in touch... Works? Works... Put the sony logo in demon ass.... Yes... But turns the touch less responsive and.... man... Yu need lucky with a glass film in this device, don't play with the lucky. If My happiness retuns, i puck the vídeo this week too.
The other accont with a comment in this post is my too, unfortantly I don't see and puf, it's happens.
I'm not very happy to do other vídeos, it's a little usefull to organize the content? Some one here? hello?
I do somethink whong? I'm wellcome in this forum?
Sorry if I'm not be convenient, i didn't wan't turn the job of someone smaller or somethink like.
I don't use google translate to do this text, and of course have many problems, I never travel to other countrie, and yu know, my inglish don't provide me good works to tell with you, but we are in XDA and i think it's easy to developers understud what I show in videos.
With love, a gladed Giuliano Viana, ReggaeRoots, Dragum, or somethink...
XDA make a wonderfull job.
Thanks.
PS: Sequence to unlock works well now, congrats to developer.
PS2: Maybe I will go to Ipanema Beach this weekend. Possible a good oportunity to display my method to use the Aries in salt water, without risc of oxidations in P2 connector.
Be carefull if try this, maybe all goes down...
I did a little rubbler part to prevent salt. In Watterfalls, don't need. In Pools? Don't need, but it's a good idea, if yu want stay relaxed. One time my P2 connector had poor contact in this device, and other time my notification led turns off, the same flat, i want this device more time with me, and thats is my rules.
Verify:
-Mics membrane (can be changed if used the WP tape streched)
-Secret Whole
-Doors
-Bugdroid
-Special designes Salt protection part.
-If yu have Money: ScohtGard in speakers membrane (i will not use this: Is solvent, needs special method).
-Silicon doors (i will not use by bugdroid)
-Plastic back screen film cutted to preserv camera lens. - i think the photos now are... BETTER ? 0.o
after salt water, a very good clean with "candy" normal water, special care with all, basicaly is this. I will go with 4L of water from my house and i think its suficient. After at nigth, if all works fine, a little more time under normal water to dissolve any salt can stay in there.
About my Android:
The fists recs are maded with a UK room, with possible to update by native android tool, but with problems after update... I'm studed and played a lot with the new device, in fists weed "mainly", today i chill because all works, and the battery drain stay perfect.
When I kill my HD, I lost my flashtools and my room, and i realy don't remember where i found this. "As I was in a hurry" by the channel, i do the easy way and picked the pre launch Brazillian press rom with an older flash tools (not perfect like i had, but work). I realy don't see diference bettwing the rersions, "perhaps" in ram manegement, but in use, the same experience. I will not spend more time triyng find my older UK setup because allways right and I like the "press!" room, but this is the históry. Other think a like in my room, when I go to software update, only shows: "your device stay in last version", I smille. My fist intenction was no flashs when the channel was maded, but to try some thinks; to compare somethinks, and to soluctions of my faults, I flash the device a half of a dozen times in the process.
IF some one quest....
Yes, I did instal the TWRP in pass, test some rooms, for curiosity, with my fist device....
Yes, I did instal the LP and MM... I remmember... When the lights turns on and the brigth was in a hanf.... "It's whong!"
Yes, in my device stay Perfect to me. And WP.
If someone comment, I give the hint to ennable "press to next" in wired headsets with poweramp when screen off, if google now disturb. xD
With HeadSet Controller blablabla, yu can play, pause, next, previous and change the volume - brilhant way, fast speed - AND one more action with Morse code in a sigle button. Today I'm trying the fast forward, but it's realy difficult to understand who it's works... Some times works... I don't use a lot, 4 clicks. Low speed. (((need automatization combo to manage the app! LPress Fully work w/ screen off, low battery demmand, if some one comment in this post I do a rec explain how I do the automation)))
Thanks!

One question I'd really like to ask...
Don't get me wrong but... isn't it a little bit too late for this type of content, considering that the phone is almost 3 years old?

Hint!
To solve the CPU Power Consuption:
3c Toolbox > CPU Mangement > Edit the perfils and find good numbers to your cpu. It's your secret.
More time on to your screen.
Trim partitions to be perfect in memory.
