Wipe all in recovery and reflash the firmware (HERE).
You should use reflash your firmware and go to your recovery mode and do the wipe factory reset.

could you give me the ling for the original 4.3 firmware?
Don't know if my problem is related, but I've flashed two different kitkat-based ROMs to my i9506 (running on an android 4.3 image obtained from the i9506 dev forums), and I always get the systemui crash whenever the screen goes to sleep, refuses to wake up, and forces me to pull the battery and reboot. Everything else before that works fine; I did a clean install of the custom ROMs, managed to go through the setup phase fine after booting up etc. Things only go down the drain when the screen gets turned off. Already tried clearing all the caches, doing factory resets etc but nothing seems to work! Anyone know a fix?

After rooting gt i9500 with cf auto root the camera is not working properly. When i open it and i try to take a photo the touch buttons won't work, it will only take a photo if i say the voice command ¨shoot¨, but touching the screen won't do anything. Also the gallery isn't working. Any suggestions?
Thank you.

Once you done hard reset using "holding volume up + home + power keys", All data will be wiped off, everything. So you don't have to worry.

Factory reset may help to remove user-installed apps.
But if someone has rooted the device and installed the app into the System Partition, it still remains even after factory reset.
So if you want to completely remove 100% all spyware/malware, my suggestion is doing factory reset + flashing the stock firmware via Odin.

- That will not break any warranty.
- Odin download: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/25370185/Odin3_v3.09.rar
- Firmware for your device: Use Phone INFO ★Samsung★ app > Menu > 'Firmware Browser'. That will find a correct firmware for your device.

Use Odin then
I tell them I managed to fix it, send an SMS to my phone which allowed open the application, then select a picture, which allowed him to open a file browser, install FlashFire and ready, reinstall now I installed apps.
