A couple nights ago, just after I turned off the lights to go to sleep, the room was illuminated with this white light. Turns out my phone's flash was turned on somehow. I opened the camera app to see if the flash was on...it wasn't. When I turned it on, the light got much brighter. I shut the phone completely off and the flash light would still kind of blink then stay on. The light isn't as bright as it is when the actual flash is turned on in the camera app. I had to pull the battery completely to get it to shut off. The next morning I put the battery back in and instantly the flash light flickered and came back on. It seems like if I enable the flash in the camera app it will stay off for a while, but it seems to always come back on at some point. Anyone else with this problem? If not, I guess I can try a hard reset, followed by a return to cingular.
Flash light malfunction
Hi!
I have exactly the same problem and my xda mini s is just 1 week old!
Does anybody knows any reason for this behaviour?Or any solution?
I am afraid I have to return the device back to O2.-
Also I saw that I do not have any o2 stuff preinstalled on my mini s.I got it in germany a week back,is it normal that o2 has stopped delivering the o2 stuff in the latest versions. What I see is just the splash screen when the device starts up.
Any in info/advice would be v. obliging!
Regards,
Vineet
My 8125 start to do the same thing. Have you guys figured it out what's wrong and how to fix this?
I've tried soft-reset/hard-reset, loaded new ROM, took battery out and leave it for a while... but the problem is still there.
Retured the device
I returned the device and got a new one,now the problem is no more.
Guys if this behaviour exists on your device then its a malfunction in the device ..o2 guy confirmed this too me..Return this immediately!
Ahuja
that happened to my on my 8125 as well.
no way to stop it
no clue what was wrong
luckly i was within 30 days and i returned it.
Thank you!
Unfortunately, it's been more than 30 days since i got this phone. I guess i will have to call cingular and request a warranty exchange.
So i've been installing different ROMs to my T-Mo Wing every since i found out it could be done....i finally found a ROM that works for me...which is the JustStable V2 Build 8....and i love it...but recently when i plug it up to charge or sync to my pc...the green, orange and blue LEDs start flashing randomly....sometimes it flashes bright and sometimes it flashes very dim...i tried hard-resetting and even going back to the stock ROM...still does it. Can anyone tell me what kind of problem is this....ROM?? HardSPL?? Or Hardware??
Hey guys, out of nowhere today I go to use my Note 3 and the screen is black, I could tell it was on but black, it was backlit but black and had message notification going. Restarted it a few times by battery pull and same thing. Was ready to head to Verizon once they opened with hopes they could fix then it started working again. Has been working fine since but I'm nervous it's going to happen again, as I use my phone for everything and need it to work. Any idea of what caused this? possible fix? chance of it repeating?
Thanks

no maybe they tried flashing it again or maybe bad kernels no it will not happen again
Hi, I've been having problems with my n910f. I'm not sure what the main problem is and I hope someone can enlighten me.
1. No sound sometimes: this one happens more often now, Everytime it happens, I'll be unable to play videos too. Sometimes a reset helps, most of the time not.
2. Sd card doesn't get detected sometimes too.
3. There was a time that my phone just went into black screen after boot. It passed the Samsung logo but got stuck at a black screen with the lights blinking blue.
These issues continue regardless of what ROM I use. I've flashed stock rom, kernel and a few custom ones to no permanent fix.
I suspect it's the hardware. Will a replacing the board fix it though?
Hello everyone.
I have a strange problem. My leeco le pro 3 x720 randomly freezes, turn itself off and goes to black screen with BLUE LED on.. Then i can press the power button for about 10 seconds and it boots into the system again. But then the other problem is, the phone doesnt search any wifi network because the wifi trigger cannot be activated, it always forces OFF. I sometimes boot a few times and then the wifi comes back but again randomly it boots into BLUE led again.. I have tried a few OREO roms but the problem persists.
What do you think? Is it a software or hardwore problem? Or is it bricked or will be dead soon totally?
Please help me. What can i do for this?
Did you tried a clean flash with formating all partitions? Also you can try a driffrent gaaps package. open gapps nano or pico is recomended.
Same Issue!

I am having the exact same issue.
My x727 was on charge and it rebooted all of a sudden and afterwards stuck on blue LED. I long pressed the power button to restart. After restating it freeze and rebooted into blue LED again. I was able to get into fastboot mode but my phone was not recognized by the computer. I gave up then!
The phone was working perfectly on stock Chinese ROM, with unlocked bootloader and TWRP installled.
ANY SOOLUTIONS?

Sorry guys, the blue light means battery death.
Honestly its not that big a deal, at least its not a dead motherboard. Just order another battery, and you might as well order a lcd screen too. Because you will break the lcd when you attempt to remove it.
To avoid breaking LCD use a heat gun. FYI, The battery will cost about $7 and the LCD is about $14

@tsongming i really dont know how to say but you must be a godgiven present for this forum! You are reaching almost to all topics and replying all the questions! Thank you for this!
Now i tell you and all what happened. I was on Bootleggers august build, wifi trigger still couldnt be activated, means no wifi no bluetoth but the phone stopped going to blue led/black screen. I used like that 1 day cos i needed the phone, i was on data internet not to lose my communication with people. I rebooted the phone a lot of times but the wifi still not came back! So i decided to downgrade to Nougat based rom Paranoid 7.3.5 unoficial by voron00 and from the beggining till now everything works without any problem... ! But this does not mean it wont repeat again!
Since my phone had this problem, i had been checking online other forums, especially this ''wifi cannot be activated'' problem, on most forums (samsung, sony xperia etc.) people commented that it might be a battery issue, it needs to be unplugged and replugged or buying a new battery solved their issues. So thats why i was checking on aliexpress some batteries and i saw your comment here! so am sure it %100 battery issue!
Right now i wont risk and will purchase a battery from china and go to phone shop and ask from my friend to replace it.
But i am not sure which battery would suit my phone %100 and wont repeat the same issue at least in the soon future.. Any help?

You are not alone. https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...in-recovery-and-twrp-is-not-included.4498815/
I think we have one nature of the origin of the problem
