I dropped my Note 3 today and I want to send it to Samsung Center but I already rooted my device. My question is can I still have warranty in hardware problems thanks!

Don't think crack screen and scratch rim replacement can be claim under the warranty even if you have not rooted the n3.

About 200 euro`s roughly with assembly i guess for the screen, there are many kinds of cases these days from 10 euro till whatever you want to pay for it. A naked phone is only cool till you drop it

So today I was stupid, set my phone down, and it fell through the crack of the bench -.-. I will pay for it, but can AT&T fix it or should I contact Samsung? Ugh

What happened to it, cracked screen? You could call up AT&T and see what they could do for you. I know the insurance deductible is $200. Not sure what Samsung would charge.

This sounds silly, but yes it did crack but only on the button like it isn't really noticeable from afar, but this kind of thing bothers me unfortunately.

ATT warranty doesn't cover accidental. If you have insurance contact assurion at phoneclaim.com and the deductible is $200. Samsung will have you send it in and assess the damage, call you with a quote, fix it in about 5-7 days and send it back. Don't know the price though.
Thanks, does any one know how much Samsung would charge

Also, if it is possible, I know the phone is new, is there an other repair service available? Thanks for everyone's help!
So today I called Samsung and it costs 169.99 to get fixed. I called another repair service(MobileTechVideos) and once repairing the glass becomes available it will be 100.00, I know for sure it is the glass because the touch screen is fine and the scratch/crack is more unfeelable.

I can't believe it happened to me but my amoled underneath the screen cracked while it was in its case. It cracked while I was getting into my truck.
How did others get theirs fixed? I have it insured by AT&T but it will cost another 200$ I only bought this a little over a month ago. Any other cheaper alternatives besides trying to fix it myself?

from the reports i've been hearing, fixing it yourself is actually more expensive, the $200 charge is cheaper then what the amoled is worth.
I would call samsung for just warranty repair. If internal is damaged but external has no sign of damage, they usually honor the warranty.
This is what I did, I called for warranty repair, they wanted the description of damage. It was pretty much as same as OP problem. They wanted me to send pictures via email both on and off screen. I guess they wanted to see if the glass was undamaged. After few email exchanges, they honored the warranty repair.
I always be blunt and frank with them but try not to be a ****. If you show respect and tell truth, they will be nice to you too.

I didn't pay any. Make sure you tell them external has no indication of any damages. Just keep teeling them that. Tell them digitizer/oled started making weird lines.
AT&T also has 1 year warranty as well so I would try both. But I always get better result straight through manufacturer than carriers.
I hope this helps and good luck.

1st step: Google play is out of nexus 4.
2nd step: replacement screens are almost $300.
I'm on t-mobile.. what's next for me? I LOVED the nexus 4. Really, I had dreams about how great this phone was.
Wait for nexus 5

I'm in depression today. I still can't believe I dropped the nexus 4 and it broke. My only hope is to wait for the nexus 5. I'm not making the mistake of getting a note 3 or a s4. For now I'm using a $30 flip phone. I feel like it's 2001 again.
Don't be too depressed, some people don't have clean water to drink and make only 1USD from a full day of work.
You can get a screen assembly for $108 on ebay and replace it yourself, or give the broken phone to me for free, I could make use of it.
If you don't want to repeat the same mistake, buy a case or tempered glass screen protector next time.
How did you go from broken phone to Dysentery water? You have a sick mind my friend.
So today I flipped open my case and my digitizer was cracked on my less than 2 week old N7. Won't let me unlock or anything. I have not dropped or otherwise damaged it. Has this happend to anyone else? Manufacturing defect? I also noticed last night that on black screens there were some red splotches. I'm just afraid if I try to get it replaced they will say physical damage have a nice day.

I believe it and no have not heard of this happening. If it was a drop, there would be a clear dent or shatter marking on that line before it splits into two. Just talk to google or where-ever you bought it from and try to keep calm. When glass breaks, it shatters and not produce hairline breaks like that.
get it replaced for free.

yup either that or a crack form pressure like sitting on it or having it in the back pocket and forgetting about it.
that's not a defect. it just doesn't crack on its own.

The tablet had slipped down the back of the sofa between the seat cushion and the back of the sofa. I sat down and it must have squished it. The cushions are super soft and I'm still not 100% sure it happened.

ahaha, nice!!
is Asus charging you to repair that device?
The nexus 7 has a very weak glass.
Mine got hairline crack from twisting.
Most drop test videos show it breaks on the first drop.
I have replaced first unit, waiting until local repair guy can get parts from his usual source to get first one fixed. May try contacting google/Asus about a repair but have not done that yet.

Me personally if that was me I would just wait for the Note 4 to come out in 3 months.

Are you sure it's void? There is a manufacturer warranty of 1 year and the Note 3 hasn't been out for a full year yet and if there isn't a nearby Samsung store you can always just mail it but expect to wait 3-4 for weeks for a new Note 3.
Your probably just better off waiting for the Note 4 to come out since it isn't really a serious problem, you could always cover it with a case too.

same issue. I take care of my N3 like an egg and still the bezel got the hairline crack. I bought some slickwraps crabon fiber and now its covered.
I read your thread and decided to check mine. It looks like there's a thin line right above the spen. But it's so straight it actually looks like a seam and like it belongs there.
I'm not freaking out about it. I take good care of my Note, but you're never going to keep it perfect.
My suggestion to OP, just roll with it bro.

If a hardware manufacturer can void a warranty for physical external faults all because of the software you use. Sounds to me that your countries laws need a little poking.
Here in Australia, root or no root, we would get it repaired under warranty.
Actually, talking about bezel, my bezel developed a crack under the volume rocker, never dropped and always in a case, my Note should be perfect, but it appears the mechanical use of the volume control has somehow damaged the bezel. Poor design? I know my local retailer will get it fixed (they told me they will), I just don't want to be without my phone for 2 weeks, will get my spare Note1 (loaned out) back soon and then the Note3 can go to the doctors.
