I am confused that KNOX FLAG is available in my phone or not..?
KNOX WARRANTY flag is not available in my note 3.
Complete menu is like this
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
ODIN MODE
PRODUCT NAME: SM-900
CURRENT BINARY: Samsung Official
SYSTEM STATUS: Official
WARRANTY BIT: 0
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Warranty bit = KNOX WARRANTY ????
Knox application is availabe in my rom.
Yes - knox is there.
Naming changes from the n900 and n9005.
Hi,
I want to update to the official 4.4.2 KitKat release for my N9005 that is rooted. Will I have any problems loading the new firmware on a rooted N9005 (or lose root), or would I have to un-root it first?
My current odin mode statuses:
Product Name : SM-N9005
Current Binary: Samsung Official
System Status: Custom
Reactivation Lock: OFF
KNOX Kernel Lock: 0x0
KNOX Warranty Void: 0x0

Ok thanks. I guess I will wait until there is a way to root without tripping KNOX for 4.4. There has been no problems with 4.3 for me yet.

If you want to keep knox 0x0 and root I think you need to read starting here:

Either way IMHO you must also check if your current CSC is also present in the multi-CSC from the XEO N9005XXUENA6 - there are some very strange reports somewhere from 2 out of 3 users with CSC in the Nordic EU, and I think 100% failure with CSC coming from Hong-Kong.
I manually installed the latest Samsung ROM (4.4.2).
I have also rooted the device.
Therefore, I believe I may have tripped Knox.
My phone needs a repair by a Samsung Repair Center.
What can I do to wipe as much of the evidence as possible?

You can start downloadmode and see if your knox flag is 0x1. If so, there's no way to set it back to 0x0. But in many countries, you can use your warranty also with knox 0x1.

Current Binary: Custom (it's not custom, it's Samsung's latest ROM but I flashed it using Odin)
System Status: Official
Knox Kernal Lock: 0x0
Knox Warranty Void: 0x1

So there's no chance to get back to knox 0x0. But as I see you're from the UK, samsung has to repair your phone under warranty I think.
Hello,
Here's my device information:
Storage: 32 GB
Bootloader Version:
N900AUCUCNC2
PDA Version:
N9005ZHUENF1
CSC Version:
N9005OJVENE1
Baseband Version:
N900AUCUCNC2
Latest Firmware:
N/A
Android Version:
4.4.2 / SDK 19
I tried flashing a Colombian Lollipop stock ROM ( PDA N9005VJSGBRH1 ) but Odin (v 3.13.1) fails at aboot.mbn.
The device is not bricked or anything, but I am unable to flash the Android 5.0 ROM.
Could you please let me know which stock ROM should I download and flash, or any other steps I should follow to get stock Lollipop on this device?
Thanks!
What is your device ??

You have n9005 firmware. and N900 boatloader That's 100%wrong.

Thank you for your reply, I am still learning all of this since I am a newbie.
I have a SM-N9005. And yes, the bootloader and firmware are weird because I think it I got it soft bricked before so I fixed it in any way I could at that time.
What would you recommend me to download and flash now? I would like to flash stock 5.0 for Latin America if possible.
Thanks! :good:

To be clear:
In phone info it says N9005 and when I bought the phone it was supposed to be that model.
But when I boot in download mode it says,

Knox Kernel Lock: 0x0
Knox Warranty Void: 0x0
Qualcomm SecureBoot: Enable (CSB)
RP SREV: S2, T2, R2, A3, P2
Write Protection: Enable
UDC START
Any help is appreciated.
