IMATE JASJAR DEAD after ROM UPDATE

Hi all,
I have dead JASJAR dead after ROM UPDATE.
I cannot enter bootloader menu.
Please any help

If you don't mind explaining more detail on the step that you have done on flashing your universal, maybe someone can come up with some help.

Here is little explanation about upgrade process;
I upload firs and second file and it was 100 % success, but when I upload the third file in the middle something happen and message appears " restart your device" or somethink similar.
After that device dies, I try all combinations for HARD RESET and BOOTLOADER menu but without success.
Please any HELP

Press camera+power and soft reset and check if it get into bootloader where u serial top.

Not camera+power+reset, but backlight+power+reset.

Same ... I tryed all the combinations to enter bootloader, but... no success

A) Plug your phone into your computer via USB.
B) Press the Power and the light button, not the camera.
You should see a faint outline that says USB.
It's now recognized in the Device Manager, run your ROM Update and fix it now.

Where is the "light" buttom? Please.

I had the same problem b4:
try this:
1) plug the usb cable in 1st
2) soft reset the imate (the screen should have a very light "USB" word)
3) run the rom update on the PC
4) after completion, hard reset (press the 2 "-" buttons on the imate) and press the soft reset bottun together.
5) when the screen is re-set, press "X" to exit instead of "0" to go to factory default.

still no solution

only jtag solution can turn on the phone
and i think its possible only in service center

have the i-mate jasjar. and i accidentally started the program enterbl.exe...and now i have the usb...v1.00 on my screen... i have done all the reset options and nothing so far. anyone with anything?

Hard reset

I would like to know how to do a hard reset without acces to soft?
My pharos is locked at the HTC icon at the start!

hmm in my manual it says press both softkeys and reset... wait till message and then press send.. but ok

BIG Problem

Hi there,
I have HUGE problem. I had used HPSL to install a official ROM that is NOT standard in my country. The ROM installed ok but on the startup screen with the windows logo the white bar at the bottom just keeps filling up and restarting. And now I am unable to use my device. Any help would be appreciated.

Is that the little button on the back of the device? Or is it a combo of buttons?

Fixed! Did the button combo factory re-set all fixed!

its a combo of buttons. hold down the volume up and down key at the same time and power the phone on. that should get you to a multi coloured boot screen. just follow the instructions from there to reset

When turn on power start it, just show logo "Aquos phone".,.It's not boot to menu.
Before that, i din't Up Room or Fimware,...
I don't fix this problem for my phone. Please help me !!!
