I spoke with Asurion (T-Mobile's insurance affiliate) and the Nexus One is supported though them, it's $4.79/mo and proof can be found on their website:
http://www.phoneclaim.com/t-mobile-program
They weren't able to answer my question if I would get another N1, and I didn't have a lot of time but I'll inquire tomorrow about it further.
Everybody should still be within 14 days of the purchase and you can still add it to your T-Mobile plan (though keep in mind as CSRs we were originally told it couldn't be used on a nexus so you might have to convince the rep to add it, show them that link any rep can load that URL.)
I would consider skipping asurion and go with SQUARE TRADE warranty service.. flat fee and includes accidental dropping and water damage, reaosnable price.
I covered my HTC HERO this way... They claim to cover all smartphones... but coverage is limited to $400, so then again, not sure the total costs comparison over time. (I will say this: I had used Asurion for 2 differnt t-mobile phones, and surprisingly they were always easy to get replacement phones from; not at all what you normally expect from an insurance co when it's time for a payout.)
but just fyi:

I spoke to a Tmo rep this past weekend who assured me the Nexus One can be added to an existing policy, but cannot be added (by Tmo) if you don't already have one. He said he spoke to Asurion personally, and spoke to his managers.
I just got off the phone with T-mobile and they were able to add insurance for my Nexus One for 5.99 and will replace it with another Nexus One for 130.
I got insurance
If you have a decent bank account in the UK, you get free mobile phone insurance. I insured mine with Lloyds bank today.
Change your insurance to the $4.79 option, the $5.99 includes T-Mobile's warranty program which is not covered (but it will cover any other T-Mobile phone you have used before!)
Just called T-Mobile and the CSR transferred my G1 insurance to the Nexus One (Cheaper by ~$1 a month).
What exactly does this warranty cover....
Glass break?
Theft?
Water damage?

+1 on squaretrade, their warranty is much better, and they process claims really fast.
Squaretrade doesn't cover loss or theft. Asurion covers pretty much anything but acts of war as long as the nexus is the last device used on your sim card.
I just confirmed that my nexus one is covered by asuripn which is pretty sweet.
I called and got mine switched from the $5.99 plan to the $4.79 plan.
It was funny the rep on the phone mentioned the 14 day period to get the insurance then asked me when I got the phone to see if I could get the insurance.
Me: "It's only been out a week."
Her: *awkward silence*

Yes, yes and yes. Asuiron is awesome. Squaretrade is a complete ripoff. Good luck if you lose your device. And between what you pay for the deductible ($50), the difference in price between what you get ($399 max) and the cost of the device ($530) and the cost of the warranty, you are better off not getting any coverage.
Remember, Asurion offers INSURANCE and Squretrade offers a WARRANTY. You have a 1-year warranty with HTC anyway. Asurion will cover it no matter what. They had a G1 in my hands in less than 48 hours. I put it a claim at 6PM on a Monday, they confirmed it on Tuesday and I had the phone Wednesday morning. There is a $130 deductible and $4.79/month but I must say that the first few days without insurance was nerve-racking. For less than $5/month I pretty much don't care what happens to my phone now. It is worth every penny.
Just an update to all of this.
Firstly, thanks very much to AndroidAppCritic for all the help!!!!
Secondly, i finally got my Nexus One. Went to my local T-Mo store this afternoon, told them what plan i wanted (Even More Plus 500) and after the entire store ooooohhh and aaaahhhhh over the Nexus, the sales girl asked if I wanted the $4.79 or $5.99mo coverage for the phone. I was shocked and told her what a fiasco it had been for users earlier in the week.
anyway, thanks again to everyone and off I go into "happy land"
I called Tmobile today.... had my handset insured in like 5 minutes total. There was really no confusion from the phone rep.
Thanks for everyones advise and input above!

Does this cover theft & drop/break?
Just spoke with asurion and they told me it covers lost stolen or phyically damaged with a 130 deductible
Just called T-mobile to add the $4.79 coverage. Easy breezy.
Im not sure about other carriers but T-Mobile or better put Asurion does not insure the Galaxy Tab. I found Square trade offers insurance.
https:// squaretrade. com/pages/
Extended warranty of 3 years plus Accidental damage is $ 150 total.
I also found a discount code "TURKEY" for a 30%. its not covered for lost or stolen but atleast damage! you have up to 90 days after purchase to place the order (dont know when the discount cod expires though).
Anyone have any experience with Square Trade?

Good post!
I'd offer SquareTrade for my Galaxy Tab as well.
I'm very familiar w/ SquareTrade...
So you know the basics of the SquareTrade Care Plan, it will basically cover you up to the coverage limit listed at the time of the quote; this is usually covered up to the actual retail price of your device.
The coverage limit is the retail price which should be considered as the no-commitment price for your Galaxy Tab.
The coverage should include 3yrs w/ ADH; protects against damages in the full 3yrs, up to the coverage limit. The first year should still be covered under Samsung for regular warranty issues while year 2 and 3 will be protected by SquareTrade.
The cost to cover it may be less than the total cost to pay insurance for 2-3yrs. There are "NO" deductibles for this warranty on the Galaxy Tab so you should also consider that there will be a out of pocket expense, later, with your insurance.
Lastly, SquareTrade claims a 5 Day guarantee which means that if items that arrived for repair are not completed by 5 working days then you'll get your warranty purchase price refunded while you still keep the coverage. - Sounds good right?
For repairs or mail in items, SquareTrade also offers prepaid shipping so you do not have to pay for a label to get it there.
You have 90 days to purchase the plan and that's 90 days from the date of the purchase on your receipt. -- You can add your receipt to the online management page once you login to your account.
Hope this helps and be sure to use the coupons on eligible days since those 30% coupons don't last forever!
*I've covered my HTC EVO with the SquareTrade plan and my GF's Samsung Captivate... soon to be covered is my Galaxy Tab too!
** About experience, you should check it out on Nextag or Epinions for reviews.
SquareTrade has a majority of 4-5 star ratings by consumers.
The general rule to a easy warranty claim is the read the contract and understand that a warranty just can not cover obscene instances that are just not covered by the warranty, or issues that begin before the "advertised" term starts.
It's not common that people have a poor experience as our people on the phone's are pretty forward thinking and are friendly.
My store said no and so did customer service when I called yesterday and asked

I can guarantee you that asurion will not honor that if the time comes that something happens to the tab. Call their number and confirm with them if you want, but every single internal document that I see about this says that the insurance will not work with both the tab and dell mini. Reps are either greedy with commission or too stupid and apply it anyway.
First of all: Thanks |OP| for bringing the subject.

This made me research a bit -thanks to your post-. Got the following quotes:
Code:
Covering: Tablet
Total Coverage Amount: $600.00
Coverage Area: Domestic
Policy Term: 2 Years
Deductible: $0.00
2 Year Premium: $89.00
Policy Fees: $8.90
Total Policy Cost: $97.90
And SquareTrade's:
Code:
Item: cell phone
Coverage Limit: $600.00
2 year product Care Plan $62.00
Estimated Tax: $0.00
Total $62.00
Then I proceeded to check BBB for both (edited by me for compactness):

Note 3: This is the first time I ever actually use BBB for making purchasing decisions...

There has been a lot of discussion about warranty for galaxy s2 for users in USA.
I have found some definite answers. Summary is : none of them will get warranty in usa but needs to be shipped to UK/Europe.
I was planning to buy one handset but holding back due to the lack of warranty.
However if someone has got other info please add it here
1. Handtech : I sent a mail and this is the reply that i got.
If you needed to claim on the warranty for the Galaxy II then it would more than likely have to come back to us I'm afraid as it is only covered by a UK warranty. However, sometimes Samsung in Europe will help but we obviously cannot guarantee this as it would be their decision.
2. Expansys-usa - Talked over the phone -
Told me they will help me ship the phone to UK. But i dont know how fast that is going to be.
Hope this someone here
Pretty much as is and as has been reported .
Two warranty suppliers one the seller and two Samsung .
Samsung have said in the past that they cover warranty within Europe providing user has receipt from authorized seller .
jje
My company buys $10MM a year in Samsung TVs. My global account rep checked with the retail electronics group and said it would be serviced at any Samsung repair center worldwide. I'd take that over a shop clerks statement.
Here's an excerpt from the e-mail I received:
In the event that warranty service is required on your Samsung Mobile product and you are located outside of the country where it was originally purchased, the local Samsung entity in the foriegn countries listed below may be able to provide you with warranty service (labor or parts) during your warranty period.
Any warranty services rendered shall be in a manner consistent with the terms and conditions of the Samsung Mobile Products Limited Warranty. Warranty services performed outside the country of purchase may take longer if parts are needed to repair.
Samsung posted a reply to a consumer and that was the basis of my statement regarding warranty in Europe .
So one part of Samsung differers with another .
Personally if its an international model i would expect warranty to be covered worldwide .
Buy one from Europe break it take it to Samsung USA service centre will be the test .

Not sure if this is helpful, but I bought from Handtec, had to return it for replacement (screen issue diff from ring or yellow). They shipped back using Royal mail, took forever b/c of the Canada post lockout.
The point is shipping back and forth for issues on a phone that seemed to have a propensity for initial quality errors, could get expensive.

Cost me approx 79.10cdn to ship back via Fedex. (Canada Post would have cost me $69 but they were on strike &or locked out).
Sent it back June 16, 2011 and received my phone July 11, 2011. (i had my old phone to use in the meantime)
It was just super annoying to check tracking and seeing that it hadn`t left UK for weeks because of the mail lockout, esp when they could have shipped it fedex. Oh well, at least I have it back now.

If you're in the U.S. might want to look into that. I called them before and because it doesn't have a standard U.S. warranty, it is not covered by Squaretrade.
Of course they have no way of knowing if your phone has warranty here in the U.S. or not, so they let you set it up. Make sure you can keep it, if not cancel it before the 30 free days are up.
You can buy a SGS2 at Amazon right now for $673 with free shipping (if you have Amazon Prime). Probably won't have to pay tax either unless you live in WA state (or some other unlucky state). Amazon has a 30 day return policy.
So, total Amazon cost without warranty is most likely $673.
If you buy from Expansys USA, you pay $700 plus tax. The tax for my state is $54. In addition, I give another online vendor my personal information and billing details.
So total Expansys USA cost is most likely $754. For me, it's an extra $81 over Amazon. Or 12% more.
What do you get for that $81? You probably get a two year warranty against manufacturing defects. Amazon is one month. It's unclear whether you have to ship it back to the UK. If you do and you pay the same as benivolent (thanks for the info, benivolent), you'll pay another $70 or so and wait at least 10 business days.
So, if you to ship it back the UK, total Expansys USA cost is most likely $824. For me, it's an extra $151 over Amazon. Or 22% more.
Even if you have to replace the screen which costs $350 (according to BarryH_GEG), the actual savings is $199 if you have to ship back to the UK or $269 if you can get it repaired at a Samsung service center. Of course, if a button fails after the first month, the savings will be much less or nothing at all.
So, from a breakeven standpoint, paying up for the warranty only makes sense if you think there is more than a 12% or 22% chance of something major breaking after the first month.
For me, the more like scenario is I drop or lose my SGS2.
Let's say we can get SquareTrade accidental damage from handling coverage for $94 or 14%. It might be useful if you drop your SGS2 in a puddle or drop it without a protective cover. In that case, you definitely want to buy from Amazon. However, that coverage is questionable given what Oat23 said. Your SGS2 may not be covered since it doesn't have a standard U.S. warranty.
Nothing will cover you if you lose your SGS2.
Personally, I never damaged any of my phones from dropping them and I never lost one. So it has paid for me in the past to forego insurance. That's hundreds of dollars in savings. If I continue my good luck, I'll save a minimum of $81 on my SGS2 purchase. Of course, whether you want to pay up for a warranty or insurance is a personal choice. However, they say the safest driver is one with a cop in the rearview mirror. Maybe the safest SGS2 owner is one without a warranty.

Whoa, lot's of info.
For purchase, I'd go a third route - clove.co.uk. It's $415 GBP ($670 USD) delivered in three days. It'll be fresh UK stock. If it has a defect, you'd be stuck with one-way shipping but someone else had a problem and Clove was good to work with. By purchasing it in the country of intended sale it's covered by the two-year warranty. My company does a lot of business with Samsung and I was told that the phone could be repaired in the U.S. under their Global Warranty program. It's yet to be tested though. If I bought from Amazon it would be through them direct, not an affiliated seller. To your point, if the first phone's defective in any way, they'd be the cheapest and fastest way to get an exchange. Expansys-USA would be second but they'd be more expensive. Both Amazon and Expansys have shipped phones from funky places like Poland and Chile. I got my phone from the UK and it was perfect. I'm guessing with 3MM sold your chances of getting "perfect" would be a lot higher than "crappy" if you went the UK route.
As for SquareTrade they do cover grey market phones. If you can Google a 30% off coupon it's $94 for $600 of coverage for two-years. It's also transferable which makes the phone more valuable on eBay if you ever want to sell it. I'd bet they'd cover the cost of shipping to the UK for warranty repairs also - it's cheaper than them having to eat the phone at the full $600 of coverage. The screen alone is $450 to replace so, to me, the $94 is worth the piece of mind and as a back-up to the Samsung warranty.

You are correct. I checked as well a couple of months ago and they said if it is a UK version of the phone, Squaretrade will not cover it in the U.S.
One way they will know it does not have a US warranty is if you purchased it from and overseas vendor since Squaretrade requires you send in a copy of the purchase receipt. The other problem is even if you bought it from a US vendor and the phone fails in the first year, Squaretrade will tell you to work with the manufacturer since it is "covered" in the first year warranty period.
I guess another option is if you bought it from a U.S. vendor and you have an Accidental Damage policy you could smash the phone with a sledgehammer, accidentally, and try to submit a claim and pay any deductible. But if that doesn't work, all you have are pieces of the phone left.

The only time Squaretrade "may" cover a grey market cell phone is if it was purchased through eBay. Squaretrade has specialized warranties for eBay purchases. Otherwise, Squaretrade will not cover grey market cell phones.
On the cell phone warranty sign up page, in the fine print it states "The SquareTrade cellphone warranty prices listed above are applicable to new Cell Phones (with a full 1 year manufacturer warranty) purchased from authorized outlets."
Then on the grey market FAQ it states "SquareTrade honors every valid claim, and only voids a warranty if the item was never eligible for a Care Plan or in cases of outright fraud."
In the case on of a non-ebay grey market phone, it is never eligible for a Care Plan in the first place.
That is what they told me when I asked a couple of months ago. If you hear differently from Squaretrade I would love to know (and a contract name and email for Squaretrade to set me up).

From their U.S. terms and conditions:
If the manufacturer refuses to honor their warranty because they consider your item grey market or not purchased from an authorized retailer, we will still cover you.
Here's a link to their full terms and conditions.

I sent them my UK receipt to have on file so I can go paperless if I need to file a claim. My policy has been updated online to show "receipt received and on file." I checked a lot of different options and their the only ones I could find that would cover a grey market phone.
I usually get insurance through AT&T and since I will be getting and intl GS3 in a couple of weeks I was looking for a good extended warranty and/or insurance.
I found out that Negri electronics offers insurance for phones. A lot of people think you have to buy the phone through them to get the protection plan but you dont have to buy the phone through them. When you add the plan to your cart it has fields to add the IMEI #, upload your invoice(if purchased through someone else), your Negri order number (if applicable) . the make and model of phone and price paid. Like square trade you have 30 days from the time of purchase to get coverage
It covers accidental, defects, AND LOST and Stolen phones. Something square trade or Zagg dont offer.
It's $69 for one year of coverage or $95 for 2 years of coverage. The deductible is $75.
I forget what AT&T charges, is it 7.99 a month? if so that comes out to be $95.88 for one year, or $191 for 2 years plus their deducible is $199 which is more than double what Negri's is.
It's much cheaper to get a negri care plan
Link for one year plan: http://negrielectronics.com/one-year...fifty-one.html
link to two year plan: http://negrielectronics.com/two-year...fifty-one.html
Just figured I'd let people know in case they were interested in getting insurance protection for their GS3

Oh nice, so it's 60 days instead of 30. I thought I read it was 30. I def think it's worth it. I will prob be getting the phone from them anyway (they seem to have come down in price to match expansys) and adding the plan at the time I purchase the phone

Where did you see 30? I just want to make sure before I purchase it. I'm going to cancel my Square and Trade which I got for the same price. But don't want to if I can't get this deal.
Does NegriCare cover US customers? This sounds like a really good insurance plan.

I thought I saw it, now looking I cant find it. It could have been a different plan I was looking at through someone else and got the two mixed up. lol it happens when you're looking at multiple vendors and reading multiple things. lol You could just call them to double confirm it's 60 days. Like square trade you will also have to upload your invoice for the phone
Ok I just had a nice chat with one of the people at Negri to try and clear up a few questions I had. I was also able to get the full terms and conditions.

Hello and Welcome to Negri Electronics live support. What can we help you with today?
DERP-
Hi there, I just had a few questions to ask about your warranties you offer
Is it possible to get the warranty on a phone I've already purchased?
Anthony - NegriCare
The one year manufacturers warranty will come with each new unit purchased through the site. This is not applicable to phones purchased from other retailers.
We do offer a protection plan that will insure your device against all damage and even lost units as well.
This is the yearly Negricare protection plan.
Derp-
So that protection plan is only available to devices purchased from Negri correct?
Derp-
Are there any differences in coverage on this plan for devices purchased from other retailers? Can you link me to the full terms and conditions of the protection plan?
Anthony - NegriCare
You can purchase the plan for another device if it is within 60 days of the purchase date.
Here is a link to the full details and the company's contact information:

Thank you! Can you answer just one more for me today? Are all of your warranty services and protection plans available to customers in the US?
Anthony - NegriCare
Yes, actually these plans are available to anyone international as well if they are willing to pay the shipping rates for the claims.
Derp-
Thank you very much. Have a good one!

Also, when you click on the plans to add them to the cart. The price in the cart is wrong. Way more money. I asked and they said they are correcting it at the moment.

Nice, that confirms it all At first you mentioned "warranty" to him. He probably took that as asking about the manufacturers warranty. So of course you can only use the phone warranty through them if you bought from them.
You can get the protection plan no matter where you purchase the phone as long as it's within 60 days and you upload the invoice. When you go to the page I linked on the right side it has fields where you input all the information about the phone being covered and even a field upload the invoice from the vendor where you got the phone from. It even says on the field label "Invoice (If Purchased from another vendor)"
The other page you linked I also linked to that contains the deductible prices and such

yeah, I noticed that too. It's showing in the cart as the normal price. I'm sure you could do it over the phone as well if they know there is an issue with the site.
Yeah, if you want the protection plan, you can get the phone now, then wait a week for them to fix the price and buy it then. Lousy sentence I know.
Hmmmmmmmmmmm, depending on the price different I might stick with Square and Trade then and my Visa protection plan.
I usually take good care of my phone from theft or it getting lost.

Yeah, I havent lost or had a phone stolen yet (knock on wood). But there is a piece of mind knowing if you do, you wont have to worry about dishing out 600+ for a new phone.
Well the price is $69 but there is a glitch of it showing up as the full price (88) but I'm sure if you call them they will adjust it to the right price for you
Transferable
Anyone know if the warranties are transferable?
Don't see mention of that on their site.

Ask them through the customer service chat and let us know. I'm guessing that you can't do it.
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus
I called them last week and asked about this. I was told that while they were confident that it would be transferable they would have to contact the actual insurance company that underwrites this to be sure. Hopefully we'll get an answer soon.
I ordered a phone from them last week and Anthony at Negri was extremely helpful.
Also to be clear: Lost & stolen claims require a police report. So if you are planning on buying this warranty and somehow "lose" your phone but then you post the phone on ebay a few weeks later just be prepared that this wouldn't be the warranty for you.

Those of you purchasing your insurance from this place, are you getting the one year or the two?
Would it be smarter to grab the one year since after a year the new phone (S4) will be out?
(the S3 digitizers may be lower than deductable + extra)
How does this stack up against Best Buy's warranty iyo?
Which is the overall best buy for someone who doesn't have many issues with dropping/scratching phones, but also wants to keep a safety net of sorts.
It goes without saying buying on ebay can be risky but I wanted to post a warning about a particular individual who keeps posting and or hacking the ebay acts posting pixel xl 128gb for sale with the same picture. It seems ebay doesnt gas and allows this person to consistantly repost via different accounts that are probably hacked. The main mo is a pixel xl 128gb for cheap bewtween 500-600$. Obviously the price raises eyebrows because the going rate on ebay is 900-1200$ from a typical scalper, but the perp keeps using acts that appear to have 99-100% fb that are long time users/older acts. Thing is... these sellers, are usually sellers of small items like coins and other knick knacks and or have not been active for a while. Im sure most of you are aware but thought id put out this psa. The other issue is this idiot keeps using the same image fir every hacked act they use. W/E i see this i report it, it comes down and is back up in a few days, with a dif act, but same mo: 100%fb, long time user and usually inactive or sells small items with no history of high end phones or anything. If its too good to be true... With that said hopefully Google restocks by march or so i really like this phone. The pic below is from the ebay scam. If you buy from ebay be very carefull because this ahole is not the only one. Please if you see any listings on ebay with this image report it.
Paying by paypal and with ebays 30 day guarantee your guaranteed to get your money back but yes it can hold your money up for days. Years past the buyer would be left holding the bag but now a days paypal holds the money on new sellers until they provide tracking and the buyer has to post that they received the item and all is well so I have no idea how they could get away with this type of fraud anymore because paypal will pull the funds back from their paypal account so they are basically wasting their time and they get nothing.
http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/money-back-guarantee.html
What's covered
Most transactions on eBay.com are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
Covered
Purchases are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee when all of the following are true:
An item isn't received or it isn't as described in the listing.
A buyer reports that they didn't receive an item or requests a return within the eBay Money Back Guarantee timelines.
The buyer made the purchase on eBay.com via checkout or an eBay invoice with one of the following payment methods:
PayPal
PayPal Credit
Credit card or debit card
The item was paid for in a single payment (including payments with PayPal Credit).
If the listing was a live auction by an auction house seller, the buyer made the purchase on eBay.com and paid by any payment method, the purchase is covered as long as the buyer provides a copy of the seller invoice and proof of payment. Items sold through Sotheby's are excluded.
Not covered
Buyer remorse or any reason other than not receiving an item or receiving an item that isn’t as described in the listing (see the seller’s return policy for return options).
Items damaged during pick-up or shipping or not delivered when the buyer arranges pick-up or shipping of the item (for instance, the buyer arranges freight).
Duplicate claims through other resolution methods.
Items shipped to another address after original delivery.
Vehicles (see eBay Vehicle Protection), Real Estate, Websites & Business for Sale, Classified Ads, services, and some Business Equipment categories (see eBay Business Equipment Purchase Protection).
Items sold through Sotheby's.
Items purchased on half.com, eBay Wholesale Deals, or eBay Classifieds.

Many accept credit cards but I would not unless they have high positive feedback as a seller and not just positive as a buyer and I would never give them CC info over the phone or email only through secure ebay checkout. People can still file a chargeback with their credit card company but getting the money back can take months.
My thinking is many deals can be legit I know by personal experience, but yes fraudulent sellers can be weeded out if you investigate before hitting confirm bid or buy it now.
High positive fb isnt always a sure thing; this particular scam targets older acts WITH high positive fb. The thing is you have to make sure that what the seller is selling makes sense. If you see a 1oz gold bar for 300$ (going rate is about 1200) and the seller has 3600 sales @ 100% fb but all hes ever sold was buttons for 1$ run away, run away fast. And thats exactly what this slimeball does, he hacks high sales 100% fb acts and posts the pixel xl for a killer price, chesper even than the Google store.

I actually messaged that guy at [email protected] and agreed to a deal for two pixel xl 128gb for JUST $1200
He then proceeds in sending me an invoice which I have to pay via bank transfer. Everything looks like it's perfectly covered by Ebay and is sent by Ebay ([email protected], looks pretty fake to me, but don't know, attached a screenshot)
I then asked him why they don't accept paypal, so I'm covered.
"For the moment we can't accept payment trough PayPal. The payment must be made through Bank Transfer. eBay will be third party in this transaction and will guarantee for both of us. The money will be secured by eBay until you will receive the package. 14 days of inspection - the inspection period starts once you have the items in your hands. This means you have 14 days to decide whether I get the money or not. In case the items are not as I described them, the transaction is canceled and eBay will refund full amount. If the items are as described, the transaction is completed and I will receive the money from eBay. Let me know if I should keep this items reserved for you."
I really don't know if all lies or not, but I obviously canceled the deal.
Wire transfer? No WAY. This is without a doubt a scam and good luck getting eBay to stand behind this despite what they claim. This guy is a scam and anyone who buys from him gets what they deserve. How many more red flags do people need? If you do a wire transfer does the recipient know your account number? I wonder is that is the scam, to get your bank account number.
So the seller is in NY yet the bank is in Spain and the owner of that account is listed as Florina Adriana Barbu. Not suspicious at all
Best guess, if you order and get anything at all they will have blocked IMEI. Likely stolen. My feeling is you won't get anything but a lot of trouble.
Bad English is another sign that this is likely a scam.

Yep. It looks pretty legit, though, if you don't have much experience and are hyped for the device. So I believe they really do have success sometimes.
Cards-ebay.com is not eBay. It is a fake address to simulate real ones. Only . should pretext the website name as cards.eBay.com would be valid. Here is the whois for cards-ebay.com https://whois.icann.org/en/lookup?name=Cards-ebay.com looks very shady.

As long as you always pay with Paypal on ebay you will alway get your money back as with paypal new sellers will get their money held by paypal until the buyer leaves positive feedback or confirms to paypal that they received the item and its as described but you still have a 30 day money back guarantee with ebay.

I have found the latest models just out for as low as $200 one a woman used her upgrade then I think it was too advanced for her so she went back to her iphone lol, she just wanted her $199.99 she paid back so I got a heck of a deal. Some times you have to search a bit but it pays off.

Oh sorry I did not mean this phone, I meant phones in the past. Plus the deals are best a couple months after the device is out. The little old ladies dont buy at first release usually lol. The techies only buy early or the ones trying to profit, so it takes a good month or two after release to see good deals, or if the competition has a new phone come out right after the phone you want that helps get good deals too.
