Hi today i have GALAXY 3 frimare 2.1 uptade1 baseband I5800XXJG3
Kernel 2.6.29 [email protected] #2[lol i dont have root yep i must go make or no ?]
build number ECLAIR.XWJH3
And me question is .
Where i can read tutorial for Revoery MOde[i want have recovery for install uptade.zip i dont see topic in androir develpoments :/ ]
And i run combofix in me computer . When this program end scan me phons [se x10 mini and galaxy 3 ] dont connect to pc wtf ?:/
I go to FORCED upload [vol up ,power,home] and i see only android robot and FORCED UPLOAD key pressing [text] . :/

Hi, Congratulation on your new phone..
To connect your phone to your pc you need Samsung drivers..
Install them from the in box cd you got(dont waste time downloading kies from internet its crap)
Install kies from box packed CD then restart your pc.
Connect your phone and it should be detected..
Btw after that flash a froyo rom.(very optional,but recommended)

Also after some time when your ready flash a custom rom..Most of them have CWM recovery.

* Eclair days are gone. We now have official froyo so you should upgrade to that.
* In order to install update.zip you need to have CWM recovery. There is a thread for it in the development section also it is present in all the custom roms.
* Regarding rooting your phone you can do it via superOneClick.
My suggestion:
Rather than upgrading to froyo, then rooting it then installing cwm recovery, you better flash a custom Rom with all the benefits included

And i can go froyo [with tutorial in YT] when i have Galaxy 3 I5800[i dont have i5801 i dont mode to i5801 ] :] .

[guide] [rooting xxlsj]

Many people are trying to root xxlsj with short method heres how to do
1 Download the philz kernel
2 Run odin click on pda select the philz kernel
3 put ur phone into download mode by holding volume down+home + power button now press volume up to continue
4 connect it now u will see that there odin is showing id com click on start
5 Then the kernel will be flashed now u will have cwm installed
6 Download root super su.zip copy it into your sd card
7 Turn off ur phone hold volume up +power + home button now leave button when u see startup screen
8 now u will enter in clock work mod select by power button and up down by volume keys select install zip from sd card choose zip from internal sd card then select root supersu.zip
9 There you go now ur phone is rooted
10 click on thanks

Don't criticize like a know it all, there are still people who don't know anything about their phones, this guide will be easy for such a super noob.

I am in a big mess recently installed TWER ROM and nexus andriod 4.3 did something actual andriod had been deleted from my phone did try to reset or factory reset but nothing is working.How to get back to my previous android version

Download the appropiate firmware(mh6) for your variant then flash it using odin

I tried below but my phone is struck at intital logo Samsung galaxy S4 screen its not turning on.
Install and run Chainfire's TRIANGLE AWAY (I9505 ONLY, I9500 is NOT SUPPORTED YET)
NOTE: There is an option "System modified workaround", please tick this and restart your phone. Device Status should be back to OFFICIAL!! Use it with caution!!
Next few steps are ONLY for people who couldn't reset it with Triangle Away...
1. Reboot into Download Mode and check if Binary & System are OFFICIAL.
2. Only if the BINARY Status is still Custom, download and extract OFFICIAL STATUS MOD(.tar.md5): GT-I9500 or GT-I9505 - open in Odin as PDA (password: djembey2013)
3. In some cases FACTORY DATA RESET (Phone Settings=>Accounts=>Backup & reset =>Factory Data Reset) is required to reset Device Status.

You probably just need to do a factory reset. If the Odin flash was successful, simply boot into recovery (volume up+home+power) delete user data. reboot.

I tried to install Google android 4.3 (nexus) on my phone i was successful but i didnt like that as it disable all the samsung features(palm,autostay) i tried to remove that but i messed something here i tried reset in TWRP after that my phone didnt start it was struck on samsung logo.
I tried to install google 4.3 again and it worked i had installed Omega rom its working fine but i do see my phone is slow i am still thinking of going back to actual android 4.2.2 version if u can help that would be great.

Download Samsung Kies,
Go to tools and click firmware upgrade and initialization
If you have 9505 type in Model: GT-I9505 If you have 9500 type in Model: GT-9500
Now it will ask your S/N Number. If you cannot boot to android then pull out the battery and there must be S/N Number (NOT Battery S/N)
If you can boot to android, then go to Settings, touch more then scroll down find and touch about device, then touch status, scroll down and see the serial number
type it in Kies
Then follow instruction from kies
you must boot to download mode first (you can do this with: turn off the device then press Volume Down + Home Button + Power Button and then if you release it and press volume up to continue it)

Kies won't work because you have a custom rom installed.
Why dont you just flash a custom rom in the recovery?
1. Do a factory reset in recovery. Wipe system/data/cache.
2. Flash a custom rom.
3. Boot.
It's as simple as that.
Or do you want to flash a stock rom? If so, make sure you flash a knox disabled stock rom.

Do you have like an electronics store in example best buy? They can reflash your factory firmware for you. Or your carrier provider.

I'm sure you can get it running with odin. Download Odin ver 3.07. Download the stock mh6 firmware from sammobile.com. it's a zip file. Use 7-zip to extract the .tar.md5 file from it. Use that file in odin, PDA slot. Only have auto-reboot checked in Odin.

Unrooted s3 with no rom installed help?

so i had a rooted s3 which is now my old phone and wanted to return it to stock for sale.
i start by unrooting the phone (now realise this should of been done last)
i then tried to flash the stock firmware on with odin however keep getting stuck at NAND write start (i have tried using different PIT files and kies is all closed down)
i can get to recovery and download mode but nothing else. cant install any roms from recovery.
is there a way i can root the phone again to get a rom on it? its not found by the pc when trying to use s3 toolkit or abd devices

You are posting in the wrong forum see sticky top of the page .
Problem reads as you need a new motherboard or you can read multiple identical posts re NAND.

doesnt matter fixed it now anyway, just used the kies recovery

Just use usb from backside of ur pc. NO from keyboard or hub, frontside. Just backside usb port and flash any rom u want.

I had the same problem on trying to 100% clean my phone since its freeze on locking unlocking and I turn it on it reboots like 10 times and then I just bought an external card with a USB thing to put it inside and conect it to my PC which allowed me to get cmw/rom/ etc and re do it all again.

It was rooted. recently I tried Adding A ROM for the first time .. Using CWM .. I Followed the steps Mentioned On A Perticular Website ... I dont know whether i can share links here or something....But I guess It Wont help.. Unless I post the link.. Or wait Let me Copy the Rom file mentioned Their To Download and yea I Tried to Update my Andriod 4.3 With Kitkat. . .Rom Of S5. [ Or thats What i wanted to do ]

I used Recovery Of Clockward Mod.
Added that Exe File in My Phone. Use Recovery mod [Home+vol up + Lock ] Went their
First noidbackuped and then added Custom Rom. Now Everything was done . I Reeboted . My devide got Bootlooped.. And The Things Went worse when I tried to Finish The bootloop [Stuck at Samsung] by
Perform a full clean-up of the device (This will delete all apps and their settings and game progress). For this:
Select Wipe data/Factory reset, then select Yes on the next screen to confirm factory reset (screenshot).
Select Wipe Cache Partition, then select Yes on the next screen to confirm wiping cache.
it Didnt work .. So I Tried to Restore my Rom .. .Just Went In Back up restore and selected the backed up .rom and Stilll device Softbricked.
Then What i did was Completly ****. I just Was In like Blank Mind . So I FORMATTED MY WHOLE PHONE INCLUDING SYSTEM AND SDCARD0 .. And there , Now I have Nothing but just A CWN RECOVERY MOD ACCES+ ODIN DOESENT RECOGANIZE MY DEVICE IN DOWNLOADING MOD OR ANY .. And when i Try To turn on It just Do Nothing .. isnt There a way ? To Just Install Rom ? I can still acess CWM And If Someone Can tell me A Appropriate Rom File .zip for my Cellphone Ill download it , Add it in Sd card and Then Use CWM To Install that rom ? Its quite Possible ? Please ? Anyone ? help ?

you can't use download mode but you can still enter recovery? that's pretty weird... are you sure you're trying correctly? are the drivers properly installed and stuff? if it still doesn't work, then go to this section of the forum: http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s4/i9500-develop there you will find plenty of roms you can flash with CWM recovery

I can enter Downloading Mod but The Problem is That There is No /0/System .. In my Mobile . So Computer Dosent Pics up .. I Deleted my sdcard/0/ .. Completely Using CWM so i can only access CWM ..

Hi mate,
Lets go step by step.....
If you can get into recovery you can get into download...
1. Press and hold Volume Down, Home and Power buttons at the same time.
2. Release the buttons when you get the warning message.
3. Now press Volume Up button to confirm.
after you are in download mode lets flash a stock rom back in you can follow this thread

same one you had or newer ,
Another option would be ....
Take external sd out of your phone and use any posible adapter or device so you can use you pc to place a custom rom in....now place it back in your phone and from cwm instal the custom rom...

Stop panicing. This is basic rom flashing.
Just flash a custom rom from within cwm.

Allright my Phone Is Back .. But its only Lock Screen that works when i unlock it hangs and gives S voice Stopped working , xxxx stopped working this stopped working etc... ? Now how should i fix this problem ? please Im really thankfull For all of your advise.. i downloaded the Official Firmware From Sam Firmwares and used Odin and Did Intall everything. please ? Tell me what should i do ? now ..
