My Sprint g2 started randomly rebooting when I turn the screen on through button or knock on.
All I know is that it reboots to the sprint boot screen twice, on the second time the phone starts normally.
It doesn't occur on every screen turn on, just randomly.
I am unable to replicate the reboots since they don't always happen.
How can I diagnose the cause without root?

My problem was caused by a signal monitoring app called SignalCheck.
I uninstalled it and haven't had a reboot since.
Try uninstalling any new apps that you installed around the time that the reboots started.

So i bought my G2 three days after launch and had none of the common issues until about a week before the OTA. I started experiencing the shutdowns at random and it slowly got more frequent (4 times a day). The OTA hit and i didnt have another shutdown for a week. Then one. Then two about three days later. Now its back to an everyday thing. Is there something i can do to fix it. Im not rooted and im not using any weird widgets or apps.
Is it rebooting or just shutting down and you have to press the power button to turn it back on? If its just shutting down and not rebooting then I think you might have a loose battery.

Well, i hit the power button to wake up the screen and i get nothing. After a few seconds the white screen with the htc logo appears and the phone boots. I assume its shutdown cause it acts like its off. If it was a loose battery why would the OTA slow it down for a bit?
After the OTA (that was supposed to fix the random reboots/shutdowns), I had the same thing. About a week of none, and then they started again. Since I've perm-rooted, installed the BaconBits kernel and messed around with some Sense ROMs. Not one shutdown. I think T-Mobile's ROM build(s) for this phone just suck and that's the problem. Only on stock have I had the issue.
Yea I'm Experiencing the same issue. I Upgrade the OTA about three weeks ago and now out of know where it randomly turns off it doesn't shut OFF , it just turns off and then i have to take the battery out and reboot it all over again? Any Suggestions?

My dad has an LG Optimus L3 E400 and everytime he turns on wifi the phone lags out and you can barely use it but after a couple of minutes it goes back to normal. He has the stock rom without root. Please help!

Because, if WiFi is turned on, all applications and system apps (gmail, play store etc.) attack WiFi.
But resolve within 3-5 seconds. "A couple of minutes" are too high. You must uninstall some apps.

You're asking the right person. Just follow these steps: Before your dad activates Wi-Fi tell him to add a shortcut of 'App manager' at Home screen. Now the trick is once you open App manager you instantly press at 'Close all' button even if there are no apps running. You must see a msg saying that apps were closed. After that it's time to hit the Wi-Fi button. It should connect without lags at all. This trick worked for me in about 9 out of 10 times.

Lg l3 Wifi problem

My VZW LG G2 is running CM11 nightlies (2013-12-23 at the moment), and have had this issue where the phone will freeze and reboot when I try to wake. It is random and does not matter which way I try to wake (knock knock or power button). The phone will get moody, freeze for about 10 seconds and reboot. I wouldn't mind this that much if this was a recognized error in the nightlies and was being worked on, but I have yet to find one topic addressing this issue. Is it just me???

Known issue... When everyone is talking about the SODs on the nightlies they are refering to this issue I believe.
OK awesome! For future reference, where can I find these topics?? I tried looking for this before I posted..
AT&T LG G2 running stock 4.4.2 (D80020c)
Occasionally, about once a week or so, the phone just restarts itself with no warning.
Is there an Event Viewer type app that would let me see why it is restarting? Running hot maybe?
No issues otherwise. Just strange, and a bit annoying.
Try to shut down LTE.
My LG G2 turns off randomly, it seems to happen when I try to make a phone call. i'm on stock Lollipop (it did same before I upgraded it from kitkat, only had the phone about 4 hours) not rooted.
Anyone have this issue or know how to fix it?
Ok obviously no one can help..
So my next question, has anyone has the yellow bloch on the screen, and just left it for a few months and it's been fine just slightly distracting?
