Hi all,
I'm trying to resolve my issue for a long time without any success...
I have Parrot MKi9000 blue-tooth hands-free in my car which I'm using a lot. Usually it works but sometimes I'm not able to hear the opposite and also they can't hear me. It always happen when the current call is ended and I start a new one immediately. The only way how to fix this is to reboot.
Does anyone else have the same issue? Could anyone help me out of this? This issue is driving me crazy...
I'm currently on 4.4 Google Play ROM but it happens also on stock ROM and on other/older ROMs too.
Appreciate any help!

Hi All,
I'm currently using the HTC Audio Manager with my Sony HBH-DS980 bluetooth headset and for the most part everything works well; and unlike some I've had no problems playing music in Standby mode. The problem I have is keeping it in Standby mode.
I noticed the other day that if I try to skip to the next tune or in fact do anything with the headset my HD wakes up and does not turn itself back off, it dims but that's it. This obviously has a drastic effect on the battery life.
Has anyone else experienced this and more to the point does anyone know how to fix it?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
Mav.
Can anyone help please?
Bump!
I'd really like an answer... Anybody?
Same problem here, it's driving me crazy. This phone is just ****ing piece of ****.
Every time I'm listening to music through the headphones and i receive a notification or a phone call, no sound will come out from the phone after and the only fix is a reboot. Anyone else having this issue? Any fix? I'm about to try different music players but I'm pretty sure that's not the problem. I'm on CM 4.02, Recovery 1.4.
Can anyone offer up some help? I doubt its a problem with the phone since its been a problem even before i got a replacement G1 -_-
Reflash the latest radio.
That should do it.
Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone else has been experiencing this issue?
Right after the 4.3 update I can no longer hear anything out of the earpiece speaker.
Wired headsets and speakerphone work fine. But, can no longer hear the phone ringing or hear anyone on the other end.
There are a few people reporting this problem on the google products page:

I have tried rebooting and Factory Restore.
Phone has never been rooted/unlocked or modified in any way.
Thanks
Same happened to me and i also stumbled across that thread. I am using soundabout as a temporary fix and so far it has been fine. Hopefully there will be a more official fix soon.
The earpiece on my Galaxy S4 (SPH-L720) does not work, so I cannot hear calls (or any other audio that uses the earpiece). The other person on the call can hear me fine and speakerphone and headphones work. I bought the phone used, so it seems like it would be a hardware problem, except for the fact that I am able to make it work by opening HwModuleTest (dial *#0*#) and pressing the receiver button. This creates a tone through the earpiece and the problem goes away until for a while, only to come back at seemingly random intervals, or when I reboot. All this was happening with the stock firmware (4.4.2).
I then switched to CyanogenMod 11 M12 (4.4.4), because I do not like the stock OS and because I hoped it might solve this problem. Unfortunately, the problem still remains, but I now have no way to mitigate it at all because CyanogenMod does not have HwModuleTest or something similar as far as I know.
I found a few similar problems on the internet, but they were are either unresolved or the solution did not work for me. A common cause was that the phone falsely detected that headphones were plugged in, but I don't think this is the problem because I used the SoundAbout app (as recommended in one case) to force the use of the earpiece and this did not fix the problem.
I was wondering if anyone had experienced the same problem or has any ideas of you to solve it. Thanks.I was wondering if anyone had experienced the same problem or has any ideas of you to solve it. Thanks.
Bump. Does anyone ever heard of this problem before?
While driving, I use Google Maps or Waze and make phone call using my bluetooth headset. During the call my GPS stops.
My Nexus is rooted and I faced this issue on different ROMs (Stock and Custom).
Anybody had this issue before? What's fix?
If that happens on both stock and custom ROMs there's a pretty good chance it's a hardware problem in which case there is no fix that is practical given the value and age of the phone. One thing you could try is to put your phone in safe mode and see if the behavior stops. If it does stop then an app you installed is causing an issue. If it keeps happening then you probably have a hardware problem.
