Hi,
I recently installed 10.2 by quarx. IIRC, the phone worked in the beginning, but now I lost all sound during calls. It still works for all other apps, but not when calling someone or being called. What information do you guys need to help me fix this?
I have done a dalvic and cache wipe, but to no avail.

Is your Bluetooth on? If it is, switch it off.

this issue also appear in Quarx 1117 cm11 package.but now quarx has fixed it.

Can someone give me an advice?
I have a defy+ with bl7 and since I have flashed the 11.10 build I noticed that my phone acts weird:
1. the phone signal shows full, data is on(H-symbol) but the signal icon it's not blue and I cannot receive calls. Trying to turn on/off data nothing happens. Turn on/off airplane does nothing. Only if I reset the phone I can receive calls.
2. Flashing stock Rom or 2nd init builds solves this problem but appear another(random reboots)
3. In 2nd boot builds the battery drain is very high even with the latest build. Only when I change the file libril.... from Walter MSGINGER the battery drain its normal but the issue with the phone still on.
This is happening to me 2-4 times / day
So the advice I ask is that
It's a hardware problem or is a software problem?

Same thing happened with me so I installed sbf Nordic and then cm9 and now using cm10 which is working awesome without any problem

I flashed froyo because I got green lens and I rooted it with super one click then installed 2init recovery installer v2.0 then flashed cm9 epsy. Version and froyo kernel after that installed cm10 18 build update 3 and now 4th it is working awesome

Hey guys..
I'm facing this problem.. After flashing CRAZY RABBIT 1.8 and wiping my battery stats, my Defy no longer enters deep sleep (some times).screen keep on after locking it, screen turn on automatically and off itself.. turn on and off keep doing this, which is making by battery last a lot less.
I've never had problems like this, because I was on MIUI Pikachu Edition...
I have search for hat but not success.
Any tips how to solve it? Thanks!
It could be a rogue app running in the background, since I am not aware of any whiterabbit issue like this

back on MIUI Pikachu but having same problem, screen turning on and off automatically after few minutes. Any suggestions?
You must flash full; sbf (Official Froyo Mb525, Gb Mb526) ,your problem should be corrected.
Don't worry will be good: Good:
Try flashing a Rom without restoring apps. If there is no problem then restore your apps carefully to check which one is causing the problem
If you have a problem even with a clean flash.. well that shouldn't happen

I flashed pacman 4.2.2 on my blade 28.2.2013 build. at first the bluetooth was working fine but nw neither does my phone gets shown up when anybody else scans for my device nor am i able to find somebody else's device. please help. i have tried reflashing the rom but it didnt help.. any help will be appreciated! thanks in advance

4.2 ROMs are known to have Bluetooth issues. Just try switching it on/off a couple of times
i tried that too... many a times.. but still its not helping... should i reflash once again?

×—Hi all, I've successfully installed WajUI - a MIUI version for the defy+ on my friend's phone.
Everything works except for receiving calls. I don't know what I can do.
The error I get is."Unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped"
Tried reboot, calling in different modes, etc. No use. But I can make calls, and I can see who called.
I tried cm slim but had no reception at all.
Tried MIUI v4 but no camera.
Help would be very appreciated..

hi guys.
I've tried unsuccessfully to install the ROM White Rabbit. Following the instructions, i have installed the kernel, zip files, and then went fail, factory reset and set off for repair.
So I've install SBF files, root, and sdinit, CM10 ROM flash.
the phone is back to normal, except that all calls are completely muted and unable to connect on HSPA network as before.
any suggestions? I need another kernel? please help me, thanks

Network issue: baseband switcher
Muted calls: probably the same issue, but if you cannot fix it, try a system wipe and clean install

I've tried change the baseband, but no one solve the problem.
I did a full wipe again, and nothing new. Do you suggest a factory reset to the original Motorola version and do all the process since the beginning?

If no baseband works, copy over baseband from stock in which radio works. You should start from beginning, and don't forget system wipe before install cm10

Tks thekguy, works like a charm! A full wipe and all the process again solve everything!
