Hi,
I used the android 4.3 factory image to get rid of the custom ROM and the custom kernel.
After few days it ask me to upgrade to android 4.3 while I am already using the android from the factory image

and asked me to reboot and install this update
I just pressed at reboot and install because I thought maybe some new updates will be installed, after that it reboot to the the recovery mode(I am using twrp) and I didn't know what to do so I just rebooted to the system and every few days it come in the notification and ask me again.
I want to know if there was way to install those update and I didn't know it or this is bug.
Thanks.

Which build did you install? It could be the security update from JWR66V to JWR66Y.

This is a link to a flashable zip in this post.
you'll have to reflash the supersu binary again after this one as it'll break root. The post says to unroot before you run the update, but i was able to apply the update without unrooting and had to reflash supersu 1.51 after it to regain root access.
Same issue here!!

You'll have to wait until the new GE edition phones are launched. Also 4.3 will have to be made for those phones which will delay the release.

I also read somewhere that it's coming out on the 20th. Will we need to flash back to stock kernel if we update to 4.3? I'm guessing that it'll flash a new kernel along with the rom, but I just wanted to make sure.

I got the update notification. downloaded it, it reboots and starts installing
then it just says "error"
I rebooted, cleared google framework services and updated again - "error"
used "full unroot" on SuperSU - "error"
p.s. I'm on stock Google 4.2.2 Firmware, rooted (not any more) and unlocked bootloader with TWRP
How does it say "error" in the installer?

You have to use Volume up and power on that screen until it unlocks, it does not have a backup option anyway unfortunately so you need a custom recovery but there is no point.
What I mean is that this flasher will wipe EVERYTHING including internal storage and place stock recovery.

downloaded the file from there, extracted it. removed the -w option and ran it.
at first fastboot said "waiting for device" so I rebooted the phone with vol down + power, then plugged it in via USB and it updated
now running 4.3
thanks for your help

Flash the custom recovery and you can install the update bro. Or flash the OTA with TWRP recovery and keep root, install the superuser app from Play after the flash.
