Clear data in settings/apps/all apps/Galery, if that doesn`t help do a data factory reset in settings/backup and restore.

Cleared data and cache memory !!! but still crashing !!!
Need to try factory reset !
Whats the cause for this issue ???

Phone rebooting when there's an app update in Google play

I've noticed that my phone was rebooting and I was looking for a pattern. After a few reboots I find out it happens when there's an notification or trying to update an app in Google play. So, the workaround is to disable auto update apps and notifications of available updates too.
Now it's running rock solid, but this problem makes me sad.
Thank you!
Stock firmware or rooted/custom? Either way you should consider a factory reset
Yup, as said above or if that doesn`t help reflash the stock/custom rom with Odin/recovery and then data factory reset.

Did you try clearing the Google Play and Google Play Services data in settings/apps/all apps and reboot and try again?
There is a small chance that you might have a defective device. If you can demonstrate to the manufacturer that factory reset does not solve your problems, you can get it fixed/replaced. Good luck guy

My Note 3 immediately after reboot shows message "Unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped" and then restart in a second.
Please suggest some solution that I can save my data.

Sent from my Note 3 running Phronesis Rom
Hi,
I searched a lot, everyone suggesting easy solution, factory reset.
I'm looking for some advanced thing to save my data.
If I update ROM, does it erase all storage data?

Use Samsung kies to backup your data ,app, contact, sms ...etc
Then factory reset if still no luck so flash new firmware via odin and restore your data again
You can install another rom by dirty update and your data will be not wiped. or you can wipe only dalvik system and cache dont wipe data .

Problem with my phone..

Guys, when i turn off the wifi the passwords deleting auto.. and when i restart my device some apps deleting also the settings on them.. how to fix this? i am on 5.1.1
Have you tried wiping cache and dalvik cache? Had the same problem and that fixed it for me.
Or just re-flash the entire rom
