If not fix your problem too, go back to stock rom with odin and ROOT again, if you not have stock rom go to this site bellow and find your region in there...

- Flash stock rom from sammobile via Odin
- Root using chainfires cf auto root
- Install and use triangle away
- Use permanent unroot option in SU app
- Do a factory reset
After that everything is back to stock.

Hi Guys
I suspect this might be quite simple but I seem to be missing something, I rooted using towelroot but when wanting to flash new RON ( Assassin )
when I boot into recovery the little android dude is lying down with a red warning triangle on top and it says ...no command...
I can select the file from SD but it doesn't start flashing.
I'm no wiz at this but did mange on my note 2 with the dittonote3 ROM
Have I missed a step somewhere ????

I just flashed the Assassin rom using mobile odin so I'll try and go from there and see if it is still on stock recovery once rebooted etc..
CWM didn't take the first time. Check you have the right version for your Model/OS - reflash it, then you're good to go :good:

ive tried rooting my galaxy note 4 sm-n910f version by the guide here and it worked ive had superSU installed and used root required apps.
then for some reason after a week or so ive noticed that my phone isnt rooted anymore how can that be? ive check via "Root checker basic" app from the playstore and it says the device is not rooted.
and the superSU app is gone aswell.
ive tried to root it again 3 more times and it seems not to work...
what can be the problem?

Were you able to root your phone after the update?
Because for me the update disabled root and I'm not able to root again. Tried using kingoroot and vroot.
Edit: root working fine. Had a problem because of poor internet connection.

That's because you've deleted some of the system apps. Restore them and try to update again.
Got it also, but can't update with less than 35% of battery charge...
Later i'll update the system...

If you didn't deleted or uninstalled the app "Amigo Note", just clear cache and data from this app

Hey I updated also.. But have one question, why we have the Gameloft stupid games and some apps now after Kitkat update?? Can I uninstall them? Or it's going to be a problem in future?
HI. I tried to upgrade my Elife E7 kitkat (flashing months ago with E7_0301_v8143_KKv2_CWM-FORUMPITTECH.zip and TWRP recovery...) but I get an error when system is verified ... /system/priv-app/Amigo_Navi Launcher.apk has unexpected contents... I haven't deleted any file. I tried to flash Indiam Rom with kitkat from the beginning but nothing, Ican't upgrade it and get the same error.... What can I do? Can someone upload this apk file?? Thanks

If the app managers gives u an option to uninstall then u can do that. but do not root uninstall, then ota would be a prob.

We need to play with the kernel. If it was a matter of customization, applying the root patches first would have worked. As of now that hasn't worked either.

Edit: apparently I was violating forum rules, so I removed a link to 4PDA
mcaserg @ 4PDA makes what I believe is the best Note 4 Kernel...
Google "4pda.ru ultimate kernel", it's topic 620217
Use chrome or something to translate the page and register...
If you get a captcha, use the google translate app on your note 4 and copy down the characters as best you can using your S-Pen...
Once you're in, there is an option to disable captcha completely for your account...
I've been using Ultimate Kernel v51 rooted on stock official 5.1.1 COH4.
You just have to install the kernel via recovery (I use TWRP), and when you tap reboot system, TWRP recovery says "SU binary not detected, install?", tap "yes"... Once booted open SuperSU and update the SU Binary.
I've attached v51, for future releases go to 4PDA... (I wont keep this thread or post updated, sorry.)
If this helped, don't hesitate to click thanks.
