hey, wondering how they create froyo roms for different phones and when we can expect one for the galaxy s. my friend just got froyo on his g1 and i know theyre no where near releasing an official froyo build for the g1. i've got a nexus one and waiting to see what kind of performance upgrades the galaxy sees after froyo. should be impressive.

I'm sure this will be ported asap, starting with AOSP roms 1st. Then we'll have to wait for HTC and verizon to update Sense to 2.3 for the Inc.
I hope they include the new version of Sense (Desire Z/HD) with Gingerbread, that would be sick!
Hey guys I just got a mint G1/Dream dev edition with nice box and bits. I have a had a few droids and thought I might go and get me some genesis.
Its great so far and will be used along side my HOX. I really loved my N1, SGS2 and Gnex but this seems like the change I need.
Any roms I should try?

Which galaxy s4 will get better dev support?
The S600(I9505) or the exynos(I9500)?
I guess both will have almost similar devlopment with stable AOSP ROMs....
And also is there a Galaxy S4 to be released thats CDMA + Exynos?
I think you should get I9505 because it's very common and it has better cpu.
So hello guys, I've bought the Galaxy S8 since a week now and I've been glad with it so far. Though moving from something like a LG G3 and Oneplus 3T running both some AOSP/LOS ROMs, I've been wondering if the S8 will also get those soon. Touchwiz is alright as a stock ROM, especially when debloated with Renovate Ice but AOSP and LOS will more than make justice to the powerhouse Exynos that the S8 has, especially when looking at the comparisons with other flagships (running SD835) like the Sony XZP, OP5, HTC U11. So what do you guys say? Soon or nah? Thanks in advance!
Who knows. It'll take a dev to get the device and then port the Rom.
