Quarx ICS is mostly stable for regular use. I've been using it for a week now. There's no camera support yet though. Other than that it's awesome. Can't wait to get some cash to donate it to him
the camera no work.

Yeah, Quarx ICS is stable.
I don`t use for the moment because when u use 3G network you have a lot of problems with phone calls...
Even the Wireless tether doesn't work on ICS. Changed back to 2.3.7 from cyanogen. Battery backup is awesome and performance is good.
there r many bugs ,and the main problem is that no one know that when the camera will start working
Could you suggest which ROM is the best and stable for daily use?
In my opinion, CM7!
Very stable and very good battery life!
Try'it!
Sorry for english!
Atrix - "CM7"
If you are looking for a Stable Rom, Rom try TopSmarts GB 1.0 by ItaloSnt, I'm using the four days and still not ancontrei no bug. And excellent battery life. Super fast and stable. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1854440
I hope I helped.
Pretty much any Gingerbread rom you install is going to be stable.
The dev's have worked a long time with it and the main difference is features now, not stability
I would say any rom based on cm7. I would recommend topsmarts gb rom also. Been using it for a couple of days and it's noticeably quicker than stock cm7 and has better battery life

Agreed, CM7 hands down. Blur is much slower, and CM9/10 have a lot of issues.
CM10 is my daily ROM right now...

Epinter CM10 09/01/2012 build is solid enough for me. I do not use fingerprint sensor, webtop, car dock thing. I can also solve any issues I might encounter by myself most of the time.
Sorry for bad english!

If you want a blur rom then definetly Nottachtrix
If you want Cm7 then Topsmarts Gb :good:

I must agree with you. For those who do not require camera working 100%, CM10 Epinter and a very good option. Even this and my Rom Backup.

To tell you the truth, my external sd card is only used for Nandroids. I have a backup of all the most recent ROMs. If i know I will need things not available on CM10, I just reboot into TWRP2 recovery and swap ROMs.
CM10 makes your Atrix feel new again.

Most stable rom is CM7. I wouldn't do any of that modded CM7 stuff just regular old CM7 from http://get.cm. CM7 runs great, gets the best benchmarks, run the smoothest, gets the best battery life, and is completely stable. I haven't even had one crash on any app yet and I've been running and installing the latest nightlies for 2 weeks now. I love CM10 but for me I just got tired of the glitches/horrible battery life/overheating/no video camera/stability problems.
Alien ROM version 4
Best ever

I have compared two firmwares of different regions as ICS 4.0.3 and ICS 4.0.4.
I have then found that 4.0.3 has the incredible battery life than ICS 4.0.4.
Except the pinch zoom bug in ICS 4.0.3 everything seems perfect.
I'm using Hydracore Kernel on both Firmwares.
I've decided to stick on 4.0.3.
I get superb batterylife with 4.0.4 XXLRQ + HydraCore 4.3b. The rom is also super smooth. Best experience with note so far.

Anyone can play smoothly Temple Run 2 at "Best Visual Quality"?
I' m with last cm10, custom kernel, overclocked to 1.0 Ghz, and it isn' t smooth.
If yes, tell me which rom do you use and your overclock configuration.
i was on miui ics and honestly it was not smooth at all...
now rolling back to miui gb will update u soon
I m on JellyBeanCannon.
It runs smooth on better settings but lags on best.
For me it runs completely smooth when the app has finally booted - boot up takes quite some time.
Settings are on middle setting.
My machine:
Defy (green)
latest CM7.2 nightly by maniac
governor boosted

Rein haun
Also smooth on latest wiui gb
@1200 mHz, although it should run fine with stock settings as well

Working fine on latest CM10 here!
Quality set to good. Haven't tried best
Try quality set to better, I'm using latest cm10 with sevenrock fixed [email protected] mHz, ksm and zram disabled. The game is absolutely smooth for me

Thekguy, how long is your battery lasting running on 1200mhz?
On topic: not smooth as well on miui v4.
Now it came to my thoughts, it may be the lookout security running here.
With full charge in the morning I have around 30 % left at night with some gaming + 3G + Wi-Fi.
Vsels are:
18-300
32-600
42-800
60-1200
On topic- I find performance to be lower on the older non 2ndboot cm10 or cm9 builds
Sent from my MB526 using xda premium
runs smooth on canon v8.1.1 clocked @1.2GHz frequency is according to vsel calculator!
butter smooth on official cm7.2 @1Ghz with v6 supercharger script installed!
Latest CM7 by Maniac103 here. Runs smooth on "better", a bit stuttery on "best" but still playable.
Runs without any lag on my cm10. I prefer to play it on my defy than to my O3D.
my current score is 12.4 million without any hack, I love playing this game
Smooth on CM10 1.2 GHz with better graphics and latest game update. Playable with best graphics but lags.

What is your multiplier mate
Hi everybody,
i'm looking for a super stable and long lasting.
I found a lot of topic about "best rom", but they are plenty of little different request like gaming, music playng ecc.
I don't have any of these request, i just require a rom that will stand on without crashing the maximum numbers of hours. Actually my maximum is around 400h with cyanogenmod, i wondering if others rom could do better times.
Thanks for your attention!
CM10?
I used CM 10 to achieve my record.
I wonder if there were others roms with better result (even GB ones)
For gingerbread try oxygen rom it was the most stable rom for me and I came back to it a few days ago I haven't rebooted in the past few days with no slow downs and it still smooth

Rasbean ROM with thalamus kernel I had that combo running for months with no reboots or freeze ups!!!

CM10 latest nightly, very stable, the best rom for NS
I would recommend jellyshot with marmite kernel.

SlimBean 4.2.2 version 2.0 is very stable without major bugs.
Good luck

I have bad luck with slim bean, i tried it before and i had at least one crash/day, even with a clean install.
Another vote for Jellyshot with Marmite here.
+1 for CM10 with Marmite 8.5 kernel. I've been testing all roms... And probably the best tweaked rom i found was CM10 stable one...
+1 for CM10 and +1 for BlackBean6
Gesendet von meinem Nexus S mit Tapatalk 2
Jellyshot or Slimbean gets my vote
metal dragon overlord is the most stable i've tried
paired with matr1x and it should last you a looong time
I recommend:
Rasbeanjelly 11-6-12 Paired with the _thalamus kernel
Guide based on my usage
I've used a lot of roms in my persuit for perfection.. An addiction to flash really, but I have compiled a small list of the roms I've tried. I don't have a favorite, but I have found that once you initially set up your phone, most of the "features" don't really matter. I hope this helps, and doesn't stir too much controversy as I mean no disrespect to any developer(s) as all the roms have their good points.
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0An4M6zvBOQ1KdExJMDlCZlRwem9zS29Ma1VHRWhCLXc#gid=0
On a side note, I do prefer the Devil kernel, and Marmite 8.5 (smartassv2+row)
**Updated and easier to read**
Been running rasbean for months. Even stable when OCd with morfics kernel and super smooth as well.

i'm on xenonhd and its very stable. its just the launcher that sometimes makes problems, and the homescreen is rotating to landscape if device is turned, which i have not found any way to turn off. but you can remove the google-search bar on top which is nice.
i guess another launcher would solve the problem, but i'm not aware of a launcher which is basically stock, just with the option to turn off the google search bar (and no landscape mode for homescreens). any hints?
Yeah check out nova and apex launcher.
I vote for oxygen rom if you want gingerbread.
I have been using jellyshot 3.5 w/ air kernel lately and it is great
