Dude if its reboots into cwm then its cool.. just wipe data and cache from there also wipe delvik cache from advanced option and then flash ur rom by selecting zip from SD card... or if u want ur stock rom back just go to backup/restore and restore ur nandroid backup.. (u did take one before flashing a custom rom, right???)

STEPS TO FLASH HYPERION (worked for me 100%)
- Flash stock rom via odin
- Reboot and go to CWM
- Clear Data/Reset and Cache
- Mount System/Sdcard/Data/Cache, (Sometimes Data/Cache can't be mounted it is OKAY)
- Flash Hyperion
- DO NOT REBOOT YET
- Go to Advanced
- Boot to Recovery
- Clear Data
- Clear Cache
- Reboot
Try it

Before wiping data in CWM
Go to mounts and storage>check if "unmount system" is there. If its "mount system" select it and press the centre key which wil turn it to "unmount system".
Also wipe data and cache in stock recovery before going to CWM recovery.

I have the same problem and I followed the instructions on page 1 of the Jellyblast ROM exactly, also this one. After that I tried different ways with different CWM, choose an older version of the rom, reinstall Kuro Kernel after flashing Rom, delete second partition (ext2)... But I always get the bootloop.
Edit:
Solved: I made a stupid mistake. I chose on the download page the Update 5, because i thought it's the full ROM with update 5. Because of the green colour of the ROM download link, i didn't recognize that it's a link.
i tried flashing many times cm7 kernel (boot2.tar) via odin but my phone doesn't boot when i enter into recovery it shows unable to mount system unable to mount cache, unable to mount data please tell me what should i do to flash this kernel
EDIT: my problem is solved thanks for help.

Keep trying it in odin, fully installed all stock, and proves that everything works on and, if so, install the cm7 kernel if possible from odin. Then try again to install cm7
Man, try install stock rom in odin. If the phone doesn't boot, remove the battery and enter in CWM stock. Make a wipe in data and restart the phone. The phone will take 5 minutes or more to turn on. Post ur results.

its a bit strange to me that your stuck in recovery, usually if you flash recovery and it formats system (happens some times) if you make a clean install the rom should boot.
Last thing you can try is to format every thing in this order.
Go to mounts and storage.
Mount/system
Mount/data
Mount/catch
Format/system
Format/data
Format/catch
Go to advanced and whipe delvic catch
Then just follow the rest of instructions that @Paget96 said.
But yes if that doesnt work flash via kdz

Well If you want to flash a custom rom again, then flash another custom rom aside from the one that caused such strange thing. Follow Paget96 flashing steps, see if the problem persists, and make sure it's for L7 p700. If you haven't tried cyanhacker v2.0 then try it.
