its a bit strange to me that your stuck in recovery, usually if you flash recovery and it formats system (happens some times) if you make a clean install the rom should boot.
Last thing you can try is to format every thing in this order.
Go to mounts and storage.
Mount/system
Mount/data
Mount/catch
Format/system
Format/data
Format/catch
Go to advanced and whipe delvic catch
Then just follow the rest of instructions that @Paget96 said.
But yes if that doesnt work flash via kdz

But when i flashed custom rom with Clockworkmod, then it was starting in recovery mode, but it all started when i just upgraded my google stuff with google play, and then phone was restarting and started in recovery mode, but why , i dont know, i backuped files and i dident lost nothing but that starting in recovery mode was strange for me to.

Well If you want to flash a custom rom again, then flash another custom rom aside from the one that caused such strange thing. Follow Paget96 flashing steps, see if the problem persists, and make sure it's for L7 p700. If you haven't tried cyanhacker v2.0 then try it.

Cool, so if you install adb onto your PC and set it up you can sideload a ROM to your recovery....and if you want you can flash stock in download mode with thread in general forum....I'm hitting the sack but if you look up adb sideload you should be able to get all the instructions
---------- Post added at 01:48 AM ---------- Previous post was at 01:46 AM ----------
Basically once you have adb setup and have a ROM ready its a piece of cake and lots of threads if you Google it
I think I will have a problem with ADB, because before flashing I disable the USB debugging mode !!!! and unfortunatly I can't enable it !! Am I true ???

look into your recovery settings, it should have an adb option you can togle, otherwise let it go in booting loop.
navigate to the folder with the files you rooted with. There should be a adb file.
then shift rightclick if windows on that folder that contains that stuff. Select command prompt from here.
adb devices,
or adb it will or should list the phone, then find the codes to push the desired rom and optional apps to root\sdcard.
then adb reboot recovery, or reboot manually into recovery and flash your rom plus optional gapps
Sent from my LG-D802 using xda app-developers app
adb didn't work, can't recognize my device with qdb devices command !!
anyway, I flash the stock rom in Download mode and then root, TWRP and custom Rom and everything is good now !!
thx for all

Help Super long bootloader boot time

Ok so lately I have noticed that my Phone is taking way to long to boot. When a normal l7 would normal boot the phone, it should got the the LG logo for about 10 sec and then after that it should go to(in this case the Carbon fiber boot animation) for about 30 sec +
But the problem is with my phone the LG logo takes 2min + till it moves to the Carbon fiber boot animation then about 1 min for the boot of the carbon OS (P.S just a side note, it did it with slim bean and CM and still no luck)
I have also used CWM to clear/F reset everything, but it has not made a difference.
Could anyone help me out here?
Is there a bootloader or kernel i need to flash to fix this? or is it because my CWM may be outdated(Shouldent matter) and again I may of missed somthing in CWM so still point out the basics <--These are just ideas
On another side note the phone is a
-p705
-32GB Micro SD card in it
- cwm 6.0.2.8
-Kernel: 3.4.4--Cr3pT-OC [email protected] #1 Sat Feb 8 04:34:03 EET 2014
-(If any more info is needed, just ask)

See if it boots quicker without your microsd card, if it does, then there's your problem. There's a lot of fake/faulty cards being sold on the net.
Otherwise, the LG logo shouldn't be there for 2 min, reflash stock via KDZ.

how??
Do you have CWM6.0.4.9????
I can't now provide you a link, but type on youtube "LG L7 (root, bootloader,CWM"
Then in description is a link.
Download it and flash it with KDZ.
That is rom for P700 with root, unlocked bootloader and CWM.
Then flash CWM6.0.4.9 for P705
Than download idk cyanhacker or cm11 by imer choose. . bit take care that ypu use rom for P705
Then in updater-script change from P705 to P700,because that (((p700 kdz rom)))
Flash rom, and that's it.
Here is an instructions to flash
Wipe data/factory reset
Wipe cache
Mount system
Format system
Wipe dalvik-cacje
Flash rom
Wipe cache
Wipe dalvik cache
Flash GAPPS
Wipe cache
Wipe dalvik cavhe
Reboot.

Can you load you the stock ROM onto an SD card?
If you can try doing a factory reset and flashing the CM11 I linked you to in the post above

Well i dont have a stock rom, i didnt do a backup of it. But is it posible to flash a stock rom with cwm? And will it install normaly with cwm?
Btw if it can, do you maybe have a stock zip? I dont have a pc atm to go in to kdz.
Sad to say I don't think you'd be able to flash a stock ROM without a PC, Just because of the .kdz file extension. So you're telling me after trying to flash 3 ROMs, every time you get a blank screen.
Can you send me a picture of the log you get after trying to install a custom ROM or even better send me a video of what's going on.
P.S-Are you getting a black or blank screen or a frozen screen?

If you have a "emmc"error ... the flash of the phone is ruined and the is no software solution for this just hardware
If the are no errors try to flash the bootloader or root the phone (it will voids your warranty)and try to flash a custom rom
If the phone is not rooted and still have warranty .. send it to cusomer service centre..it will replace the mother board

You should try to:
Download SM-N910C_WanamLite.OH4_BL_Modem.tar.md5.zip and SM-N910C_WanamLite.XXU1COH4.V3.0.NO-WIPE.zip from here
Put SM-N910C_WanamLite.XXU1COH4.V3.0.NO-WIPE.zip in your external sdcard
Reboot the phone in recovery mode. From TWRP go to Wipe/AdvancedWipe/ and tick DalickCache, System, Data, Internal Storage, Cache and "Swipe to Wipe".
Always from TWRP go back to the first page, hit "Install", search for SM-N910C_WanamLite.XXU1COH4.V3.0.NO-WIPE.zip in /external_sd and install it, after Wipe Dalvick and Cache.
Reboot in Download mode
In your PC launch ODIN and put SM-N910C_WanamLite.OH4_BL_Modem.tar.md5.zip in the AP button (untick autoreboot)
Connect the phone (in Download mode) to the PC via USB cable
Let it be recognized by ODIN and hit the start button.
Once successful flash, disconnect the phone from the PC, take out the battery, put it back in and turn on the phone.
It should solve your bootloops

When you download just the bootloader you have to put it in the BL button. But what I've linked is a modem/bootloader package and it has to be flashed from the AP button.

F*** sake. I'm sorry about that.
Download the right version of TWRP and flash it via ODIN (link) and try again all the steps.
EDIT:
Which version of ODIN are you using? Try to use the latest.

You don't answer my question, what Android are you? Kitkat or lollipop? Just download one of them (the latest one), put in sd card, boot to recovery, wipe everything, install stock ROM (kitkat/lollipop) and wipe data then restart
Go to recovery - wipe - checklist cache - klik change file setting - change to ext4
Finish, reboot to recovery, and try to flash your rom again

If you dont want rooted your phone, after your trouble solved, erase root in kingroot aplication.
