Hi,
It is not allowed to post here in the languages other than English. So please first write in English then Turkish under it.
I support this topic since there is no actual global company in our counrty. For example Samsung Turkey is actually an independent Turkish company who has permissions to use Samsung's name and buys devices from Samsung. Just like a tech market whose name is very very similar to Samsung with its own after sale services.so they are not really related to Original Samsung. Fortunately it has an agreement with the real Samsung so if they really fail on providing services we can still write to Samsung and they can give warnings to Samsung Turkey.
But here is how it works in my country: first you go to the service with a broken phone and then they take it for repairing and tell you nothing unless you call and ask for a 100 times a day and get your phone aswered if you are lucky. According to the law they have only 20 work days to either repair or replace the device but they always tell you that law is not valid when the phone needs to be replaced even if you go there with a paper printed the law in your hands. Therefore they blame Samsung for holding them for waiting the new device and they add it could take a couple of months. So you find yourself either trying to find some high rank employee there to speed things up (because this is how things work in my country shame on us ) or threatining the guys by telling them you will be waiting just outside of the service senter where the street cameras are not present when their shift is over with a couple of guys with beysball bats..
One least used method is to use public press by writing to the right places, making complains to the right departments and gathering together with people who got this attitude from Samsung Turkey. Once we are crowded enough and it is about to come to the press then they start to remember they have to obey the law "suddenly"..
And I believe this topic could save us from using the first 2 methods.

i am in turkey and all the phones is locked after 15 day and if you want your phone to rework you should go to mobile shops
and they change the imei to turkish one
i have galaxy s3 gt-i9300 i have already done root and i have backup the efs folder already but i dont know how to change imei number
please help or i will go to the mobile shop and let him do it for me and i will pay 50$

Changing IMEI is illegal and discussion is forbidden on XDA .

There are country specific threats in this forum because some S3's are different from the International one. How much of a differ has the Turkish S3?

[Q] looking for examples for my first app

Hello everyone,
I am trying to create my first app.
For now (what I will call phase 1), I just want to display a picture (jpeg) and play a sound (mp3).
I have later phases planned out (for example phase 2, click the picture and the sound replays).
I not have written an app before, and have only done basic HTML coding.
I have downloaded the Android SDK and Eclipse and that is all setup.
I've been google-ing, trying to find examples close to what I want to do, but it always seems like the pages I find are for more complete apps than what I want to do for now.
Any suggestions on where to look for examples?

Phase 1
Do the following steps-
1)Define an ImageView in XML and show required code. (Do look at the documentation at the Android developer website)
2) Use Audio managers... Google it.
I also recommend searching question sites before posting here. It's more likely you'll get answers there since your asking a noob question.
Phase 2
1) Instead of ImageView use ImageBotton.
Read how to use image button and you'll get the rest.
Nobody here will provide you with ready made code. Sorry if I'm rude but that's true.

Thanks boggartfly - I did try searching before posting but the results are always something more advanced or different from what I'm looking for.
And of course I'm not looking for someone to write the code for me, that would defeat the purpose of this exercise

Hi unfortunately i see so many people are looking for service manuals but there is no answer and after a while I think people find it or find a better solution for it and forget that helping others is important ....I have found the schematic drawings in my country but a company is bringing it and transfer it to a dongle system and sell it in a big price (of course according to my currency) and I cant afford it so I am still trying to find it in internet pls let me know if you have found it some place in internet.
