Ensure you must install latest Samsung drivers..
Try to connect your phone in download mode.. (Volumedown+home+power)..
It will detect..(Shows in Picture).
If not pull out our battery and go to download mode again and connect..(Try until it detects)
Flash Stock rom.. & Reply..

Calm down don't panic or else you'll fail. Here are the steps.
1. Install the correct drivers for your phone (drivers can be installed through kies)
2. Download odin with the appropriate firmware of your country
3. Connect your phone to the computer in recovery mode (volume down+ menu+ powerbutton)
4. After connecting on, there top of odin there will be a yellow box that would say com 0:[COM:X] (x is any number)
5. After connecting fill pda, phone, csc.
6. Flash it with no interruptions.
7a. If u are successful then you can turn on your phone
7b. If your not successful then repeat step one and make sure you do it properly.
8. Press the thanks button

[Q] help my phone stays at samsung boot screen

i've read through some of the threads but i can't find anything that would help...i was installing a viperrom and now my phone wont go passed the samsung boot screen i can't access the recovery my computer wont even detect my phone how can i fix this
reboot into cwm3 and wipe data, cache ,dalvik x3 then flash rom
my guess iss that you didn't odin before you installed the rom ?
This might sound like a dumb question, but...did you turn off the phone before trying to get to recovery? As in, did you pull the battery so you could actually get the phone off?
If you can't get to recovery, did you try going in download mode and then plugging it in?
The point here is that since you can at least get the samsung logo you're not bricked...because you're still getting a response
Sent from my baked and emotionless SPH-D700
i tried to put my phone in download mode and plugged it in but the computer can't detect my phone when i open odin
just redownload the drivers
Download the 32-bit even if you're on a 64-bit computer
the 32-bit drivers seem to work better install them then restart your computer and phone then retry ODIN
You can get the Drivers in this thread....

ive redownloaded the software and still can't detect my phone
all im able to do right now is get my phone into download mode but odin still can't detect it...or do i only need the .tar file in the pda slot and my phone will receive once its connected ?
do you have another computer you can try?
did you try using diffrent ports to plug your phone in?
lol one of my epics still does it. Does it do this?

yup trying to sell it as is since i can't fix it. Hello epic #2/ second line, and yes it stays there. No computer detect it, yes it gets into recovery no it wont load up roms lol.
odin finally detects the port but i used the tar.md5 file from the link and says hash value is invalid?

You loading up files into odin before or after you plug the phone in?
I know you are probably freaking out right now but if you can get download mode then it's still recoverable.

It's not a brick yet, dont worry.
1. Can you still go to the recovery mod? try to wip data/factory reset. reflash it.
2. If possible, do you have froyo 2.2 official (just as it's only one file in TAR)? Just flash it. Then flash 2.3.4 again.
Thanks all for your help.. I've tried all your suggestions but my phone won't actually boot to download mode anymore.
I've tried several times to go to download mode but to no avail. Screen is always blank (Black Screen) every time i tried.

Well, you should have posted in general section sticky thread.. bricked my phone post here thread.. this is dev section.. so thread like this should not be created here..
Why did you flashed a stock rom of y for a pro duos device?
Now, to problem.. connect to pc using usb connector.. press and hold volume down + home button + power button for a minute literally... doesn't matter if you are having white screen or not... after completing a minute..
Press volume up button once..
Now by using Odin.. flash the firmware for pro duos.. it will work..
Now pro duos firmware can be found in my kernel thread for pro duos.. and I have written a guide for how to do it too... read them carefully

nothing to fear
you have a problem with the connection between the phone and pc. some suggestions:
-be sure that kies is disabled from task manager
-try with another usb cable
-choose another usb port
-try other version of odin (i prefer 3.04).

G570F bricked. Only loads Download Mode but Odin stuck on Initiliazation! Please help

So, my Galaxy J5 Prime G570F switched off suddenly while I was using it. Since then, it only loads to Download Mode (Vol - + Power + Home) and shows Downloading, do not turn off target. I downloaded the stock rom files from xda and tried various versions of Odin with no success. Each time, Odin gets stuck on Initialization and my phone screen just shows the same Downloading. I noticed FRP and Secure Download are enabled. I have tried different USB ports and am using the original USB cable that came with it.
I even tried the old Odin 1.86 and here's the log from that:-

Odin is is failing to recognize the usb port/device. Is the COM box blue?
You could try to install the samsung drivers at
https://developer.samsung.com/galaxy/others/android-usb-driver-for-windows
I had the same issue and the drivers solved it.

hmm, is it possible to exit download mode and enter in the stock recovery?
Its weird because you did not flashed anything to brick it, maybe something got corrupt and a factory reset could help.

I tried getting into the recovery (vol + + home + power) but it just won't boot. The only combination that works is vol - + home + power and it loads into download mode. I have been trying to fix this for some time now.
Please help someone!
