Suddenly can't make phone calls but can text and data - Galaxy Note GT-N7000 General

Hey all.
My note suddenly can't make phone calls
I can receive text sms and data tho! so weird!
I'm on rogers vancouver and it says "the number you dialed is not assigned" when I call or receive calls.
I'm on Litening Rom with Speedmod Kernel.
Anyone else have this issue? or is it a network issue usually?

Was the network I believe.

Calling my phone tells people "The subscriber you have dialed is not in service?"
I'm on stock, rooted JL1 (ODINed) and have been having strange problems where I can not dial out and don't receive text messages. I just found out that my phone is also telling people "The subscriber you have dialed is not in service." Is this is a t-mobile issue or a ROM issue? Any ideas/thoughts?
Thanks!

Balance is fine. Never made a late payment. 64/600 minutes used, 673/unlimited texts used. Still having this problem intermittently...
Call t mobile they will fix it I've had this problem before with a blackberry I was fully paid up but some sort of error with they're system I got a free month service for it they offered I took it lol I'm only assuming your with tmobile by the way

Check and make sure call forwarding is disabled. I had this problem a while back.
That is an intercept message from "out there", it's not from your phone. It's unlikely caused from your phone.
Now if you're getting that dialing ANY number ... I'd reconsider my statement.
I got this after flashing merit beta 3 but only for like ten minutes but im thinking its just a coincidence.

[Q] Call Issues with swiftdroid!

Hey!
I have been following the swiftdroid project from the sidelines for a while, and i am currently on the latest version (2.0 M3)
Yesterday I put Swiftdroid onto my friends GT540, his is currently on 1.8 (the only speedboot version i had saved)
he has told me about issues he has been having with calls: when he rings certain people the call is silent, i seems it wont connect, then beeps and the dialler closes. i have been having the same problem with certain numbers.
SMS messaging is fine.
My friend and i both use giff gaff (the uk phone network) and have had APNs set by the giffgaff APN app from the market place.
any help? Thanks a lot.
Its a network problem.

It cant be
I dont see how it could be a network problem, my friend was on the phone to his girlfriend an hour before the upgrade, and he has never had a problem in the months of using 2.1. Now it wont let him call her, it does however accept incoming calls.
I have had the same problem with certain contacts:
incoming calls = fine
sms messages sending = fine
sms messages receiving = fine
but outgoing calls just wont connect.

i cannot recive any calls anyone has this problem???

I have 2 evos and i cannot recive any calls i can make calls and use the internet with no problems but can't recive any! I called sprint and they made do a ##3282# data reset a prl update and a profile update and nothing i going crazy has anyone gone thru this?
I had this problem on hero cdma. Fixed the problem by changing the roaming settings back to default. Sorry I can't remember whether data or voice roaming needed changing as it has been too long. Problem and solution reproducible. This was on stock rom before I ever rooted.

[Q] HyperDroid-CM7-v3.0.0: Missed Calls and Contacts

I changed from the stock OS of my HD2 to hyperdroid, but I have two problems.
1) When I miss a call, it is only shown in the history if my phone was on at the time or had reception. Strangely, if someone sends a text to my phone while it is off, I receive it once my phone has been turned on again. Even if it does not shown a missed call under those circumstances, I can still receive voicemails from them.
2) There are no options in the original contacts section to add/remove/important so on. I installed the hotfix from the Hyperdroid yet it still does not work. An app for another contact list works, but the original one does not.
Can anyone please help me with those issues?
Thank you for the time.
#1 is by design. That is how GSM works. Calls you miss when the phone is off or out of coverage area can be notified as SMS alerts, but only if the network provider supports that feature.
I don't use the ROM you have, so can't help on #2...

Same problem
My problem is that I can't receive any calls what so ever.
I have been using this ROM for only 2 days and my call log shows that there has been incoming calls but the phone simply sends them directly to voice-mail.
is the a fix or tweak for this?
Please S.O.S!!!!!!!!

outgoing call waiting on dhd

i am using dhd icecold sandwich 8.0 . can anyone help how to make outgoing call waiting work ? or what i can do ?
Outgoing call waiting? What exactly do you mean? Incoming call waiting can be enabled in Phone-Settings-Additional Settings

outgoing callwaiting
outgoing callwaiting means when you call someone arlready talking with other ,it gives you notification "callwaiting"
That depends on the phone network. It's not related to the phone. If they've enabled call waiting on their phone, then when you call usually it says 'your call is waiting' or 'the person you have called is on another call'. It varies from network to network.
