So a little bit higher than the score with ICS Stunner. Hope NeoBuddy updates it soon.

No real difference with quadrant, I think that was roughly the same as my GB score

oh ........great benchmarks .....why are people obsessed with synethetic benchmarks?

60 fps

48 fps on stock GB. Very nice increase of 12 fps. I'm running an OC'ed GPU on GB (400Mhz) and it gives 68 fps. So the increase in case of ICS + 400Mhz GPU would be 85 fps. Can't wait to flash it.

Very, very good scores. These best everything AnandTech has ever benchmarked, with the exception of the Lava XOLO and SGS 3. Absolutely dusts the iPhone 4S, wow.

HTC DESIRE HD Benchmark results better than N1 by alot

Hey saw this over at GSMarena the HTC D'HD has been benchmarked with neocore and quadrant and the quadrant results are amazing much higher than the N1 have a look here http://www.gsmarena.com/htc_desire_hd_gets_benchmarked_its_rom_ported_to_the_hd2-news-1941.php
Here are other benchmarks: http://www.areamobile.de/handys/2591-htc-desire-hd/testbericht (german):

Oh yeah thanks Seems strange though GSMarena's model made almost 2000 (1974) in Quadrant Where as areamobile's HD only reached 1675 which is alot of difference because my overclocked Froyo Hero will only reach 294 which is the difference

Yep , imagine what some awesome devs could do with this
~1600 in quadrant seems resonable for the desire HD ..... anyone worrying it will be a beast ...... one more thing
768MB RAM !!!
Quadrant scores are higher directly after reboot.
On lagfixed SGS it can be a difference similiar to this when comparing directly after boot results with results of some hours later.
I love to see all the SGS users coming on this board saying this beast is not gonna be that much better, this definitely proves otherwise, just accept it,
The SGS has rubbish battery life, crap build quality, non existant GPS... The best thing about the phone is the S-AMOLED screen, and thats it!
Desire HD FTW
lol

looking at that the desire HD is slightly ahead of the Galaxy S. But only time will tell only a few days to go now :-D eeek
The whole world is going to see either SGS froyo can beat nexus one with froyo on stock rom without lagfixes...
Out of the box or stock is a point for any phone, how much it can be pushed by developers is another point.. The one that wins on both point is the winner..
Hopefully samsung will do it right this time..
I have a GalaxyS atm and the H/W is top notch and i cant fault it ... but samsungs S/W team have a long way to go befor they are any real thret to HTC . . .

indeed.. SGS is a superb powerhouse.. it lacks on userXP and UI.. Eventhough HTC does not grant phone with the best specs, but they balanced it up with a great software.. and the devs love HTC too

The problem here is Samsung totally cocked up the Froyo and yesterday removed it from the Scandinavian servers.
Part of the removal was they were not happy with the reg-hack but a lot is to do with Froyo underperforming on the SGS.
Samsung are letting the SGS down badly.

Samsung let the SGS down from the start - fix the lag, GPS, some other things I've forgotten, and you would have a great phone. They got the hard stuff right, and all the easier stuff completely wrong.

Gingerbread 3D Benchmarks?

Those with some of those unstable Gingerbread releases... has anyone run any 3d benchmarks?
I want to see what FPS the Quadrant 2D/3D benchmarks get.
Also, Nenamark, an3dBenchmark, Neocore, GL Benchmark (http://www.glbenchmark.com/)..
So yeah. If anyone can hint in on this please tell me. I want to know if Gingerbread improves 3d performance.
Linpack gets 40-42.
Quadrant i can get 1600 or so
On neocore i got 32fps.

Any specifics on the Quadrant score? Specifically the 3d part? What FPS did you get generally from the First Person Shooter, Planets, and the Orange Pattern/Leaves?
I get around 12fps on the shooter, 40fps on the planets, and 17fps on the orange one. Froyo Myn's w/ Baked Kernel 6.
Thanks again.
I finally found my answer.
The answer is yes! Gingerbread does increase graphical performance.
http://translate.google.com/transla...osp-dandroid-gingerbread-2-3/&hl=en&prmd=ivns
It shows multiple 3d benchmarks with all the performance increases with the unstable Gingerbread builds.
Awesome!
Hope this helps sometone, lol.

I don't know, It might be the Rom.....Its the newest version of the Light Speed Rom....OC'd to 1.4ghz using SetCPU Ondemand governer , with the Honey Villian_Iconia_Kernel 3.2, thats the highest I've gotten but since I've flashed both it has ranged from 2800-3300
[ROM][26/08]Lightspeed_1.0.2[HC3.2]
[KERNEL] Stock/HV/Taboonay V3.3 for HC 3.2 07-09 - 1.64Ghz/UV control
quadrant is very unreliable. to some searching on it, it is easy to manipulate I/O or other factors just get high scores. Doesn't really mean it is a great ROM/kernel combo. I've seen posts where people can get their quadrant score upwards of 20,000. All benchmarks apps have their pros and cons but from i've been told/seen in threads CF bench and vellamo seem to be the most reliable.

Know where I can get the older versions?
You know that Quadrant doesn´t show real speed of a phone?
I also get values like 3000 and above with some roms and still lagy
and scores below 2000 with others which are super smooth.
So I don´t care ´bout it.

im currently on ICSSGS 4.0.3 RC4.2 with semaphore 0.8.1
Antutu gives me 3100 without any overclocking
its weird how different those results sometimes are but i got no lag at all running on 1000MHz and a sweeeeet battery life as well
This one on glitch 14 v3
This one on devil's kernel best thing is that cpu score is worse than one on 1610MHz :what:
My new max score:
my GT-I9000 using Tapatalk
I'm on CM9 build 16 with semaphore 0.8.1 OC at 1150MHz this are my results :
So far i've only used basic overclocking on ICSSGS RC4.2 with Devil 1.1 CFS LED2 kernel. The rom works just amazingly and is super fast. I've not really tried to live oc this much because i need to manually set more voltages because the default ones crashes the phone. But i can say for example gta3 works fine with this rom without any serious issues and not many roms on sgs that game works even with oc...
i just now need to try and get the battery to live long and maybe after that i am trying to figure out how to enlarge my virtual penis with benchmark records
antutu is 3677 with oc'd to 1,4 ghz and quadrant is 1557.

Quadrant scores are too less. That stops me from using any Cyanogen Mod ROMS.
So far only F1 Galaxy Nexus ROM remains unbeatable in Quadrant scores (without overclocking or any other kernel) Scored around 3800 :good:

High Quadrant scores aren't exactly a reliable standard for a ROM being 'good/bad' or 'slow/fast'. I've used CM10 for a few weeks and over 5 runs in a row Quadrant tested 2754, 2330, 2600, 3100 and 2982...
It's nothing more then a short and fast measurement, and the results aren't consistent at all.
I find daily usage of my phone with a smooth, responsive and reliable ROM far more important then the outcome of a few tests that took 1-2 min....

I think Quadrant scores don't mean much. It doesn't really mirror the user experience fluency. It's pretty much just a number.

It is. If you score less than 3000, heavy games like NOVA 3 gets too much laggy and unplayable (In Multiplayer) unless you over clock.
So I'm not saying that CM10/CM9 is useless, I'm only saying that those ROMS are not good for gaming purposes. You guys are taking my words wrongly.

Aside from quadrant scores meaning absolutely nothing, it should probably be noted that this video is done on the T-Mobile USA model, the SGH-T989. Which has an inferior chipset/CPU. So of course the scores are low.
