Okay, so I have been putting ROMs on my HTC HD2 problem is now i have is it says.

Now what exactly do I do from here? I try to start normally but it just stays on "Stick Together" Screen. Help?
What was the last thing you did before it had stopped booting (stuck on "stick-together" screen lol) ?
It won't just stop booting for no reason.
check if you can still go to magloader...then re-flash the ROM, just follow thre requirements of the ROM before flashing
download hd2 toolkit, do a task29, and install magldr 1.3, then install wich rom you like
Here check out this guide I wrote. Basically your on step 8. Something has happened and you phone is wiped, but your still good.
This guide is for cLK and and CWM.

If you do a t29 then the phone will be completely wiped of anything including MAGLDR and wm6.5 that would be why it just stays on the boot screen. The next step would be to boot the phone by holding the volume down button and power button until it boots into a tri-color (downloader) screen. Then you can flash MAGLDR and android

Hi all ^^
I'm new here, and I just received my HD2 and wanted to flash it with one of the cool ROMs you have on this forum.
I flashed the HSPL with HSPL2 and everything went smoothly. Then I downloaded one of CleanEX DSE Core Rom (the 6.5 Maniless FRE) to be precise.
I flashed it, all was good, at the end the phone rebooted and i was stuck at the boot screen written "HTC CleanEX UDT DsE Series". I thought maybe it was because I didn't do a hard reset yet. So i did one, everything initialyze and when it's done same thing, the phone reboot and I'm stuck at the same boot screen...
I'm starting to get a bit stressed out because if I can't connect to Activesync I can't even put an original Rom or an other twinked one ><
Does anybody know what I did wrong or why it's not working ?

PS: My phone is a french phone.
radio - go back and reread that roms thread for recommendation, however 2.07.50.x or higher should do it.
boot to bootloader, connect usb, flash radio, phone will now boot
Connect your phone to PC and turn it on while holding volume down, bootloader menu should apear (red,green,blue,white) then you can run Rom flashing tool on your PC
but i recomend flashing newer RADIO because this may be the reason for your current issue.

I tried to install HSPL but unfotunately it stops & my phone is not working. My HD2 hangs when HTC logo comes. I also try to copy stock ROM in SD card whilst pressing voldown & power keys, tricolour screen appeared & says:

CotullaHSPL 0x40
Then the phone hangs.
Could anyone tell me what is ROM flashing tool & what version should I install.
Please help me.

are you flashing the ROM on a different micro sd card? you cant use a 8GB or 16GB. Try a smaller card like a 1GB or 2GB.
also rename the stock ROM to LEOIMG.nbh.
put that ROM file on a smaller card and go into bootloader should come right up. worked for me when i had to re-install stock to return defective unit.
Hi all,
i have a problem .... for some reason, after i use HSPL4 + MAGLDR my HD2 (European 512) frozes in the boot procedure. I mean that after i run ROMUpdateutility, even it is installed ok, phone freezes. Or can the initial boot up take more then 5 to minutes ? wWhen it is booting, it is totally frozen, the radio or other info is not shown on lower left corner...
It goes to HSPL (Volume Down + Power On) as normal.
If i flash it back to WinMo, it works. And i can run Android from SDCARD ok...
After i flash, it still goes to HSPL stating:

SPL-3.03.HSPL XE

CotullaHSPL 0x50
I have checked that my radio is as it should be (2.15.50.14) and i always flash the latest WinMo back to it...

Your hspl should be 2.08 instead of 3.03.make hspl4 again and choose it in the list correctly.

I tried today to flash android to my HTC HD2 but it went wrong
I flashed the radio 2.08 HSPL and the phone started oke to windows.
But when I updated the rom to install magldr it said that it was successful but the phone stuck in the white screen with green HTC logo and did not show magldr or any thing else just the htc screen
Please help me to repair it and flash android.
When I press volume down en power button I get the 4 colors screen. I get this text on it:

Something went wrong when flashing MAGLDR.
Don't worry your phone is not bricked. Try task29 and then flash MAGLDR again.

Since task29 doesn't touch the area where magldr is flashed, that step is pointless.
Sounds more like wrong radio, since magldr doesn't trigger without radio and hspl combo,,, what radio did you flash?

I need help. I wanted to install android on htc hd2, i previously had WM 6.5. I formated sd card and put Android rom folder on it...run clrcad.exe and haret.exe. It came to black screen with some text, last line was something about jumping to kernel. It was there like 15 min, i pulled the battery...now it wont start...what to do?
When i plug in the usb it boots up to htc screen and then again shuts and boots to htc screen and keeps going like that.

i now have another problem, i installed magldr 1.13 and now its stuck on htc logo screen...only can pull out battery and go to bootloader...i had radio 2.xx.50.xx...all the text on bootloader is:

what to do??
Go to tricolor screen. Install stock winmo ROM and make sure the phone boots up fine, etc. Then you can start messing with it again. Note - if you install a stock rom, your hard spl will be replaced.
Did you check the bent battery pin idea? And also, may want to try the thing stated above, but use a custom ROM.
Oh, and may seem obvious but you are holding the power button down when trying to boot MAGLDR right?
Help I am stuck in bootloader. i flashed a tmo us rom on my tmobile hd2 and now i am stuck in the bootloader. the spl changed when i flashed and does after i put hardspl again. Can somebody help me and i have triied installing through sd card and usb.
Are you sure your HD2 is a tmous or eu. If it's call and end buttons are red, it's a TMOUS.
How did you flash the rom. By SD card or by PC via RUU?
Yes it is us because I bought it from T-Mobile and I tried flashing both ways
But, you didn't explain how did you get stuck in boot loader. Didn't you pull the battery?
i pulle dthe battery and put it back in and it still boots into boot loader
i got stuck in boot loader by downgrading from android to wm 6.5
You are telling that your device boots into bootloader pressing the power button and does not perform a normal boot. If so, please state the name of the ROM you flashed and the output of the tri-colour screen.

Does the blue colured row say "rom update code" failed. The output you wrote and nothing is wrong with the bootloader and it is normal. I just can't find the cause of it.
Do not waste your time searching for a solution
I've been through the same problem since more than a year and lost a lot of time to solve this problem and I did not find a solution through the Internet
Everything seems sound, but you always boot to bootloader.

i have the same problem. Just bought today a HTC HD 2 here in Portugal, it is factory unlocked, it brought Android ICS in it, i downloaded PTG latest ROM and rename to leoimg.nbh. it stopped updating, and now i can't do HSPL4 'cause i am on SPL 3.03.0000
and it appears the following on tri-color screen:
PB81100 HX-BC
SPL-3.03.0000 XE
MicroP(LED) 0x05
MicroP(TOUCH) 0x30
please give me a solution for this problem, please
To fix it, search xda for mtty.exe, than perform task 29 and than task 2a and than task 8, than reboot to 3 color screen again and install oficial ruu wince rom
