i was trying to flash the stock rom via sd method but it says updatde failed so i guess i got the wrong one bootloader says

Hi I tried to update the rom and now i'm unable to do anything
i can get it onto the tri colour screen with the following info

hi i tried task 29 but it just sits for ages and then comes up with an error message!
hi just tried it again, this time it loaded, but it now just shows the front HTC screen, whilst turning it on held the on key to try and get into cLK but nothing
of course, because task29 cleared cLK from nand...just flash cLK or magldr as usual, and then flash the recovery, and then install a rom from zip
sorry, just flash maglar v1.13, when it booted up it said kernel was missing??

its normal after flashing mgldr. now you must find a rom. then make a cwm partition according to the needs of rom. then flash the rom from sd.

when i try to flash this rom

all goes well and flashing completes 100% but phone does not boot
and says your os rom isnt costomised for ur hardware plz reflash the proper rom code
are you flashing with the right ROM from HTC official ?
try to do a task29 on HD2 NAND Toolkit and install the ROM again
now the phone gets restated before it boots
try change HSPL to 2.08

I have this device for a long time and I have flashed many roms...
Suddenly it's not possible to enter the "AD Recovery" in Magloader ClockworkMod Recovery.
it stuck after "1234 GO GO GO!"
I have tried the following:
1) Re-flash MAGLDR1.13.
2) Repartition with HD2Toolkit (I have European device so I repartition to 200)
Any suggestions?

I m trying to go back from android to winmobile and my device is stuck...
In bootloader (3 colors) i have the following error: "upgrade rom code error please try again"
I have tried to flash different winmobile roms include RUU_Leo_S_HTC_WWE_3.14.405.2_Radio_15.42.50.11U_2. 15.50.14_LEO_S_Ship and i have tried to flash HAED SPL 4 and i received error in device id...
In bootloader it appears correctly with SPL-2.08.HSPL 8G XE, and in the white eare it write Serial in in the begining and when I try to flash it change to USB.
The main problem is that I have tried to flash Energy.Leo.21916.Sense2.5.Jul.04 above android it stuck on 4% and I can't reflash anymore, when i try to reflash it stuck on 0% no matter what I do.

Been having the exact same problem (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=29868470#post29868470) still noone with any ideas how to fix this?
I think that my phone is bricked. It gives 7 vibration on start up and stuck at htc logo. I can get into bootloader mode and also installed USB driver and its showing USB also. But the problem is.. I have downloaded this stock firmware - RUU_Spark_Vodafone_UK_1.20.161.00_Spark_5.54.09_RELEASE
and when i tried to install this RUU its showing me.ERROR [294] : INVALID VENDOR ID .
I searched and installed HSPL through DFT and tried RUU to install and it was working but after 8% phone restarted to Bootloader mode and its again showing ERROR [294] : INVALID VENDOR ID..
Any suggestion guys?

You'll need to build/buy a GoldCard and put a rom from your vendor onto the GoldCard flash card. This should allow you to fix your bootloader and switch vendors. If you arn't sure if your phone is a Vondafone version, you may have the original Trophy GSM, and need that instead.
