Excellent news, I will be heading there at the end of the year.

i see the commercial, is good
sorry for me that still have a contract with C&W

Actually that is wrong, Puerto Rico is part of latin america and we have had HSPA+ on ATT,Tmobile,Claro(Verizon) and Wiimax on Sprint for a long time now. Its the first country in central America to have 4g not in latin America.

QTEK 2020 in USA: from West coast to East Coast

Hi from Italy. somebody can help me ? I will come in USA next month. I will across the USA from west to east coast, driving car. I would like to have with me my QTEK 2020. What sim card (T-Mobile, for example ?) can i buy in USA to have GPRS connection too in my QTEK 2020 ? What are the settings ? Thanks
That's a tough one, because I don't think T-Mobile pre-paid users get GPRS coverage. I could be wrong, but I think I've heard that.
T-Mobile does have the best GSM coverage in the US, but you will have a lot of dead spots. Are you driving? There are many open, uninhabited spaces in the US with no cell coverage, especially GSM. Also if you roam into an area served by another carrier, GPRS will not work. We're so far behind the rest of the world on things like this.
You should talk to T-Mobile or your own current carrier and see what they have for roaming agreements in the US.

Nexus One European 3g Networks

Does anyone know if the nexus one will work on european 3g networks?
http://pocketnow.com/tech-news/google-nexus-one-specs-leaked-sales-by-invitation-only there is a spreadsheet with the baseband versions and if i compare this to my htc hero where it says hsdpa 900MHZ and 2100MHZ then it looks like that the hero will work on europe 3g? because it uses 900, 2100 +aws which is t-mobile usa?
looks like the n1 supports the UMTS band I (2100)
nearly every telco uses this band in europe
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_UMTS_networks
yes you can use 3g in europe
Yeah it should Work like mentioned above.
3 United Kingdom
T-Mobile United Kingdom
Telefónica O2 United Kingdom
Vodafone United Kingdom
Orange United Kingdom
Doesn't look like there's a network it wont work on in the UK!
The Nexus One may just work on other 3g networks from what ive heard just a rumor though.

From USA going to Italy, anyone use MXPE overseas?

How did it go? any useful info on data? (I doubt Ill need to call much if at all) Thanks for any help.
You can check here for any carrier in any country :
http://www.willmyphonework.net
You can use your MXPE everywhere in Europe; the only thing won't work is the 800MHz LTE (B20). But it's not problem, 3G is fully functionally and 4G too on B3 and B7.
I went to Italy this summer with note 3 (unlocked) and got a TIM sim. It was pretty cheap around 30 euros in total and came with some data.
My MXPE with Tmobile worldwide roaming data + SMS has been and worked well in Israel, China, Spain, England and Germany.
