Cool ppl over that store here I call at the mall tmobile store and ask if they are gonna sell the vibrant the 15 the guy told me I dont know until the 15 so I called this store where i am at an they say yes but they only recive 10 of them

Disappointing price. Opted me to upgrade with contract extension for $165. Even with $200 termination fee the phone will come out much cheaper than the non-contract price. Used Bing cash back also. Of course, if I was not eligible for upgrade I would've paid the non-contract price anyway

My store open at 10., Im headed in to trade in my 6 day old HD2!!
Got mine at 9 a.m. Ba-da-bah-bah-bah (I'm lovin' it).
There were a couple of people waiting in cars outside. My store said they got about 20. What a great phone. Only thing missing for me is a notification light. But I'll get over it.

Anyone know if the Note II will be on sale at best buy tomorrow? I plan on buying the phone outright on my best buy card and getting the 13 month no interest and making payments.
I've already ordered the micro sim activation kit from the tmo website for .99 cents. $35 activation fee is waived if you do it online.
I tried calling best buy but of course the rep said she didn't know and to check back tomorrow. People on here are always more informed that people working at brick and mortar stores so I thought I'd ask. I've been looking online every day since they announced that it will be coming to tmobile.
Can't wait to get my hands on this device. I've been waiting what seems like years!
I work at bestbuy mobile an we usually don't carry any tmobile phones in store. You have to order it to be shipped to your house.

Sprint has announced that theirs would be available for purchase on the 25th, a few weeks ago? (or was it only 1 week... it's been so long waiting!)

Sorry, I meant in Best Buy.
My local Best Buy in Mountain View said that they will carry Sprint's Note 2 on launch day, but it's first come first serve basis.

As some friendly advice, have a backup plan just in case. When I worked there, sometimes we didn't get phones for a few weeks. Happened frequently with Verizon. They want exclusivity for a week or two.

I'm in the same boat, but make sure you do BestBuy's price match thing because for example the Galaxy S3 from Verizon retail store is $599 while Bestbuy's price is $699. Also at some point closer to the holiday season BestBuy is suppose to match Amazon and other online retailers instead of just local retailers. Good luck

Well, the note 2 is at least listed on the best buy website but it looks like they are already sold out. Gonna call best buy when they open to see if they them in stock on a whim.

Congratulate me guys, i just got the Note 2 after using the GS1 for the longest time (over 2 years) What a great phone! I paid 310 up front, and 20/month for 20 months, so phone ends up being.. about 710? not bad.

Just purchased mine for $688.00 OTD w/taxes and the only reason they sold it to me was that I already had a Monthly4G plan with them but they only had 3 and they were for new activations or current customers.... Not liking the missing multitasking though...

Where did you buy if full price? I went to 6 tmobiles in NYC and they were only selling it with new customers or upgradea. Ridiculous I tell you.

just annoyed since sure, it makes business sense to reserve them for new and upgrading customers. Buy if I'm buying a tmobile branded phone I am, with a 99.99% probability, going to be using the phone on their network and I'll still be using their service... Not to say I've been a tmo customer for 7 years but because I'm not a new customer or ready to extend my contract 2 years, I have to wait
I tried looking around the internet but haven't found anything except people crying that the site was messing up and it sold out too fast.
. One site said 3 week but I don't believe them because their whole story was about how we should just buy the tmobile version.

I just called Google Play support and the guy said that they have "no information" right now. He told me to enter my email in the NOTIFY ME place on the Play store, which I had done a long time ago....
Basically, I would say a few weeks.
I hope they can fill orders before the end of the month so I can drop sprint before my next billing cycle starts. Looks like T-mobile wants $500 for one off contract so thats another option.

I'm not really sure what this is worth but I called Google Play customer service earlier today ~10:30am PST and was told that they were sold out. The rep said they expect more in 3-4 days and to "keep checking the website" and enter my email to be notified (yeah, right).
So given the reports of people being able to still order some N4s well into the evening, I don't know how informed that rep was. It sounded like it was just their own personal, optimistic guess. Hopefully, it's not "weeks" like was stated on Google+ earlier.
A Google employee said 3 days, maybe 2 now?

Lol I went to a tmobile store today that was close to walmart. They didnt even know that they were gonna sale the N4 dont have them in stock or a demo to play around with. And tmobile wants me to give them $200 + tax down and $15 a month for 20 months. adds up to $499 + tax. Way more expensive than the Play Store which with taxes and shipping and the Bumper case cost to $420 And did I mentioned that the one from the Play Store is unlocked. And the one for tmobile is locked

Google is eating like $200 - $300 per phone... The MSRP for this phone should be $500 - $600 for the 16GB just like the GS3, Note etc.
T-Mobile can't eat the difference the way Google or Amazon can.

I think you are wrong! An non removable battery and no sd card slot those two have to lower the price of the phone. The phones gets more expensive depending how many adds you ad on it. 1.3MP front camera thats another cheaper add. 16GB is another cheaper add. no LTE is cheaper
If this phone have those features. Removable battery, sd card slot, 32GB, 2.0MP front camera, LTE. ETC then it should be $500 - $600 But it doesnt. The only feature google put it there that should cost money is the quad-core. Thats why google is not selling the phone expensive because its not worth it. And T-Mobile by selling this phone that high their wrong. They are comparing the price to others phone that have those features,
I'm just guessing but if people are getting "on back order" emails stating that they should be shipping in 3 weeks, that's probably when the next batch will be available. I hope that's all but who knows...

Isn't the AT&T one only free because Amazon only supports upgrades through the next program? Unless something changed from when the thread started it says 2 year upgrade not available, and has a monthly Next fee just like AT&T does.

Just wanted to stop by and thank the OP for this post cause you saved me $200......well $199.99!
Due to me being on SERO-P I haven't been able to jump on these types of deals since I switched to SERO-P on the Evo 4G. I found out from someone on Slickdeals that Discover's price protection worked on cell phones so I figured I'd try it this time. When I preordered the G4 I made sure I used Discover. I waited until my 14 day return period passed before submitting my claim with Discover. It took a little over a week after resubmitting my claim and it is now approved.
So now I get the best of both worlds...SERO-P and super cheap phones!
I only see this phone on Amazon for $99. I'm assuming this deal is over?

How was the amazon 99 cent/ free deal good on AT&T?
Cause you'd end up paying $600 for it in the end anyway. Cause if your under contract your bill is $25 higher.
