Cool ppl over that store here I call at the mall tmobile store and ask if they are gonna sell the vibrant the 15 the guy told me I dont know until the 15 so I called this store where i am at an they say yes but they only recive 10 of them

Disappointing price. Opted me to upgrade with contract extension for $165. Even with $200 termination fee the phone will come out much cheaper than the non-contract price. Used Bing cash back also. Of course, if I was not eligible for upgrade I would've paid the non-contract price anyway

Got mine at 9 a.m. Ba-da-bah-bah-bah (I'm lovin' it).
There were a couple of people waiting in cars outside. My store said they got about 20. What a great phone. Only thing missing for me is a notification light. But I'll get over it.

yeah but i called best buy tonight, they can't charge the fees to my sprint bill at all. you have to pay before you get the phone. im sort on cash, i need it charged to my sprint bill like the sprint stores do.
Neither Radio Shack nor Best Buy deals with rebates. They are also easier to deal with if you happen to need an exchange within your return window.

I did it at my local sprint store, got it charged to my bill and all that it is possible, just will have to wait a few days, if memory serves me right, when they do that, the phone has to come from sprint directly instead of walking out of the store with it.

no if i do it at a sprint store it gets charged to my bill and i walk out with the phone, i confirmed that tonight. problem is i have to wait for the $100 mail in rebate to come back to me. adding $350 to my bill is not something i can do.

I completely understand i charged this to my dad and paid him back but still waiting on that damn rebate which still isnt here and i got it Launch Day AUG 31.
So save up the money so that you CAN afford it?? I guess I am crazy, but I don't buy something that I cannot afford.
It's $199 at Sam's Club with an upgrade. I never knew you could charge the phone to your bill. Seems kinda silly.

i totally agree with u. Im a college student and low on cash, all i did was save up and cut my spending on other things so that i could afford it. If u cant afford the phone then dont get it, u can get a free phone or cheaper phone if u cant afford it.also i believe if u charge to ur bill u still have to pay it at end of month, so why not just put it on ur credit card its the same thing...

Really? I got my phone on September 2nd, but I didnt send my rebate in until the 25th and I recieved my rebate check on October 26th.
To bad free phone friday is over, I called them and told them my wife and I were switching to Verizon for the free Incredible (we were outta contract) and the nice lady shipped an Epic and an Evo to us free of charge to stay and renew, plus I got to stay on SERO, well SEROP at least

I want to preorder it at best buy, but Sprint said I get an upgrade this year, plus that $100 rebate i didnt get back instantly last year and had to wait a year cause my credit was crap lol

I loved mine until it broke. I'm 99% certain that I knocked a chip loose when taking it out of the watch holder. Otherwise, it wasn't too bad. Definitely a fun toy.
For $20, I'm willing to try again. I'll just not take it out of the watch holder!

Congratulate me guys, i just got the Note 2 after using the GS1 for the longest time (over 2 years) What a great phone! I paid 310 up front, and 20/month for 20 months, so phone ends up being.. about 710? not bad.

Just purchased mine for $688.00 OTD w/taxes and the only reason they sold it to me was that I already had a Monthly4G plan with them but they only had 3 and they were for new activations or current customers.... Not liking the missing multitasking though...

Where did you buy if full price? I went to 6 tmobiles in NYC and they were only selling it with new customers or upgradea. Ridiculous I tell you.

just annoyed since sure, it makes business sense to reserve them for new and upgrading customers. Buy if I'm buying a tmobile branded phone I am, with a 99.99% probability, going to be using the phone on their network and I'll still be using their service... One company said they shipped it another one said they never picked up the package. Can You Guess Who Is Who? Took me 16 calls to tmobile for them to finally put in a lost item ticket and ship me another one over night. So now it'll be here on Monday!!! Maan I wanted to play with my new toy over the weekend. Good things come to those who wait I guess.:crying:

Last time this happened to me, TMO filed a ticket to just attempt to locate the phone... which took another two weeks.

I got boned by vzw. I did po on 27th (before it offically opened in 28) and they messed up my order somehow. By the time the reached out to me to fix it - it was after 3pm so mine did not go out like everyone else's so mine will come 1 maybe 2 days late now. It took 1,5hrs & 3 people to fix the issue. Why? Because I ordered & paid full retail and that threw all of vzw into a loop they couldn't rectify.
I did eek a $25 credit out of them for all of the hassle. So I suppose that is some consolation - but I'd rather have the phone Monday given my schedule.

Now companies do get us alot but take forever to fix their mistakes but the last T-Mobile rep really took care of me credited me back the overnight shipping cost and even waived the 60 tax for the phone itself so yes if I end up getting two on Monday I will return one. She will be the one that saved them from me being devious if i do get two phones because the first 15 reps that I spoke to (and I do mean 15) lied and told me it was )a. On the truck for delivery or )b. It was same day shipping and delivery (I knew that was a lie). So they will screw you if you let them or don't catch them. Consistency with them is key I guess.
I got mine next day, but the package was cut open....phone was in and sealed so all is well...the return shipping bubble bag for my note edge for jump was missing tho

I called customer care cause tge part in the instructions that said "failure to use enclosed bag may result in denial"... They said as long as the return label is used and phone well padded its ok, id suggest if anyone else has this issue and they use their own box to call CC and have them note on ur account

Right, like Verizon isn't screwing us when they took away our subsidized phones on unlimited data plans, which was one of the reasons we got that plan in the first place. Then you have other carriers that throttle data use after you sign up without being told about throttling. Believe me, carriers screw customers over all the time.
There is a huge difference between your two examples. T-Mobile likely has some sort of insurance for lost packages anyways.

I worked for Verizon as tech for 4 years and can tell you first hand they are greedy bastards. Their top management is rude and arrogant always competing for #1 positions at the cost of their employees and customers. I saw people get fired every month for bs stuff.
Also all they care is about the high earning customer who can pay that $500 a month cell bill and want to squeeze every last penny out of them. Sadly they do and get away with it and lock them in for 2 year contracts.

Everytime I order something like my g4 as I'm tracking the phone through ups I always fear that the phone will get lost or just not show up.... But it did. Wooo hooo. I took it up to BestBuy and some phone Stores to try to get a case for it. they're looking at me like WTF we ain't even got that phone yet how the hell if you get it.
