I've been searching for a solution to my problem for several days now but couldn't find anything.
This is the spec for my device:
HSPL: 2.08
Radio: Leo_RADIO_2.15.50.14
Bootloader: MAGLDR 1.13
Recovery: ClockworkMod Recovery 3.0.2.4
I was using NexusHD2-Gingerbread_V2.6_NAND_(Android-2.3.3) rom from this page without any issues. I decided to update to NexusHD2-Gingerbread_V2.8 (2.3.4), no errors with update. After that, I realised that my internet connection was gone. I can see that it is connected to APN (H or 3G logo visible) but no connection. I tried to connect to wi-fi after that, but this time it is stuck saying 'turning on...' on wireless screen. I have tried updating to V2.9 (2.3.5) today but no joy. Same problems. Everything else seems to work fine. I read that there was a wireless related change after 2.3.4 but couldn't find anything related to this problem.
EDIT: I've also tried downgrading the radio to 2.14.50.02, still the same.
I'd really apreciate if someone can help me.
can you try a clean installation,i mean task 29,flash radio,flash mgldr, cwr partition,flash the rom. for instance i had market problem with tyween's typhoon rom and clean installation solved it
Thanks mate, that worked perfectly. For me the order was like this : task 29, flash radio, flash mgldr, flash ClockworkMod Recovery, flash the rom.

I've recently flashed a new rom and it was working fine until the first reboot of the first time. It freeze and stayed in the white background with HTC green icon screen. I tried to flash a different rom and it does the same thing. Does anyone what could be the problem?
You most probably didn't read the rom installation instructions properly and most probably have an incompatible radio for the rom you are using.
do you any solution to this? i tried to just flash the radio and it doesnt work(might be that i didnt do it properly). I've also tried task 29 and it's the same thing....please help
Task29 only impacts the rom, has no effect on the radio. How are you flashing the radio? Do you have hspl installed?
I saw "ROM Manager" had an update in the market. The HD2 was previously not listed as a supported device, but now was in the list for supported devices. After running a backup for my current ROM and flashing new current CWM (through ROM Manager), I no longer can access the internet/market etc. If I connect to wifi it works fine. It even looks like its communicating in 3g or H (4g) because it lights up green. I have tried everything....
1. obviously checked settings
2. flashed new ROM
3. reflashed magldr
4. flashed radio 2.15.50.14
5. swapped sim cards
Still got nothing. Phone seems to be functioning fine in every other aspect just no connection through 3g or 4g. HELPPPPPPPPPP!!!
Any suggestions? Love this phone and this is driving me crazy!!!
I kow you said you checked your settings, but did you check your APN settings?
Yes... double checked that. It looked fine. Compared to other phones in the house and still nothing. Hmmmmm?

I guess I was to tired last night and just took for granted that you were using cLK and not MAGLDR. So are you using cLK as your bootloadef and not MAGLDR? Right now ROM Manager only works with cLK. So if you are using MAGLDR you will need to reflash CWM, I actually suggest you run Task 29 then flash MAGLDR again then CWM then your ROM via CWM and do a restore from your backup before you boot the ROM up and all will be good again.

I've been looking for a solution for a couple of days now and just can't figure out what i'm doing wrong.
this is my first cLK flash and everything went without any problems, wiped everything, partioned SD-card, flashed ROM. - and everything looked great but i did not realize that I didn't have to enter my PIN, and I had no service either, after a reflash, that problem was fixed but WIFI wont turn on, it gets stuck on "activating"
I hope someone can help me, this ROM looks awesome i'd hate not being able to use it.

"you can use this cLK 1.4.0.1 120-5 layout. btw: 120-44 or any layout with bigger cache is not needed and therefore recommended, due to initrd.gz was designed. it's all located @ /data-partition, so bigger cache = less userdata in any case. I have also problems with Wi-Fi on my HTC HD2. If i press the Wi-Fi button it says enabling but it stucks..

I had the same issue when I installed 3.0.0 + 3.0.1 Hotfix.
With "installed" I mean, i used "install update package from sdcard" in CWM to update from 2.0.1.
abd shell and cat /proc/kmsg showed some problems when loading the driver module for WiFi, when i clicked "turn on WiFi".
My solution was, to update the whole toolchain:
I restarted with a full wipe, updated to cLK 1.4 (before: 1.3.3) and CWM 4.0.0.0 (before: 3.0.something) together with a fresh repartitioning, all via "HD2 Toolkit" (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1090783)
I know, it is a bit cumbersome, because you have a fresh install and need to reinstall several apps and so on...

I have a problem, and I don't know what it is.
I'm having 3g/hdspa problems after 3 days. Tried different roms.
After 3 days my connection get stuck. After rebooting/switching data on/off it works again for a few minutes and then it got stuck again. And only 2g connection.
Thought it had to do with the kernel from HierOS, but also having it with Rafpigna's kernel.
I've did a full clean install. Task29, format SD-card ect.
Anyone had this problem again or know how to fix this?

do you have juice defender installed?
i had this problem randomly pop up in a previously working rom needing me to dip in and out of airplane mode.
uninstalling jd then reinstall latest version worked for me.
No, not that I know.
But most of the time it happend when I was surfing the internet. :S

This question is not related to specific rom.
Some times I face connection dropping and no signal, reboot doesn't help, in original rom (WM) i have no problems at all, any idea ?
I did task 29, back to WM and back to android, several roms and no help...same problem on all android rom, no problem on WM roms.
My radio version is 2.15.50.14.
1- MAGLDR or cLK? If cLK, switch to MAGLDR. Otherwise see below:
2- Try radio 2.12.
