Hello,
I have a htc hd 2 and recently someone told me that i can have android on this phone so i start search around and found this page as the best page to ask this quastion,
I searched around on this forums and found alot of builds and information about how to install it on my phone but i dont know what to choose,
so my simply quastion is what "build" installation guid should i follow?
ofcourse i want the latest and the most stable version,
Info about my phone,
Operation system: 5.2.21869 (21869.5.0.82)
Manillaversion: 2.5.19211619.0
ROM-version: 1.48.413.3 (71294) SVE
ROM-date 12/2/09
and when i press down the volume button and turn it on and get the 4 color screen it says;
PB81100 HX-BC
SPL-1.42.0000 XE
MicroP(LED) 0x05
MicroP(TOUCH) 0x30
Hope someone can give me some tips and links to guids that i can follow to get android stable and fine on my phone, should prefer a dualboot so i can choose what i want after restart,

If you are going to use an sd build you can choose americandroid
Sent from my HTC HD2 using XDA Premium App

Do i need to change anything then? SPL or something like that?
i followed his instruction and it hang on Jumping on kernel (custom)
Or do i need to w8 loonger?
Tnx for now

If you install android on sd then you no need nothing else.
If you use nand android, you need install:
1. hspl
2. Radio rom (recomended)
3. magldr
4. Flash clockwork recovery with correct partition layout.
And you may choose android from
Android.hd2roms.com

sd ROMs are meant to be booted from your sd card keeing windows mobile where as nand ROMs take over the space and delete windows mobile. it will boot up directly into android by having a nand android build on your phone.
if you ask 10 ppl here what build is better you might get 11 different answers. mutil suggested americandroid which is a good build thats updated often for sd. i personally like nand over sd & what I feel is one of the best nand builds to start off with is CMYLXGO's BlueTopia HD found here. he gives a very detailed explantion on how to install it including all the files you will need including installing magldr which is needed to install android to nand.
there are other programs that will allow you to install android but i feel magldr is a good starting point. not to scare you off but the only draw back with magldr is your phone will not charge when its turned off. if you dont like the fact that you lose windows mobile by going this route you can always revert back to stock windows mobile.

Go to this and update your Rom (your build isn't working because of the older rom version)
Then take your android build of your choice and copy android folder to SD card. Clrcad and Haret. All should work fine.

Best for me is BOYPPC:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1062881
Runs perfectly smooth and fast, without bugs by now in the latest version (I have "Ginger 2.3.4 Sense.s_V35" installed! (install by MAGLDR 1.13!)
Maybe u should first inform about MAGLDR and CWR

I'm currently running the newest AmeriCanAndroid SD build.
Thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=957652
This is currently my favorite SD-build.
It's very fast and smooth.

Im using nand miui rom tuned from jw.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1050645
Miui rom is without sense.
Is fast and nice.
My radio rom is 2.15.50.14.

OP, trial and error. See what's best for you. We can't answer that.

[Q] Android on UK o2 HD2

Hi, I'm thinking of trying out Android, preferably Froyo, on my UK o2 HD2 which I've had for almost a year now.
My current ROM (1.72.206.3) is the most recent, stock o2 upgrade from the HTC Europe site which came with radio version 2.07.51.22_2.
Have any other o2 users tried, hopefully with some success, to run Android from their SD card using just the above ROM and radio versions? If so, what build of Android would you recommend?
Alternatively, if only a flashed non-stock ROM and HSPL installation will make this work, what would be my best way forward to safeguard my warranty and ensure I dont brick my beloved HD2?
Soz to sound like a noob but I've searched this forum but can't find any o2 specific threads like this one - plus I've been looking around XDA, HTCPedia, YouTube (where I can only find people with US T-Mobile handsets, not the European/UK model) et al for a few days now and feel like I'm just going in circles!
Many thanks for any help that might be forthcoming.
I'm on O2 UK.
I couldn't get Android to boot on Radio 2.07, so I installed HSPL 2.08 and flashed Radio 2.15. I kept the stock O2 1.72 ROM from the HTC website, and it works fine.
I'd recommend Bangsters build if you don't want a Sense-based build, or either FroyoStone or mdeejay's Froyo HD or Froyo Sense builds if you do want Sense.
Blimey, I didn't expect such a prompt reply but that's brilliant.
I wish I had raised my question a couple of days ago, as I've been trawling the internet for suggestions for a few days now, so many thanks for that.
I've already installed a dual-boot app so will install your recommended software tomorrow.
PS - I hope this is of help to others out there too.
Hi, I have a HTC HD2 but mine is out of warranty anyway so here it goes,
HSPL 2.08,
Windows ROM "Miri and Dinik V19",
radio 2.12,
sense android rom Mdeejay Evo warm V1.1 with the latest r7.6 kernel,
Non-sense android rom latest Biff froyo rom based on CM6 V1.0 with the same r7.6 kernel,
I do bump into some occasional problems with android but nothing major, hope this helps.
it's all over the forum, but keep in mind you need at least a radio 2.08 to run android. oh, and for a non-sense build, i'd like to recommend hyperdroid v1.6
welcome to android! The way the HD2 is meant to be
latest radio is 2.15, update your hspl to the highest.
This might be personal preferrence but i find desire roms run better on my phone than evo roms
Im using NDeeJays 3.6 Desire HD rom, this rom is now fast and stable with the latest features, it is however lacking the camera and ereader...if you can live with out these, its the best option in my opinion.
If you need your camera have a look at shu8is SHUBcraft 1.5 CM6 final. It is due an update soon as dev has been away for a while but that rom is rock solid and i used as my only rom until i upgraded to the desire HD rom.
Okay, so at the expense of sounding like a numpty, it appears I need to do the following:
1. Sync my phone with my PC as usual.
2. Copy a version of my current 1.72 o2 ROM to my SD card (not sure where in particular though - in the root maybe?) having renamed it leoimg.nbh so that I can uninstall HSLP should I brick my phone and need to return it to o2 under warranty.
3. Install HSPL 2.08 or higher. I have HSLP3-PKG on my desktop ready for this purpose, so hope this should suffice.
4. Once the HD2 restarts then install a new radio ROM, version 2.08 or higher (I have 2.15 ready to go)
5. Reboot the phone again and create a folder called Android in the root of my SD card, and copy over my choice of Android software to same.
6. Restart the phone yet again, navigate using file explorer to the Android folder then run CLRCAD.EXE and thereafter run HaRet.exe, then wait a few mins for android to launch on my HD2.
It all sounds (too) straightforward in hindsight. Even though I've managed to install the brilliant CHTEditor and more on my phone and tweak the registry to some extent, somehow the installation of android seemed quite daunting until now. But I'll give it a go asap and, in the meantime, thanks to those of you who have taken the trouble to contribute to this thread and help me out.
Cheers!
Hey
I am like yourself on HD2 O2 UK. My current setup is in my signature. What I have found though is no matter what setup/android rom I use, I always get regular drop in data. I don't know if any other setup has worked for any of the users where they have no interruptions with data.
May I also suggest getting a task killer and setcpu from market for help with decent battery life.
Nik
Up until recently I always used RMNET builds as the data is much more reliable. However, i upgraded to 2.15 radio and this seems to have virtually eliminated PPP disconnects for me.
Thanks, i will give that a try.
Sent from my HTC HD2 using XDA App
Hey dazzyb2k3
May I ask what RMNET rom do you use?
Nik
Hi, just to say that I managed to install HSPL and radio ROM 2.15 and FroYo was running v.nicely thank you... up until I had an error message advising that "LauncherPro beta has expired" and asks that I download an updated version - which is not easy given that all the phone will let me do is go into either Silent or Airplane mode, reboot or power off (!)
I see that other FroYo users have reported this issue as a major pain in the arse, so I'm trying to see how I can overcome this issue at the mo. However, I'd suggest that others bear this in mind when choosin which Android software to download (plus the fact that, at the mo, I still prefer my HD2's WinMo 6.5, HTC Sense and CHTEditor after all!)

Yes! This is all correct! except don't name it leoimg.nbh, until you want to flash it back to stock (rare ;P) otherwise it will flash it everytime you enter bootloader!

Are you using Shubcraft?
If so, there's a fix for that here.....
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=8698216&postcount=7589
Sorry, should have mentioned earlier that I was using a download called Mattcfroyosense1.7ppp for my Android set-up, and I presume this incorporates an (out-of-date?) loader to kick-start things.
I only installed it late Weds evening and all seemed fine for 36hrs till this confounded error msg started appearing.
Any suggestions? (my first thought is to delete the Andoid folders from my SD card and start from scratch, and maybe download the LauncherPro upgrade asap from Marketplace should it srin back to life..?)
There is a version 1.8 if i'm not mistaken http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=736545
Although I haven't used any other build than darkstones sense builds so never used launcher pro, can you not uninstall launcher pro and use sense as mattc's is a sense build?
Btw, I have looked up that link you kindly supplied and it looks promising (in fact I have found LauncherPro-0.8.1.1 which I hops should be up to the job) but I'm sorry to say that I'm dumbfounded as to where to install it on my device or storage card - the link supplied suggests I need to "make a new directory named "app" in your /root/system/ directory, then copy the Launcher Pro app that I attached to this message to your /root/system/app/ directory. Then reboot and everything should be OK" but I just cannot locate the appropriate folders to drop this .apk file into...
i only stumbled across this today trying to fix the HTC camera issue.
The way i accessed it was to download "super manager" from the market place and used its file manager. The root is actually a higher level than the sd card which can only be accessed with a root file manager.
There is another way to "push" it but thats a bit beyond my knowledge if i'm honest.
Yay! People from the UK on O2
Its such a pain that the search won't let you use 'UK' and 'O2'
What are people using at the moment then?
I'm using,
radio: 2.15.50.14
wm: Energy Rom 21683
Android: FroyoStone Sense - V3.2
I get music stuttering with the above, regular data drops and BSOD every so often on a restart
I then upgraded the kernel to hastarin r8
The only thing I get now is absolutly no data! everything else is perfect though
I tried this ril wrapper for pppd disconnections, new v0.3 but now I get no data and no signal either
What have you guys got?
I would have posted links to all the above but apparently I''m not allowed
I'm also having no data problems on my o2-uk hd2. it was a lot better with old builds.

[Q] HD2 Android?

after waiting for a while to see if windows 7 would be released publicly for this phone, and after finish paying off the phone i have decided to just say "Screw you microsoft" and go with an android build, but i have NO idea where to start with this.
The basics of my knowledge of cell phones is that i have put cookies home tab editor, and a few extra things on my phone, i have backed up my phone a couple of times, and i even done the official t-mobile upgrade for my phone, i know a decent amount about computers in general, but haven't had the chance to play around with my phone and it's OS like i have with a computer, being that my phone is very important to me because of my work, and that i don't have a house phone, only my cell phone.
So, could someone at least direct me to all of the forums with the best downloads for the andriod OS, and extras that i will need to get android working on my HD2?
and am i able to run cookies home tab on my HD2 even if it has android OS?

Hmzz... i don`t understand it`s said in other posts that you don`t need hspl2 or 3 if you have ROM 3,14 in this post it is said that it`s needed...

Don't quote me on this, but from what I've heard HSPL2/3 indeed are not required, but if you somehow screw up your phone without them, you're basically ****ed. HSPL2/3 should always (well, most of the time) be able to revert you back to stock.

You don't need to upgrade HSPL at all. What you must have (100% MUST!!) is a radio version 2.08 or later (2.x.50 versions, NOT 2.x.51 versions).
Until the recent release of the official 3.14 ROM there was no other way to upgrade the radio to the minimum required other than custom flashing, which requires a HSPL upgrade. (Not 100% sure that 3.14 was the first, but I believe it was).
Either way, it's the radio that's crucial to Android - not HSPL.
(I ain't no Android chef or dev - this is just gleaned from what I've read on this forum, so may not be 100% accurate, but it's never failed for me.)
ok, mine Radiois 2.15.50.14, so that means i don`t need to update radio, rom is 3.14.479.2(wwe) it`s stock one...
I have another question then: after installing android on sd card, is there any changes made to stock wm rom or else? or it`s just installing android on sd, and after formating sd card everything will be stock? thnx...

Nothing else to do - just copy the android folder to your card and then run the 2 apps (clrcad & haret). Personally, I use a bootloader that runs with Windows, so when I reboot my phone I get the option to run Android or "run" Windows. (Windows is obviously already running at that point. It just closes the app if you select Windows.)
You don't need to format your card to go back to your current config. Just reboot your phone and don't run Android.

Thank you, now it`s easier to understand everything, i just thought that clrcad & haret, is needed to run only on first use, and it makes some changes to stock config of hd2. sorry if i misunderstood smthng, i`m new to android on hd2.

No worries mate - glad to help. Hope you get it running - Android's sweet
rather than start a new thread, i have a supplementary question.
It's hard to search for this question, so apologies if it's been covered.
Is it better to run a stripped down custom WM ROM to boot android? or will a stock WM ROM (with the correct radio etc.) run Android just as good?
Does it make a difference?
(I just got a stock HD2 with 3.14 ROM and 2.08.50... radio...)

[Q] htc hd 2 android

hi guys
i have a little problem with my htc hd2
i flashed my radio to a 2.14.50.04
i put a rom on it
and hsspl 4
now when i want to start android it gets tuck at jumping to kernel and goes to a white screen with green letters
can someone explane what i can doe now beaucausei'm stuck
greets matthias
I'm guessing you're talking about SD card android roms.
If so, is the android folder at the root of your sd card? Are all the the contents of the folder in there?
zimage, intrid, system image, blank data image (if the build requires you to have one, some builds make their own data.img) , all of those are in there? And you tried CLRCAD then haret right?
Also how long did you wait on the HTC screen? 20 mins? You should have if you didn't.
If you didn't wait 20 mins, and the build you are using is one that makes its own data.img, delete it. Retry running android.
If you know not of anything in what i've stated go search and read.
hi
jep all the files are in there and the phone starts again after the htc screen
when can i seee if it maks his own data ?
In the android folder. o.o
If you didn't have to put in a blank data image into the android folder or it didn't come with one, then it is an android build that makes its own.
You can also see in the startup.txt to see if it makes one.
If you see something like this data_size=512, in the startup.txt , it is making its own data image, of size 512 mb. To change the size simply change data_size= something else
eg data_size=1024, creates a 1gb data image.
i don't get it
there is a data file of 512mb
butt is that file the problem?
can someone please help beausause i'm getting crazy
If there is, then simply try reboot android. o.o I already said this in my first post...
At max it should take 20 mins for first boot. If it still doesn't boot, then maybe that build doesn't work (you should read the last pages of every build you want to try to see what works and what doesn't), try a different build.
hi
i ddid but after 30 sec the phone starts again in windows
i tried 3different builds
cyanogenmod 7 v2.6 (gingerbread) on HTC HD2
After installation MDJ’s CyanogenMod 7 v2.6 (gingerbread 2.3) I
experience the following problems on my HTC HD2 (dutch HD2 with latest
Radio):
After ending a call or pushing the end-call button, the HD2 buttons
stay on and the screen stays black and doesn’t respond at all.
I have to remove the battery to reset my HD2.
sorry for my english, i hope you understand my issue here.
By the way I’ve installed MAGLDR v1.3, and CWM 1.3 and HSPL->SPL2.08
on the device.
Everything works perfect except the above
Please HELP!!
Try a different winmo rom? You can try task 29, then flash the winmo rom. Also insignificant in my opinion, but may play a cause in your problem, which HSPL did you install? I know you installed HSPL 4, but be specific, which one from the menu it offered? Eg. I have HSPL 2.08 which is the most popular for running android.
@aem
I'm sorry but I've never experienced your problem before, nor have I tried MDJ's Cyanogen build extensively before. Well as they say if this doesn't work properrly, try something else. Meaning, try a different build and see how it plays out. Use titianium to backup anything you'd like.
i now am runnin the newest hspl i think it is 3.33..
the rom was miri_steve0007
now i am downloading energy leo rom
and a different radio
else can't you just tell me from the beginning what i have to do for playing android?
May have no effect what so ever, but install HSPL 2.08, maybe it might fix your problems. Your case is weird one to me. @[email protected]
For sd android. Theoretically and for some, there are no requirements for android except for a radio later than 2.08, Build and HSPL shouldn't matter, but it did for some.
The android folder should be at the root of your sd card meaning /android, and one should simply run CLRCAD then HARET and done, android should boot up.
If you're looking to run android off NAND (your phones internal memory, removing winmo completely) You need a radio later than 2.08, HSPL 2.08 and MAGLDR installed.
got a new prob
the htc wont load any image anymore its allways stuck at 0%
does somebody knows what i should do?
Ouch, all flashing just stops? Is the phone in bootloader mode? The tri color screen I mean.
I'm sorry but this is where my knowledge stops, sorry, i can't think of anything else to help you with right now. Worst case scenario, your device might acutally be having hardware problems and needs to be repaired.

Pleas help me i'm gonig to get crazy !! :(

"new rom 2.00.000.0" = This is task29 = it cleans your NAND by flashing (in it's basic terms) an empty ROM.
Simply flash the winmo ROM you wanted, and for the above post: it probably stuck because you don't (or seem not to) have HSPL .(but how did you manage to do task29 without HSPL?)
Install HSPL if you want to experience the real HD2 .
Have fun!
Thank you it worked!!! DDDDD

Okay, First of all, stop thanking each post of mine ,Although I really do appreciate them, please only thank me when you're fully satisfied . (you're limited to five thanks per day anyway )
To not take so many posts, I will update this post with the information as I gather them . And I recommend using a non-sense ROM like CM7. (CM7=CyanogenMod7)
I have a tut written somewhere, I will go grab it, wait for me
Here is the tutorial for Tyween's CyanogenMod7 ROM:

What CyanogenMod7 ROMS have over Sense Roms:
*ULTIMATE SMOOTHNESS AND RESPONSIVENESS !!
*Very Customizable.
*Always Running the latest build of gingerbread (2.3.5).
*Stable and no lags.
*Very Small in size (only needs 150mb of your nand, the rest is for your data )
*Faster boot.
What Sense Roms have over CyanogenMod7:
*Very Eyecandy.
*Lots of (Really nice and good) HTC widgets and apps.
*(Sorry, but that all what I could think of ) (or maybe that's actually what all they have? )

Update 3:20 AM
Okay, first tell me what device you have? European or T-mobile? And can you please tell me exactly what is written on your bootloader (tri-colour) screen?

From this information:
PB81100 HX-BC

Cotulla HSPL -- 0X30
I will look for a solution, wait for my update ...

Here are some tips you might need:
*Never boot WP7 withou sd card in.
*All ROMs have HD cam, Live Services (must have code).
** Some threads that might help you get a code :
***http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=928366
***http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=960849
*** (P.S. : Use skype to call them for free )
*Mango will be released soon (hope so) so make sure to get it .
*Make sure the Android build is compatible with MAGLDR (the thread will probably have the tag: [MAG] or [MAGLDR].
**Pick your sd ROM from here :http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=735
*It's easy to switch ROM's when using sd build, so you can try Sense and if you don't like it just switch over .
*Make sure the path is set in MAGLDR (you won't notice this if everything done correctly, However, sometimes it needs to be set manually, PM me if needed)
*NAND rom's cannot be booted from sd (duh)
Have fun
Yea great but i can't or i don't know wath the dude on the clip is doing when he's taking his sd card out ?
And can i do that without sd card reader with just my sd card in another phone?
Sent you a pm.
Instructions will be posted tomorrow
You need an sdcard reader, there are no other methods (that I know of) to partition your sd cards !
THIRD METHOD - USING A SINGLE SD CARD - HERE IS ANOTHER ALTERNATE METHOD PROPOSED BY XDA MEMBER HYELLOW (UPDATED)
1. Put your sd card inside the hd2 and power on.
2. Go to about screen, in settings, and reset your device. Let it reset and boot to WP7 again. While booting to WP7, it'll create the partitions it needs, so this is important. After you have gone through the setup wizard, go to about screen and reset your device again.
3. When it has booted into magldr screen, remove the sd card and insert into pc. (make sure that magldr is shown and stays there at bootup, otherwise it'll boot straight into wp7 without sd card and that is not what we want.
4. You'll see two partitions. A whopping 200mb of fat16 partition and the other is unformatted. Now right click on the unformatted partition and click delete. After that, click apply. Now you have unallocated space. Right click on the unallocated space and select create. Set parameters to logical and unformatted and size the partition. This will be your WP7 partition, so decide how much you want to allocate to it, this is permanent, no changes afterwards can be made. Also, make sure you move it to the end of the sd card in the same 'create' window. Hit apply. IMPORTANT When using this method make sure that the wp7 "unformatted partition" is larger than the Android partition otherwise the wp7 "unformatted partition" will move in 2nd place and you will not be able to resize the fat 16 / android partition.
5. Sit back and take a break.
break.
6. You now have a green fat16 partition to the left, some unallocated grey portion in the middle and your WP7 partition in modern turqoise colour on the far right. Agreed? Now remove the sd card from PC and insert in HD2.
7. After you have inserted the sd card, let it boot into WP7. Remember what your last action was when you were still in WP7? Yes, you pressed reset, so the device actually thinks he is still resetting the device. He might do it too, but just go through the setup wizard again.
8. Go to about screen and verify your storage. Don't look strange if when the storage has a different of about 1Gb, this is swallowed by WP7 for system stuff etc. Are you happy with the progress so far? Then power down your device and remove the sd card. Allow the HD2 to fully powered down as sometimes the screen is pitch black, but the device is still turning off.
9. Insert the sd card in pc and, using EASUS right click on the green fat 16 partition and select resize/move. Now fill up the rest of the unallocated space and hit apply. This is your android partition.
10. Format the sd android partition (not the whole sd card!) using EASUS to FAT32 using 32 or 64 kb cluster size and put an android build onto it and test.
11. IMPORTANT You need to convert the wp7 unformatted partition to primary for the sd android to see the sd card Use minitool partition wizard to do this. Right click on your WP7 unformatted partition and select modify and then click on set as primary and hit apply. Here is the link for minitool: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...&postcount=372

Sent from my HTC HD2 using XDA Premium App

[Q] Easy one stop Android?

Ive for an HD2 im going to give to my friends girlfriend to replace her current T-Mobile phone thats junk and has a cracked screen.
I have installed HSPL 2.08 to match the stock SPL, but now ive come to a stand still.
I only have a 4GB card right now (unless someone can tell me how to format one from a WP7 device, Windows wont recognize it).
Im getting confusing info about the US devices and radio's as well.
Isnt there a one step install for Android to SD card? Even the 'easy for noobs' directions has many confusing steps.
Unfortunately, no. The easiest way would be sd android run with haret from within windows mobile, but even that requires an updated radio.
Just put windows mobile back, update the radio (which is relatively easy if you read enough) and drop any sd build on your sd card and then click on "clrcad.exe." then "haret" from File Explorer on your phone.
That's the easiest.
Never took WinMo off but i did manage to get a 16 gig card to use. How do i tell what radio it has?
Go into settings > software information > radio.
That's it.
I recommend flashing 2.15.50 (if you don't already have one that is 2.08 or above)
2.15.50.14? Cause thats the one i've seen said 'use' and 'dont use'.
Ok, its got that radio on it. So i guess im good and can just find an image to put on the SD.
Just go into the SD android development, pick a ROM, download it and extract it into /Android/ on your sdcard.. then follow my first post.
Which Android version it is more suitable for the HTC HD2
I have an HTC HD2 running the original windows professional 6.5. and I m interested to install the Android OS in order to get
a faster an easy OS.
But after reading several posts and watching a lot of vieos on Youtube I feel lost which Android version it is more suitable to my smartphone
and if it is possible to get a little bit of more speed I woul be very happy.
As far as I understand i will require to burn or change my ROM first and then install the Android. But there are the Rafdroid version, the Ice Cream the Jelly Bean and so. Today I read a notice somewhere that a a guy have obtained 1.66 Ghz of speed at the HTC HD2 that it is amazing.
A little of speed would be great but the most important it is to have the Android because it is easy and may allow me to view videos ouside
youtube.
I will appreciate you advice and comments how to decide about the Android version.

Well, i did, i found AmeriCanAndroid. But when i launch Haret it says it cant find the zImage which is not in the NativeSD folder, but in the kernal/boot folder. Also in following the guide for this on YT, when i copy it to the SD its only 123 megs, not 232 like in the video. So im lost as to whats going on.
Also, my ex-wife had an HD2 briefly that had Android on it that you could launch from a shortcut on the home screen. Any idea how to do that?
Ok, i got this resolved. Once i realized MAGLDR wipes WinMo off i found an EXCELLENT video on YT for dual booting WP7 and Android. Thanks to the guy who made it, very thorough and had the links to the required software in the comments.
