I have a problem with my ROM! Please tell me how can I do? Yesterday, I was ran back up file. Now, my mobile not reponding!
is it stuck in bootloader mode? that's where there's something on your screen like "serial v...something". if yes then you're still okay; just do a couple of hard resets and it should bring it back.
you have to explain a little more though; did you flash / upgrade your rom and then it froze up? or did you back up the system and then it stopped working?

This is the story:
I bricked my phone (Elf) because I didn't CID unlock it after installing the Opal 6.1 rom. So when I tried to install the backup ROM I made it got bricked. I read all the threads about how to revive the phone and I can't get any to work.
I can't do the GoldCard since I don't have a working WM phone. So I tried the Wild card unbricker ROM and the phone got worse. Now I only get to the tri color screen without any "RUU" at the top and every time I try to flash another ROM on it it shuts and I get an error message saying something like "Invalind vendor or error in image" etc... Please help me, what happend??? I cant flash any ROM. I cant do hardspl. I can't do anything.
PLEASE HELP ME! Anyone who's familiar to this problem?

I have some problem with my HTC touch,i flashed new rom on htc,after flashing the device won't to turn on it launching os but after the notice"smart mobility" it's shot down,i tried to done new flash(by pressing the power btn and camera btn) but the device doesn't recognize the USB connection.
Please give me some advice how to fix this problem.

If you flashed your device with a rom from this section, you just successfully bricked your Elf. Flash the device back to stock by putting it in bootloader mode. This might or might not work, but it is worth a shot.
Doesn't Work anything.
Firstly thank you for your answer,but i tried to re-flash the device but it doesn't work,the flashing is complete but after the launching the OS i get "smart mobility" and animal going to sleep back

Are you flashing back to the stock rom as I suggested?
Yes,but it doesn't work.
Can you access bootloader?
Yes,i can access to bootloader,before couple of flashing rom's i even succeed to re-flash the device,now i get some errors during the flash,like "invalid id".

I think you may still have a chance to recover it since you can access b/l, but if you cannot even flash to stock... that is an issue. One to which I don't have an answer for. Head over to the Elf section. Someone might have a way to unbrick the device...

You do realize that I asked you twice to flash to stock rom. Stock rom and original rom are the same thing, if you weren't sure of that I was talking about, you should have asked. I have transferred all your latest threads to the Elf forums. Please ask over there from now on as this is not the right section.
I need help please my htc is stuck in bootloader!! This is the first time i was flashing my phone.... And there is not custom rom yet installed its just the process of getting hspl.. The situation was i was connceting it to hspl and when it was connecting i accidentally disconnected it! Now its stuck on bootloader!! And it wont connect to active sync!! The spl is 2.10.000 and white part of the tri coulor saids usb. Now can someone please help me!!! I really like the phone and im trying not to lose it!! Please tell me if my phone is broken or not.. And if it isnt please let me know how i can fix it!!! Please need quick response!! I CANNOT ACCESS MY PHONE AT ALL ITS JUST IN BOOTLOADER!
... uhm i tried to flash it with stock rom..... using 2.13 stock rom.. and i went through the whole process. my phone went through the htc loading thing... and btw my phone cannot connect to active sync..... so i went through it and then nothing happened im still in the situation i was before... and then i tried flashing it using hspl and still it keeps saying error bad spl.... and right now my bootloader screen saids spl 2.10.000.. please someone help me... do i need to use a different spl??? cause i still cant access my phone.. i cant connect to active sync either..
Hi I have a Desire HD running Cyanogan Radio and ENG are both off i have leeroid Kernal everythign works fine but my phone is locked to three. i have managed to change the splash screen and do everything else but the tool for unlocking SIm is not working keeps saying error connection i have tried to do it with ooted up device, i have tried whilst in bootloader and tried in fastboot and none seem to work .
Can anybody help me please
