Ouch if it does not enter bootloader and does not even turn on then it is bricked and the only way to save it is with JTAG.
So does it turn on at all? Also what exact ROM did you flash, full name please?

i forget
and maybe
RUU_Leo_1_5_TMOUS_2.10.531.0_Radio_Signed_15.34.50.07U_2.08.50.08_2_Ship.exe

Do you have all white hardware buttons or do you have a red end and a green send button?
The ROM you flashed should have been good for a international HD2 or a TMOUS HD2. I think you may have a international HD2 which in that case you need to flash SPL 2.08.0000 or SPL 3.03.0000 by using HSPL 4. But if you can not get your HD2 to boot into bootloader by the method then you will not be able to flash HSPL.

One more thing, I can put you in contact with someone that can JTAG your HD2.

There is no reason for that rom to cause problems.
What do you mean by "it can't boot but it can charge to full battery?" If it can't boot, how do you know it can charge? Please explain.
Check the battery pins are not bent.

Well, if the orange led turns green, that would mean the battery is charged. I took his comment that way.

You have bricked your phone. Since you flashed a rom to your phone which is not for your specific model (which you did), then your device has been bricked. If you have ever installed HSPL before then you may have luck. Go here only if you have put HSPL on your device: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=668347. This will give you step by step instructions to unbrick your device.

I thought that it only worked one way - if you have a TMOUS HD2, then the wrong radio (not ROM) will brick it? I did not realize that if one has a Euro HD2 and flashed a TMOUS, it would be bricked?

I have the same problem

Mobile restart for me it helped

correct, theonew is mistaken. tmous roms and radios work fine on reg hd2's, otherwise we wouldnt have the 576mb unlock, or magldr.
the op has a different problem.

he doesnt have tmous tho, he says he has a eu model

I think it might be bent battery pins.
As was stated, a TMOUS HD2 ROM/Radio should not brick an 8585 because the 8585 is the one that came before and can handle all of the radios, including the test radios and the .51 radios.
It's not software bricked, let's check out the hardware issues.

[Q] bricked

sorry if this has been asked and answered but from what i searched i couldn't find a similar case
i had been using a version android on HD2 for at least a month so i wasn't even flashing or reseting, just unlocking the screen on adroid
suddenly it turned off, and so far it won't turn on even when connected to pc or charger (no recharging light)
so does anyone know how to get it fixed or do i just go look for a new phone?
If you pull the battery and then put it back in and power on with the volume down key pressed... does it go into Bootloader?
If the answer is yes, start again flashing a Radio, MAGLDR etc.
If the answer is no, it sounds like you had a hardware problem.
Good luck.
EDIT: Are you sure your battery isn't just empty?

It could be a hardware problem, however they are not going to service it if htc finds HSPL on the device.
I was using SPL 3.03 from the Official 3.14 firmware, and not HSPL when I was running Android on an SD card, so hopefully, that is the same case with you.

I took out the battery and kept it out for at least 30 minutes but no luck. Now everytime i put the battery in I can feel the vibration alittle but wont turn on still.
its because that rom isn't for tmous. it IS a tmous rom, but it was built for development purposes to be used on a regular hd2.
The radio it includes 2.05.50.x is one of two radios (2.04.50.x and 2.05.50.x) that have the same effect as a ..51.. radio, , i.e black screen, no boot, no bootloader, faint vibration, computer looks for and fails to find qualcomm drivers, etc, etc.
Normally i would say 'its dead', but there have been one or two (out of several hundered) threads where after several slightly bizarre steps, (chilling the battery/phone, using certain test roms, standing with one foot in a bucket of pigs tears at midnight, etc) phones have been brought back to life ---BUT--- i suspect these may be slightly different circumstances, so whilst hope is always good, prepare for sadness.
If its under warranty, thats your best option.
Good luck.
EDIT - the bucket of pigs tears may or may not be necessary

If you've flashed a .50 radio on your T-mobile HD2 your HD2 is dead and can't be revived. Unless you find somewhere that can JTAG it for you.

No if you can still get the bootloader to come up you have not bricked your HD2.
How did you flash the ROM via your computer and USB cable or via your SD card? Will your HD2 just not boot all the way into Windows Mobile? I need as much info as you can give.
i think you just bricked it. Like lawl, i'm sorry but I have no sympathy for this, you flashed your HD2 with the wrong rom. xD You shoulda read and researched before jumping into the fire. xD
Well if you can still get into the multi colored screen, then flash the right rom for it, which would be a t-mobile rom, since you said there is a t-mobile logo at the top.
Well as stated above also, if you can get into the tri color screen, you haven't bricked your device.

Well i connected my device via usb and ran the .exe file. It completed 100% but it remains stuck at the htc boot logo. Took out the battery and restarted it but it just remains stuck at the htc screen.
The reason i wanted to do this was because i installed magldr and i got to that black screen with like 10 or 11 options and tried flashing a rom but it wouldnt work so i wanted to start all over.

Yes go to T-Mobile.com and in the search bar there type in HTC HD2 update you will find it. The T-Mobile site will ask you to enter your IMEI number, this can be found by removing the battery cover and battery. The IMEI will be an a sticker behind the battery. Enter it and you will be abale to download the official T-Mobile update it will have ROM 3.14.531.1 and radio 2.15.50.14..
With a TMOUS HD2 you have to make zure the ROM is compatible with a TMOUS HD2. Even more important youmust make sure the radio that will be flashed is TMOUS compatible, are you will brick your TMOUS HD2. To see a list of TMOUS radios go to here .
Edit: Do not use one of the ROMs from the above link. Sorry I know the above poster was trying to help but you have a T-Mobile HD2 so you really need to get the official ROM from T-Mobile. The link he give is to the HTC site and if you download the wrong ROM by accident andflash it you will brick your HD2.

It is all cool Skellyyy, I know you were trying to help. The thing is us TMOUS owners have to be very carful when it comes to flashing. We have to read very carefully what we are flashing. minumal if we flash the wrong ROM but it has the right radio, like what appears to have happen to LoveisPeace 2012, our HD2 will just not boot up into Win Mo but still go into bootloader. If we flash the wring radio or HD2 is bricked, dead, done, nomore.

Works both ways man, if you's flash the wrong radio, your phones bricked. But... you's have more internal memory not needing to partition your SD card.

You are very correct Skellyyy the wrong radio to any HTC HD2 will brick the phone no matter what model it is. But the TMOUS model is a lot more suseptable to this as it can only use TMOUS compatible radios. Most other models such as the European model and etc. can use most radios, and I said most not all, that or out there. This is why so many new TMOUS HD2 owners brick there phone cause you really have to read and study to find this info about the radio.

the regular hd2 can use them all. Worst that happens on a regular hd2 is you put a 51 radio on a 576meg enabled rom, and teh phone hangs at boot screen till you change the radio, and thats a rom issue, not the phone thats incompatible.

If you can get it to the bootloader tben it is not bricked. While the phone is ocf gold down the volume button and tap the power(end) button and the tri color bootloader should come up. let me know if you can do this and I will guide you further.
The phone won't turn on, charge, or even show a screen.
I can't go into bootloader, can't go into hard reset mode.
When I go into usb mode, all I see on my computer screen is something about Qualcomm. Nothing else, I can't even access the harddrive space.
I'm pretty sure its fully bricked.
the problem i have right now isn't returning the phone, I already have the phone in hand right now. The question i'm asking is..how do I put android nand on my phone right now? My ROM is the newest right now.

Ok no problem just download HSPL 3 or HSPL 4. Run wich ever one you download and install HSPL 2.08 as this is the highest HSPL that MAGLDR supports right now. Next download MAGLDR 1.13. Afteryou have both of these installed pick out a NAND Andriod ROM from here and follow the instructioms of the ROMs' developer to install it to your HD2 as there is two different ways to install now via computer and USB flash or via SD card flash. For a great dtep by step guide got to XDA member MSkip's guide it is a really good giude.
Hope tbis is what you are looking for
are you guys sure that hspling my phone to 2.08 is okay even if I have rom 3.14??

Yes you are totally cool. Besides if you are going to flash a NAND Andriod ROM to your HD2 your Windows Mobile will be wiped from the phone and become a Andriod only device unless you flash something else to it.
The things you have to fear is flashing a non compatible radio for your HD2. Sense you have a TMOUS HD2 like me you have to make sure your radio is a TMOUS radio. Easiest way to do this is look at the third set of numbers. Example.
Radio version 2.15.50.14 Yes Radio version 2.07.51.22 No

As long as you have a 50 in that spot you are good with two exzemptions. Do not use radios that look like this.
2.04.50.xx or 2.05.50.xx They will brick your TMOUS HD2

Only thing that I don't understand is the first line.
The rest looks ok!
As I said the man that could probably tell you is T-Magnolia, unless samsamuel has an idea?

Im a total noob at HD2.:silly: Will try to understand something
Its a regular HD2 with hspl 2.08.hspl. the model Id looks fine.
If it were mine, and I was struggling to return to stock, I'd probably use hspl2 (not hspl4,I don't trust it, no specific reason, just a feeling)
Take hspl2, set 1.66.hspl, then try flashing a stock 1.66 winmo rom via USB.

Like Samsamuel said, the bootloader looks fine. I also agree with him about flashing HSPL2 and then flash a 1.66 WinMo ROM via USB. It is important you only do it via USB though because if you flash it via SD card it will overwrite the HSPL and then bootloader is stored in a separate storage chip on the PCB board so even if the bootloader is fine and the flash storage can still be flashed it may have bad sectors or have become unreadable. If this is the case it will cause the device not to boot. Also it may be suffering from the dreaded separation of the CPU from the PCB board which will also cause it not to boot, maybe boot but soon shut off, or not even power on at all.
Now for the bright side of the story. If you buy the device and nothing you try will allow it to boot, you can find a HD2 that has a cracked screen our non working digitize. and then swap out the PCB board from it to the HD2 and have a working device. But I do suggest you let a professional do the swapping of the PCB.
Thanks again for answers. But i noticed one detail.. 1 day ago, there was another hd2 on sale. For the same price, in the same city, and i think in the same complectation (box etc.) but there was non working touch screen.
So, im 80% sure that is the same phone, and i won't buy it. BTW, thanks for help..
