Do custom Roms come equipped with latest device software update ( Froyo and soon to be Gingerbread ) or I would have manually update my device software again once Gingerbread is out before I could flash new custom Roms again?
Flashable roms include all the software you will need. If/when gingerbread rom comes out - all you will need to do is wipe and flash.
Your apps are updated through market, rom has nothing to do with it.

I have specific languages i need to be supported on my phone, and there are roms for them. Can i use a 2.2 rom on my nexus s ?
Any new roms coming out soon? 2.3.4? Other than the ones on the board. Ive tried them all
A good way to know is to pm the developers of the current roms that are out for the hero.

Hi Developers. Novices and newbies get confused between Stock Roms and Custom Roms terms. What I feel That all company officcial firmware with official kernels may be called simply as Samsung Roms while all other Roms such as modified roms, tailermade roms,etc leaked romas may be termed as Custom Roms (as they are being called now). Andriod OS may added. Sumsung GB Rom, Samsung ICS Rom- Custom GB Rom, Custom ICS roms. So the other company roms-htc rom, motorolo rom, sony rom etc.
The distinction makes more sense if they're called Touchwiz/stock-based roms and AOSP/CM/Kang roms. What you suggest will only serve to lengthen the name of a ROM which is already for Samsung Galaxy Note GT-N7000 (remember that ROMS can be found outside of Note-only forums, as well as using Google, and it's important to have the device name.)
Hello, is there any rom for the t380? I am only going to stick to One UI if there is no custom ROM for the t380.
