Stuck on HTC Logo Screen

I just tried to flash a new ROM by putting it on SD CARD...
i pressed my volume up key and power button for 3 seconds and now my phone is stuck on the HTC logo screen...
it did even go in the HSPL screen
whatever i do it reboots and gets stuck to that screen...
pressing the red button at the back made no difference
what can i do ?

I have the same problem. The phone is stuck on HTC logo screen and is not seen by the computer so I cannot reflash. Any idea what can be done???? Mine got stuck after I installed task 29

(1) Take out the battery / Unplug the phone
(2) Put the battery back in
(3) Turn it on and keep only Vol Down pressed
You should get a tri-color screen. Connect USB. Once it says USB at bottom, you are good to go with flashing.

put phone into bootloader requires you to press volume DOWN while power resetting the phone. Make sure the ROM is named LEOIMG.nbh and is on the root of the sd card. Make sure the sd card is 8gb or smaller unless it is a class6.

you need to put your phone back into bootloader, volume down while powering on the phone. then after you see the tricolored screen, connect it to the usb.

what problem are you having exactly???? you haven't told us any details to help you.

same problem, after returning back to stock from android, it is stucked on first htc logo.
phone was freezing, so i decided to flash from android to stock, i used micro sd (RUU_Leo_HTC_WWE_EastEurope_1.66.479.2_Radio_CRC_Signed_15.32.50.07U_2.07.51.22_2_Ship)
now it is stucked. please help

do the same thing only this time use the HTC support page for the correct stock ROM.

That's weird, maybe they didn't make a 3.14 ROM for your region.

was using clockworkmod and cyanogen,decided to flash a android revolution hd rom, intsalled super wipe and flashed it ,then flashed the rom...now phone stuck at htc logo and cant go into clockworkmod recovery,the problem is i left my phone in usb while the flashing ...

so decided to format sd and place the PB13IMG.zip on root of sd to reflash rom...still not working !
computer cant detect usb when tried to connect.tried installing drivers,still cant get into recovery....i am using a s-offed htc incredible s...Please help!!!!
will sending phone to htc void warrenty?if so will they repair and how much they will charge?

im having the same problem!i installed task29 (i had elegancia rom but i wanted to try another rom)and now im stuck on the htc logo screen that says 'stick together' in a red square.....i tried vol down+power button to go into bootloader but nothing happens, then i tried to hard reset but still nothing happens...i pushed the reset button and i did it all over again but still nothing...
my HD2 is a T-MOBILE usa with :

after flashing to 14 jan mdj. my hd2 crashed after 1 day of use. After that I can't boot into android or use USB. I think I even can't charge the phone. I don't see the red led. Andy ideas for fixing it? Try a new battery? It doesn't start up anymore, but it did a few times and said 12.fatal hit when booting android. I haven't tried Tricolour because I can't start it up anymore

When you turn on your phone what happens? What screen dow it take you to? What does it say when trying to run android? .......and for future notice this is the comnplete wrong section for this....and some more info regarding device, hspl, radio would be helpful too.

2...second remove the SD card and connect the phone to ur computer
3...hold the down volume + power buttom till u see 4 colurs and them run the tmobile official rom... let me know what happens

it doesn't boot up anymore, I will post again when I have it booting again.

All have to do is to download an htc official rom and connect ur Htc hd2 to
computer and flash it

connect the phone to ur computer
hold the down volume + power button till u see 4 colors and them run the tmobile official rom... let me know what happens

Can you seriously follow anyone's instructions given man? Quit trying to boot the phone. Connect the phone with your PC via the USB cable. Hold down the "volume down" key and the "power" key at the same time. Tell us if you see the tri colored screen.

Have you checked the battery contacts? They bend very easy, and the symptoms you describe are exactly those of that. If they are bent, VERY, OH SO VERY CAREFULLY straighten them up. If one or more are broken, I hate to tell you this, but you need to buy a new phone.

I think you have wrongly done the Clock Work Mod which shows the 123Fatal Hit error and ur hd2 remains stuck there. Your HD2 is not crashed at all just charge it with an external charger then go to bootloader by pressing n holding Volume Down key and Power button until you the triple coloured screen, then connect your data cable to HD2 and flash it with a stock windows mobile rom so it will restore ur hd2 and after that u can install nand rom on it by following each and every step mentioned in tutorials here. Whenever I select boot AD SD after flashing partition layout I always get 123Fatal error now I don't understand what the problem is....If someone has a solution for this problem please reply in this thread as I don't want flashing through DFT method.

I had a hd2 with the Typhoon ROM set with the Recovery and magldr 1.13 ... after downloading a number of applications gave me an error, I continue to reset the screen to start drawing android stood in the midst of .... and would not go away ... I changed the rom and the way to a more current ... and I got to work with the installation ... But my surprise was when I can not install all the steps still doing well ...
I can´t do a tricolor screen, i don´t know why... and i tried with all types of roms... The first rom of Coutulla, Daf roms, Recovery roms...recovery roms and DAF roms stops when are loading and in the screen are the android or logos...
The roms don´t load...
Please, i really need help... i don´t know what else i can do... My hd2 is european and the operator is Movistar... i never had a problem... but now i are ****...
¿Is my hd2 bricked?

Try the HR (hard reset)
turn the phone off
press and hold volume up & down together and power up the phone same time
That should hard reset your phone
Than press and hold volume down and power on the phone and that should bring u into the bootscreen mode

Nothing... only load the magldr....
but the buttons are ok because i can move on the magldr menu

so than try this-
switch off the phone
take off the battery cover and find the red like small button under it. press and hold it for few seconds than try the first step again

How about reinstalling android all over again? Maybe that can solve the problem.
If you are willing to do it, just go into bootloader screen, flash task 29, flash Magldr 1.13, flash CWM (dependent on the partition lay out required by the relevant rom), and flash the ROM (Nandroid).

as far as i remember it was the volume down button to get into booloader.

I don´t understand all...do you say me taht install android again??¿ i tried...with recovery mode, DAF mode and data2ext4.... but nothing....

Are you sure you're just downloading ROM's and using the same Clockworl for all? All ROM's have different partition layout requirements for Clockwork. Check out the ROM thread and look for something about the Clockwork partition size. I usually just Ctrl Find then look for 'CWM'.
If that's not the case, you may be downloading ROM's which need an Ext3/4 partition on the SD card. Do you have an Ext partition?

Well you have the partition, so the only thong it could be, quite possibly is the wrong Clockwork size. As far as I know, I think there's an included file in the TyphooN thread that has a CWM inside it. Download it, flash it via the .daf file, then go back in to recovery and flash the TyphooN .zip again.

Reading other posts I see you have tried everything, so I suggest you go back to the start, i.e install a Win 6.5 rom from HTC using the SD card method which will erase everything on your phone(including HSPL) and revert your phone back to factory status..
and then try again, use a Android NAND rom which does not required any ext/data2sd/apps2sd partition by default and see where u get with it.

No need to restore to factory ROM etc. as even a Task 29 would be more useful and easier.

Sorry i was working this days...
I think that i made good the partitions... but any romload compleate.... Recovery don´t run, when i install a DAF Rom the load stop in te first screen.....
And i can´t do the tricolor screen... the buttons are well...but the tricolor screen no....

My htc hd2 won't start anymore.
When I press the on button it first goes to the Green HTC HD2 letter screen, then the NAND bootingscreen with this text:

From nand

etc etc
LOAD DONE!

GO GO GO
And at the end an Android logo with HTC HD2 underneath it.
and then it's starts all over again.
How can I fix this? or restore everything back to the basics of android?
I dont know anymore specs from the Nand build
only it has the CyanogenMod on it and it's Gingerbread.
Plz can anyone help me, I'm gonna fly tomorrow to the States for holydays so I very appreciate it if anyone can help me before I'm gone.

constantly rebooting a few seconds into the sequence is sometimes down to a bent battery pin. check them carefully. Failing that id suspect a fresh flash is in order.

I have a bent battery pin indeed. but i have it since the third day i bought this phone (1,5 years ago).

Before fresh flash .. what has made your Android fall into a bootloop? have you flashed anything via cwm recently? that could be it.

nope did nothing. only thing i did was putting my sd card in my comp, and after that first some apps didn't work correctly, but that happens me all the time. so i reboot and so it all started ...

Ok,
You didn't turn off your device, you removed the sd card immediately (or unmounted it from settings), right?
You have data2sd enabled on your build, or apps2sd?
Try to remove sd-card and then boot...
If above ddn't work, try to reflash your build through cwm (without wiping data, which will only restore your system to original state) ..

@Marvlesz; yes i unmounted it from settings, and im using apps2sd
without sdcard he still wont start normally...
could you explain how i do the reflash?
with the volume button down and then start it up it also stays on the colored screen...
I'm sorry but I'm very newbie @ this stuff.

It depends on how you flashed this ROM in the beginning .. ( I assume you did it through cwm)
So get to the website of this rom and download it again (or pass if you have it on your pc)
bootup your phone while holing nothing but the power button, phone will remain on aMAGLDR and won't boot into Android.
Go to option 8. AD Recovery (using volume rockers) and press Green button (dial) ..
A black screen with orange text will appear, remove your sd and put it into your pc, copy your ROM's Zip file and return sd to phone.
Go to "install zip from sd" .. choose second option, and choose the rom.. then hit yes. After it's done, hit on reboot.
Report back ..

lol, Im sorry to hear that you lost your information ... I recommend doing NANDROID backups from time to time (from orange menu) as well as apps backups with (titanuim backups) .. even if you messed up with the system files, you still can get it back ..

im having pretty much the same problem..everytime i try to turn it on it loads up all the way to the occupy together screen then it just starts back over again. so i left it on the charger and let it charge for a whole night and its still doing the same thing. i've tried to do a hard reset but my volume down button doesnt work =/ is there something i can download or is there an update that i need for it to work again?! [Q] HTC HD2 Stuck On "GO GO GO!" cwm.

Okay, basicly let me explain what heppend yessterday:
I dropped my phone on the screen from like 15 cm, on wooden floor, but badly it fall on the screen. Then i wannted to see if the phone is ok, i turned it on and then tried slide the unlock, but basicly what heppend is the touchscreen didnt work. Then it turned off (the screen) but when i press button, it still lighted. So i tought, if i would press the resset button and boot it agian all will be fine.. But i booted it, and the magldr just did it work, it tryed boot it to android i had TyphooN Cyanogen Mod, but sadly it didnt boot. It just at the "Go go go!" part. I was like what the **** are you kidding me, so i did agian and no luck. So i contacted my friend that has hd2 and knows about these stuff. He just told me to do task 29, that didnt work so i downloaded the toolkit, but it didnt work too, i formatted, this time i tryed install cwm freshly, just to install my typhoon agian right, so my friend told me to go to the ad recovery, and just install it from zip.. it stuck at go go go agian. Now i really dont frking know what heppend, i tryed taking battery out, as my friend said - no luck. Is there anything else i can do, or my hd2 is totally died

format your sd with panasonic sd formatter. then make task29-flash mgldr-flash radio-flash cwr and flash rom. if not boot then change rom to another one.

In cwm perform a "wipe data / factory reset"
This will clear the system folders on the ext and fat partitions of the SD card, and the data on the nand. Sometimes a rom wont boot if there are leftovers in those folders.

if you cant goin to CWM,
when you at MAGLDR menu
you Choose USB Flasher
(must use Volume down/Volume up button, then press Call button)
(if the buttons cant, you must sent it to repair...)
and connet it to pc to re-flash any new CWM...

i reflashed cwm hundred of times, i also formatted the whole phone and that didnt work
and buttons did work

Any luck with your issue TotalErikas? I had the same problem, I didn't drop my phone, but somehow screen just froze when I turn on from sleep and I thought restarting solves the issue then..... stuck on go!go!go! screen... tried task 29, flash rom, flash magldr, flash recovery, flash cLK... nothing works... I really hope it's not hardware issue... I already paid loads to replace screen twice.... Please share if you have any luck with yours! thanks~

I just fixed mine. The problem is not any how with screen or something. Its all about battery contact, remove the battery and push those three things that gives contact, to boot the screen and stuf..
