hi, just wanted to ask, is it possible to delete some of the built in apps like
all share, layar, think free office etc ?
Yes . Use titanium... Delete SYSTEM APPS by its batch operation..

Or you can use root explorer. Go to system/app. You will have all the apps installed on your phone. Remove the apps you dont want.

Unistallin via root xplorer is nt so effective.. U see there many apps (eg. Live wallpaper) use library at /system/lib ... So in those case u hav to remove d library too..

I highly suggest against this. If you need the aop later, the lib files won't be there.

Root Uninstaller from the Market seems to be the most simple way to remove those unwanted apps.

I suggest titanium...
ES File Explorer is my favorite, it's a very good file explorer and it has options for root and system read/write.

And I recommend you Titanium Backup. The free version just works.
i recommend the es file explorer as an alternative.
use titanium explorer
backup the apps you wanna remove and then remove them
even if you run into probs you can restore from the backup

So I don't like the original My Files apk I used Miui ROM for some time and I really liked it's user experience because it was very organized .. All files was organized by categories and with one click I could access all my documents files ..music .. Apk files it was very easy too use and very easy to manage files from sdcard
Is there any apk that has this functions... Where files are organized by type..?

Try "File Expert" the best file manager out there (in my opinion) . Has tabs as well.

ASTRO is a really good File Manager. But, i don't think there is any app, which categorises the apps, other than miui file manager.
"File Expert" GUI has recently been updated an has the categories you wanted as well.
Try efile...

the new version of astro is very good and free. try it
Root Explorer and Astro are both powerful tools. They may not have that fancy look (especially RE) but they're unmatched at getting their job done.

Yeah, i prefer RE infact, especially since Astro got more bloated
Also a tip.. if you long press on astro file manager and select detail.. you can see the md5 Checker.
For root explorer long press on the file and select properties you going to see it...just a tip

ES File Explorer works fine for this. Your device needs to be rooted to get R/W access otherwise it won't work. If you are rooted then in ES hit the app menu and tap Root Explorer. It should prompt for superuser access and then set all to RW. Should let you move apk to system/app folder now.
link has removed. Can you upload in new link?

.. okay .. try to find "System App Installer" in market/play store then Pick the system app of the ROM you want to install then install it and woaLa ! The app you picked is on ur System app now !
Note:Backup ur system app before you replace it incase of errors ..
Some app gives FC after the force installation Framework is the main reason why app gives FC .. Some phones need to restart to enable system app... and System app installer Needs a Root Permission. your phone must be rooted.
And Note again. I am not responsible in any Damage in your phone. Im just sharing my opinion.. By the way Press Thanks if it works
