dude thats what its supposed to do.
You are not replacing windows you are booting a android build located on your SD card. When you use the haret.exe it boots windows from ram and loads the phone into android kernel. To get into Anroid after reboot you need to do same thing again.
There is a solution though, You can install a bootloader that will automatically run haret for you after windows boot and set a delay like 3 seconds, to speed up the whole process you can flash a stripped down version of windows.
Your only other solution is to wait for the NAND project to be released so we can boot Android from nand at boot.
Try this boot loader. It will give you the option of wintel or andriod when switched on

I'm using version 4 which works for me.
This is rather a simple question..
I've flash a custom rom on my HD2.
I've also hpsl
I Just did nand andriod...
Every time i boot my phone, it gives the Tmobile logo (US)
how do i get rid of that....
Thanks.
Flash the attached file via HSPL. (Vol-Down -> Boot -> Connect USB -> Run "CustomRUU.exe" )

You could flash a custom splash screen.
My understanding is that the first splash logo for NAND Android is still the WM splash, which can be changed by flashing a splash screen.
Check out my sig for some EnergyROM-specific splash screens or the WWE splash screen. Or, you could send me an image via PM, and I'll make the custom splash screen for you.
Flash a splash screen...

Hi,
If you re-installed an original WM ROM,you will have lost everything on your phone:
HSPL,MAGLDR, RADIO,etc.
You must start again.
Everything you need to do is listed in my sig...guide number 2.

Im not sure if you are saying that you cant enter the Magldr Menu when you boot up your phone or that you are going about installing Android incorrectly.
To get Magldr on your phone you start with Windows Mobile, then flash the latest 2.**.50.** Radio and then flash Magldr v1.13. When the phone restarts you can enter Magldr by long pressing the power button and then either install NAND Android OR install Clockwork Mod via Magldr which is the far better way to go.
With Clockwork Mod on your phone you can backup and restore Android Roms, flash and update Android Roms via a zip file copied to your storage card, clear caches and setup the A2SD partition on your storage card.
There is never any need to reflash Windows Mobile between Roms.
Take a look at the 2 Android flashing guides in my sig (especially the Clockwork Mod guide) which should help you alot with what you need to do.
Mark.
hey guys. so i got my hands on a buddy's hd2 to help flash but entering the tri-color bootloader and trying to flash it to a 6.5 rom, it shows that it does not have a previous image.
anyway, i go on trying to flash it but everytime is says error: corrupted image file.
any help?
edit: it's world wide HD2
edit 2:
it's just stuck on HTC Screen. plain white with HTC in the middle. does not go into WinMo6.5
HardSPL. Looks like you don't have it.
got 2.08 HSPL
The update utility never shows a previous version when you enter bootloader manually, because it pulls that info from the registry, which is inaccessible from bootloader.
i managed to flash the Energy ROM winmo6.5 using an sd card.
it stays on the splash screen and does not boot to OS. :\??
you need to flash the custom ruu inside the custom rom itself. not an sd card
only if i could. i cant access OS.
