You could flash a custom splash screen.
My understanding is that the first splash logo for NAND Android is still the WM splash, which can be changed by flashing a splash screen.
Check out my sig for some EnergyROM-specific splash screens or the WWE splash screen. Or, you could send me an image via PM, and I'll make the custom splash screen for you.

Flash a splash screen...

HD2 power on but won't boot. stuck on htc screen

hey guys. so i got my hands on a buddy's hd2 to help flash but entering the tri-color bootloader and trying to flash it to a 6.5 rom, it shows that it does not have a previous image.
anyway, i go on trying to flash it but everytime is says error: corrupted image file.
any help?
edit: it's world wide HD2
edit 2:
it's just stuck on HTC Screen. plain white with HTC in the middle. does not go into WinMo6.5
HardSPL. Looks like you don't have it.
got 2.08 HSPL
The update utility never shows a previous version when you enter bootloader manually, because it pulls that info from the registry, which is inaccessible from bootloader.
i managed to flash the Energy ROM winmo6.5 using an sd card.
it stays on the splash screen and does not boot to OS. :\??
you need to flash the custom ruu inside the custom rom itself. not an sd card
only if i could. i cant access OS.

thinking to get a HD2, Do all roms have The loading info on startup?

Thinking to get a HD2, Do all roms have The loading info on start up
very simple question : is there a way to remove or mask, hide the boot up information when rebooting theses phones, it looks sooo anoying.
thanks
If you are talking about the text that comes up on boot, it is from Magldr. cLK, an alternative to Magldr does not show any text on a normal boot and takes you to android boot logo after showing the HTC logo.
I have a green-on-black-background HTC Radio logo (instead of the stock green-on-white one), and I customize all ROMs I use to have a green-on-black-background HTC with animated "Silently Brilliant" below it.
Tytungs's cLK boot image from his ROM thread has the same green-on-black-background kernal image too.
Happy 'Droiding in your HD2

[Q] HELP!! (TyphooN CyanogenMod 7 SPL boot images )

I use this boot images:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=933951:)
this is my question:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KUkTUXqaJ3U
That screen is not connected to android, it is the bootscreen or splashscreen.
Google "change hd2 splashscreen"
Splashacreens are flashed just like winm
o roms or radios.
Flashing a stock winmo rom should change it,or if it only changes the first few seconds, then that image is the secondary splash.
For technical details see the "watermark your Leo" link in my sig.
THX
YES"
the first few seconds is the HTC screen"
but after the few seconds.......................................................=(
where can download the htc bootscreen?
SORRY...
MY ENGLIISH IS SO BAD...
THINKYOU!!!!!!!
THINKYOU!!!!!!!
i success use htc second-level boot screen now!

SD Android has no effect on Windows, so I can't imagine how Winmo has frozen? It would probably be of benefit to people more experienced than myself who could explain this to be more detailed.
the sd card wont effect on the windows attttt allll ... but if you stuck ... just flash the stock rom since you have access to the boot loader... plus i would say go to android on nand so much better than sd
since microsoft stopped supporting the wm6.5
I know it isn't supposed to have effects on my winmo it did (stuck on the boot screen without showing the radio and the numbers below the screen)
And how i can flash the stock winmo or the nand android and which is better?
thx in advance
okay man go into the boot loader and flash the stock rom wm6.5 ... you can download it from the forums here or from htc website ... then flash the magldr and flash the recovery, then download any android nand rom you want and install it using your phone .... pick any rom you want from the nand android and ill give you the instruction for it step by step and please let me know , the type of your phone is it t-mobile or normal hd2
I have an orange disimllocked phone (normal HD2 not t-mos)

Go to the unbranded ROM and type in you Serial number. It should provide you with the ROM which you need; for example when I tried my serial number it came up with Rom 3.14 for O2.
yea do it like Nigeldg said and report back to us

After flashing stock rom - only HTC logo on white screen

There are plenty of threads on this, but go to HTC website, download the correct rom for your phone. You can use the serial number to get the right one.
Then extract the files. Take the .nbh file and rename it to leoimg.nbh. Put it onto your SD card and go into the boot loader and it will flash your phone back to stock settings.
