I"m stuck in the Bootloader

Hey guys ! i have tried to Install the ROM and when it install the program stop and now i stuck in the bootloader i can't go into my mobile anymore how and it said not allow 00028002 plss help me guys !

Have you installed HSPL? Which spl version is showing in bootloader?Which rom are you trying to install and which method of installing are you trying?
You need to provide more info if anyone is going to be able to help you. All is not lost, the fact that you are still in bootloader means this can be recovered.

I installed HSPL and SPL-1.42.0000 and i tried to install English ROM cause i bought it from my friend and language is Russian :| and i want change it into english !

can u even get into the 3 color screen by using VolDown button?

As i asked earlier, what spl version is showing in bootloader? Many people think they have installed hspl2 but they have in fact not done it properly, hence my question.
There are also many many different english roms, so of these, which one are you trying? Again please provide the details otherwise you make it almost impossible for anyone to help you without guessing.
Edit: Ok I see from your earlier reply (which you have since edited) that you have spl 1.42.0000 - that is not hspl that is a stock spl and that's probably why the rom does not install. You need to use 1.42.hspl.

It's a English Europe ROM and now i even can't connect my phone to computer because i stuck in the Bootloader with tri colour

when phone is in three color screen
1 - connect to usb
2 - run hspl2
3 - choose your hspl
DO NOT choose one that ends .0000
DO choose one that ends.hspl
4 - when phone restarts, go into bootloader (three coloured screen) make sure that next to spl it says x.xx.hspl and NOT x.xx.0000
5 - with phone in bootloader, connect again USB
6 - flash your rom.
7 - if the rom requires a different radio, flash teh radio, just like the rom.

i DID LIKE WHAT YOU SAY IT'S WORK BUT WHEN IT'S INSTALL MAYBE 10% AND THE SCREEN BECAME DARK AND IT RETURN TO THE OLD SPL-1.42.0000 :| I WAS CHOOSE 2.08.HSPL AND THEN I GOT spl-2.08.HSPL 8G XE BUT WHEN THE SCREEN BECAME DARK IT'S BACK TO SPL-1.42.0000

sounds like you are flashing a stock rom from sd card, , the first thing that happes is the hspl gets overwritten by the stock 1.42.0000 and so teh rest of the flash fails.... use USB not SD
If you 'think' you already are using USB, then you have left leoimg.nbh on your sd card, , , get rid of it.

Hi
1. When it is on Bootloader connect usb
2. Run HSPL2
3. Select 1.42 hspl
4. When HSPL successful you will see on the bootloader spl name is changed
Then
5. Download a rom and the Latest radio from this forum
6. Get bootloader and flash the radio first
7. then flash the rom
DO NOT FLASH THE STOCK ROM FROM A CARD
It will change the spl

u mean delete the LEOIMG.bnh in SD card and take it off so how can i flash without put it into SD card ??

You don't even need HSPL on your phone if you are flashing stock rom... Just download the official english rom and click on it when your phone is in bootloader mode and reads "USB" down bottom, then it will flash to your phone.
I don't even use HSPL when flashing custom roms... I use SSPL.

Flash over USB
Into bootloader, plug in usb cable, , when the word 'serial' becomes 'usb' on the phone, run your rom update.

No, probably a bad flash or incompatible SD card. Format your card with "SD card Formatter" by Panasonic then...
a) Reboot and when you see the 1234 on screen hold own Vol UP&DOWN together until it goes past DFT into white screen with instructions, then follow them to reset phone.
b) If that doesnt work try to re-flash via magldr/usb.
If the above fails try a different card.

If the phone starts to loop at the dft screen press and hold volume down and it should stop looping. Any other button may also work. But maybe should do a reflash...

same here, having trouble and constant reboot, I tried to reflash (hold off button, select USB flasher), same thing, but after few attempt of self reboot, I manage to get in, after restart the phone, I get DFT screen constantly self reboot again, but after a few attempt it boot in.
Before that I had freezing problem with stock rom, I was told to use WP7 or android to fix the freezing problem. I seems like I doesn't fix anything at all....

yes i do i am using 2.08 hspl .and i also tried all radios...

Remove your sd and sim card or re-download magldr and leo70 rom, make a task29 and reflash magldr and wp7.
Otherwise idk what it could be.

Just got an HD2 that I am trying to load with wp7. The phone is going to elsalvador with my mom to use down their while on vacation and will stay there but I get stuck on the DFT screen bootlooping as well. When I hold volume down while it does this I get a bootloader similar to the three color that says
leo100 SS-B3
nspl0.96.2250.0 and the LED and TOuch
It also says SD none
partition info v211v413.
Can anyone help me. I have reflashed all using hspl 2.08 and Radio Leo 2.15.50.14?

after i try to flash my phone to android ROM via SD card, i think i've brick my HD2
i think i can go to the bootloader( the screen with blue,red,n green colour)
n i can connect to USB (as i see at the bootloader screen with the USB word at the bottom when i connect to my laptop)
after i switch on my phone, it appear this words

1) how did you try to flash an Android ROM via sd card? Do you have magldr flashed?
2) Do you have HSPL flashed on the device?
Flashing an Android ROM from SD isn't possible from anything but magldr or CWM, so which one did you use?

Android does not work well with that SPL version.
Download HSPL4
tell it to flash SPL 2.08
Try launching clcrd and haret again.

i dont have HSPL 4.
only get to update it to HSPL3.03

after update to HSPL3
my phone still hang at the HTC logo page,
after a while, it still show
"the device is unable to boot because either you have turned off........."
(same as the above pic)

i use SSPL to flash it to other ROM, hope it works
50% now

oh,, FINALLLY, i manage to flash back to my original ROM

This is HSPL 4, it allows you to flash to different HSPL/SPL versions:
For flashing Android/WP7 or running Android I'd suggest using that to flash to HSPL 2.08

What Orangekid means it is the fourth released HSPL which is called HSPL 4. You just have to coose which HSPL or SPL version you want to use. If you if you are wanting to put SPL back onto your HD2 then just make sure you flash a version with .0000 at the end.

Try to reflash a stock rom, the previous user must have pulled the usb cable during a flash, causing a bad flash.

I agree with the previous posters. I get this error message a lot when something goes wrong during a flash. Just make sure to flash the correct rom from the tri colored boot menu. Also check if you got the correct radio.

I had this issue, i just mtty'd into it and did Task 2a, 28 and 29 (Not completely necessary) and flashed magldr/clk it worked fine after that, i failed it by flashing the official TMOUS HD2 rom from T-Mobile. It failed at the SPL for me.

Phone's finally here, when i try to flash the stock ROM, it stops at 8% (the phone vibrates 7 times :S ) Tried with both stock ROMs, and with USB and SD too. What should I do now?

IMO you could have a faulty CPU(over-heating failure BGA related)...
You should try put it in a freezer for 15-20 minutes and then try to flash a stock ROM: if you manage that, your CPU is faulty, if not ...another hardware related thing is faulty.

Could a radio change solve this problem maybe? :/

If i want to flash a stock ROM form sd, the phone give's a little grey flash next it turn back to bootloader. Didn't react on USB, only say serial, you don't hear a signal from windows when you put in phone.
Only thing it says in the bootloader:
PB81100 HX-BC
SPL-3.03.0000 XE
MicroP(led) 0x05
MicroP(touch) 0x40
Phone is has overheating problem, Feels a way to hot for standby in bootloader.
What is it?
- Dead USB (motherboard?)
- Bricked?

Sounds like motherboard to me.

often points to either an incompatible .nbh file or (more commonly) an sd card that is too large. Use a 2gb card for preference, most 4gb will work too, 8 and higher rarely work.

Hmmm... I use a 16gb and never had any problems.
No idea about incompatible .nbh files tho'....
Something is doing too much work or isn't able to handle it's normal workload, I'd say!
So could be software or hardware, let's try and rule out the hardware first, maybe.

you're about the third person since 2009 to say they have a 16gb card that works for flashing .nbh files, , must be just one or two very particular chips.
(BTW, i do agree it sounds like hardware, I was just pointing out the usual reason for the brief grey flash.)

Before i rip the hole phone apart i must be sure that it isn't a software problem.
When i replace motherboard, its the same thing like: buy a new phone.
the phone can stay for ours in the bootloader, feels a little hot but don't shut itself down.
Is there a way that USB not show up in the bootloader because i have the wrong drivers? USB always shows up when you put in a USB cable?

4 Gigabyte already tried. Problem that worry me, I dont hear anny signal from pc when i put in my phone. Normally you hear a signal but nothing happens.
When it is a software error, you have to hear always the signal when you put in a cable.

i hadn't realised you weren't getting 'usb' in bootloader either, it looks more and more like hardware, then.

@OP Have you tried any of the the suggestions given?

Tried a few custom ROMS now. With all ROM's i got the grey flash and get stuck in bootloader as usual. .
Is there anything else i can try to flash via SD, so maybe after that the USB come,s back?

Hi, you can't flash roms from Sdcard because you must do hard SPL before that and the information of the bootloader should be like this:
PB81100 HX-BC
SPL-3.03.HSPL XE
0x05
CotullaHSPL 0x40
Edit: About the signal from pc I think may be the problem in the cable or PC itself (Windows).

I have tried 3 pc,s now but no one you hear a signal or see anything.

It's looking like a bricked device. charging LED burns never. Not with USB or without USB.

no, hspl does not mean 'usb flashing only', , it just means only NON stock roms from sd (since stock roms will remove hspl)
You don't currently have hspl installed, so only the correct network/region stock roms will flash, nothing else.

I have replaced motherboard now. Phone is working fine offcourse .
Dont know, maybe for later project this motherboard is usefull.
USB can never be deactivated by anny kind of brick?
So maybe is well a new one on the board.

I had this problem before but i fix it by doing Jtag on it i don't know how to do it but some store done that
After that i triple boot on hd2
Try jtag thats what i recommended
