i have IGO for android now but i don't know where to start to install it on android
i have installed "App Installer" and installed Igo and when i start igo is says pleas insert sdcard... blablabla same as windows
where to put the main igo map or contents...
or where is the sys file like on Windows 6.5 cuz i want to use the same maps of IGO windows...

I installed TomTom 4.4 on my MDA II with Windows Mobile 2005. The problem is that TomTom finds maps only if installed directly on the device; on storage card, TomTom says: "no map installed". Has anybody a solution for this problem?
You must put the map in the root of the storagecard.
For instance:
\Starage Card\Benelux

I just want to install TTN on my Wizard. I have all Versions on my PC.
5.0, 5.1 and 5.21 but there are serveral Problems, I was not able to get at least one of these Versions working.
5.0 -> The Installation of the gps and pim.cab went fine. But my Wizard always says that installation of ttn.cab failed.
5.1 -> Installation went completely fine. Installed PIM GPS and TTN (all to storage card) Voice Installation is also recognized by TTN but it states that it can't find my Map
5.2 -> The same Problem as 5.1
My Map is installed to \Storage Card\Deutschland-Map\
Also tried to put a CurrentMap.dat containing "& \Storage Card\Deutschland-Map\" to \My Documents\TomTom, but that doesn't help
Can someone help me?
Now installed TomTom Navigator 5.1 again (to Device Space) and got working the Benelux map at one, but still the device doesn't find the German Map. When i delete the Benelux Map TomTom again doesnt't show the German Map at all and instead says that it can't find any map...
By the way...has someone found a way to install TTN 5.2 to Storage Card? The Cabs don't ask where to install, they just load on the device space
I had the same problems, even my voices do not show up!

Im having problems trying to install garmin on my X1
I install the program (GarminMobileXTforSymbianS60_41020.exe) from my PC and then select the remote disk (X1) and it installs all the correct files in a folder garmin which is in the SD cards directory.
But when i go to select the garmin app in 'my programs' it is not there?
There is no icon available anywhere.
What am i doing wrong?
You need to install the one for windows mobile; not Symbian.

you need ppc version
Ive tried another version - (2008) Garmin Mobile XT v.5.00.20
Is that right?

i upgrade to WM6.1, downloaded from htc.com
witch install automatically tomtom nav.
i want 2 use IGO 8, because tomtom don't have maps
for this part of europe.
but IGO doesn't start.
once tomtom is installed, i can't unnistall it.
so i mede a master reset, and i reset once, before the device install
the today screen and tomtom.
making that, igo 8 works very fine.
but when i install the HTC HOME... ( today screen )
igo doesn't start enymore.
so if u have an issue at this problem, i'll
be very glad to hearit.

Search on google about system.ini to configure igo correctly.
No problems for me
You can delete system.ini and start iGO. Program build new system.ini self.
Hello I just got a navigation dvd cd player for the car, it runs win ce 6.0, I can access the win ce windows enviorment using Igo patch that I downloaded, it does not however let me run any of the gps it has on it but will let me use the windows navigation I see the start menu and everything, anyway to manually change the path through that, or does anyone have the NaviOne directory I can download to my sdcard as the sdcard that came with it had nothing on it at all, thank you so much

Things I've tried, I've tried pointing it to the new application, If I use the Igo deal I had it will load up with 3 buttons on it, the last button says windows when I click that windows ce 6.0 pops up, but the other two do not work at all, i get a error message instead when trying and says to force quit
This is a chinese knock off brand and I have no clue how to find out the manufacture as it has no information on it

I have been playing around with a Masten GPS bought 5 yrs ago and have NaviOne stored on my pc. There some basic restrictions for the program to work.
NaviOne folder needs to be the root directory
The resident GPS folder like America or Europe has to renamed as Street as well IGO.exe----->Street.exe
Next there needs to be an Offroad folder that contains an Offroad.exe app.
If you want to NaviOne run off the sdmmc there a problems with switching between flash drives The app will need to be hacked by hand because these links are hard wired inside the app
