i would like to flash from sd card to wwe-3.14 rom stock rom, but its broken.

Hey jimbou42
You can try this method, i tried it and it worked for me and i had the same problem , may work for you:
1. Turn on the phone holding down the volume down key till you arrive at the bootloader screen.
2. Plug cable into phone and plug into your computer.
3. Flash a stock rom via the RUU method and the computer should recognise the phone without any errors and install a stock rom....try a WWE rom.
4. If you manage to get past the install and all goes well, run HSPL and from the HSPL menu you can restore or "remove" hslp by clicking on the other option in the dropdown box.
Hope that works for you!!

i have the same problem

Hi, are you able to fix your HTC HD2? can you please give the step by step process to fix mine.. Thank You

i guess you have to flash a stock rom that it is compatible with your phone.. first flash the compatible rom and then try to flash the downgraded hspl..

plz help me :(

hello, maybe some1 from here can help me... i think my phone is bricked!
when i boot my phone, it only gives HTC logo and nothing else..
i did a soft and hard reset and now able to get into that bootloader thingy with volume down and on button.. but now i am stuck,
i tought just installing original software would help, but it doesnt install it!
In bootloader do you have hspl installed. To load magldr in order to run a NAND Android rom, you need 2.08.hspl and a 50 series radio, 2.08.50 or higher.
Why can't you flash a rom in bootloader, what errors do you get? Just connect phone in bootloader to your pc and when "usb" shows on screen flash the rom.
What did you do???

Can you provide more details:
what phone do you have (HD2 Europe, TMOUS, etc)?
What is currently running on it (or supposed to be, look at how I list my current phone in my signature for how to tell us what you are running)?
What got you in this predicament (flashing rom, radio, adding apps, themes, etc)?
What "original software" are you trying use that's not helping?
How are you trying to install that "original software"?
i tried original version:
RUU_Leo_HTC_NLD_1.66.404.1_Radio_Signed_15.30.50.07U_2.06.51.07_Ship
and
dezeRUU_Leo_S_HTC_NLD_3.14.404.2_Radio_15.42.50.11U_2.15.50.14_LEO_S_Ship.exe
if i try to instal, it just doesnt do anything, stuck in 0%
my serial nr: ht033nw01277
further information:
pb81100 HX-BC
SPL-2.08.0000 8G XE

You have 2.08.0000 - you HAVE to have 2.08.hspl to install magldr.
Are you sure those roms are the original roms for your device? You need to download the orignal rom from HTC for your area using your S/N
i tried to install android, so i downgraded to RUU_Leo_HTC_NLD_1.66.404.1_Radio_Signed_15.30.50.07U_2.06.51.07_Ship
next installed
HSPL2_RUN
next to this it didnt do anything,
now i reinstalled HSPL2_run and that worked it said hacked

Yes, but when you run hspl2 you can select either 2.08.0000 or 2.08.hspl in the drop down. You have to select 2.08.hspl NOT 2.08.0000. Also your radio is now 2.06.51.07, you have to flash to a 50 series radio (not 51 as you have) and it has to be 2.08.50 or higher as I have already said.
oke now i have hspl version, and succesfully installed MGLDR111, trying to instal android, it sais this:
Error happen
Read below for more information
Error Description: USB init failed
Info: .\RSPL\RSPL.cpp (723)
Error Description: wait marker fails
Info: .\RSPL\BootLoader.cpp (225)

that was the first thing you needed to get done, hardspl is very important, now that you got the hacked it message HSPL is in, go into bootloader and check that it says HSPL, upgrade your radio to a 2.15.50.14, do a task 29, install MGLDR and then flash whatever nand rom you want.
From Noob Guide to installing NAND roms FAQ:
Not able to make a usb connection to the phone when in Magldr
Error Description: USB init failed
Info: .\RSPL\RSPL.cpp (723)
Go to the Activesync icon in the bottom right corner, right click on it and untick the option "Allow usb connections" and then connect the device again. Run daf.exe (or install.exe) as administrator by right clicking on it and selecting the option (if using Windows7 or Vista). Hopefully the usb drivers will then install and the Android Rom will flash.
Another option could be to uninstall and reinstall Activesync or to try different usb ports on your pc. If that doesnt work and you have Windows XP then you need to try on a machine with Vista or Windows 7.
If none of this works then try taking out your micro SD Card and repeating the process or flash a Custom Rom before you flash Magldr rather than a Stock Rom.
Lastly you could try starting the NAND installer with the phone unplugged and then plugged the phone in. The installer should immediately detect your device and proceed to flash.

My htc hd2 is dead?

Hello, first sorry for weak English.
I have a HTC HD2 and installed Windows Phone 7.
Was working perfectly, but didn't like him and decided go back to WM 6.5.
I put a ROM with the name "leoimg.nbh" on my SD card and started my phone.
Gave an error in the installation and now my screen looks like this (screen in 4 colors)
PB81100 HX-BC
SPL-3.03.0000 XE
Microp (LED) 0x05
Microp (TOUTCH) 0x40
Upgrade ROM code error
Please try again
I connect the USB cable, and I try to install from Windows, but the installation stops at 1% and appears a "ERROR [294] sell Invalid ID"
My cell phone is European, and behind Vodafone says.
Do not know if it's useful, but the S/N is HT04SNW024 ...
Could someone help me??
What can I do?
try to put it in bootloader mode, then connect to your pc and flash back WM.
Note: http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=980
chk out the above link for more instructions for HD2 WM.
good luck.
I also tried but always the error.
Tried by Task29, but for the installation stop in 4% showing ERROR [294] sell Invalid ID
in order to work this thing out, can you pm me with these details?:
windows 7 rom you flashed
windows 6.5 rom you decided to use after windows 7
your hspl version
some screen of the error (if you can do it, use a camera or whatever you can)
Sounds like you need to reload the original leo image for your euro hd2. The original rom must be loaded from your SD card. This will revert you back to the original bootloader. You will have to reload hspl after you have the original rom back on the device. Sounds like you loaded the wrong carrier rom.

[Q] Install hspl on on spl3.03 problem (pb81***)

HI guys
Last week I received one hd2 tmobile-us from my friend. He got stuck when he was trying to install android.
Currently he's stuck at the t-mobile screen, so I tried to do the power+volume down key and here's the result:
Security Unlocked
--------------------------
PB81*** SS-B3
SPL-3.03.0000 XE
MicroP(LED) 0x50
MicroP(TOUCH) 0x50
I'm aware that this is the new fone with spl3.03 on it. So here what I tried:
I tried to use hspl4 and install spl2.08 instead of 3.03 on it, and hspl gives me a error (code 0000000D)
I tried to download a old stock rom (LEO_RUU_1_5_TMOUS_2.10.531.0_Radio_2.08.50) and copy to the SD-CARd (8g), but it stuck at the white screen with the "loading...." text
I tried to install the rom by the bootscreen, does not work.
I tried to install MAGLD on spl3.03 anyway, and as expected, it did not work.
I myself do have another hd2 that's running android NAND on it, and I already spent 3 days searching the forum but I can find any answer on my problem. I'm running out of option and dont know what to do next.
Please help
What error does HSPL4 give you exactly?

[Q] upgrade rom code error please try again

RUUNBH
PB81100 SS-BC
SPL-3.03.0000 XE
MicroP(LED) 0X05

htc hd2 white screen error 270 image corrupted

Hello guys I have a problem with htc hd2 who had installed a rom ics4.0.4 of nand.
Practically not use it while you are stuck on the lock screen, then I disconnected the battery, I did it again and is no longer stopped at the white screen WITHOUT htc logo ...
If I enter the bootloader I have the following references
PB81100 HX-BC
SPL-8G 2.08.HSPL XE
CotullaHSPL 0x05
0x30
I tried to do everything from task29 to flash rom is from pc to sd renaming the file but nothing went past 0% .... usually I get the error 270 that says image file corrupted ....
The phone changes the word from serial to USB when connected to PC in bootloader mode cmq but I could not unblock this situation in any way, either by removing the stock rom and renaming the file to install it ...
Can you give me some advice?

i had almost same problem yesterday (while installing stock rom from sd) and the phone could niether boot, nor install stock rom.
i reflashed in order:
hspl2.08 (from hspl4.exe on pc)
radio 2.15.50
stock rom
everything i flashed was using the pc
i think it's a spl problem but i'm not sure so try reinstalling it at your own risk
Ok thank You i try today to do it
Inviato dal mio MB860 con Tapatalk 2
I tried, I installed HSPL2.08 apparently with success, after I booted the installation of the radio but it is successful, or stays at 0% to 4% or crashes
I have the same problem, I tried everything but to no avail, you did something?
did anyone solved this problem?
Any progress on this? It's driving me nuts...
