[Q] problems with ppp builds - HD2 Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting and Genera

i've had major connectivity problems with all the ppp builds and have tried the recommended fixes (saved, deleted, restored apns. manually entered apns) to no avail. on all the ppp builds 3g is extremely inconsistant and occasionaly i get no data connection at all. until recently i've been happy to just run the rmnet versions as my download speeds were fast enough (2.5 mbps +) and even though upload speed sucked (50 kbps) more wasn't really needed. but, all of the newer builds are ppp only so i need to figure out how to make this work now before i'm left behind.
i'm running a newish energy wm rom (august) and have just changed to the new 2.14 radio. my current andoid build is mattc's 1.7 rmnet. i tried 1.8 but no joy. i've also tried his evoleo build and Mdeejay eVo Sense v. 1.0. all have the same issues as desribed above.
my carrier is tre.se in sweden. i mention that because i was wondering if their network configuration, proxy setup or something of that nature could possibly be the problem. sorry if thats way off base, but i'm kinda at a roadblock here. i've seen a lot of guys from sweden posting here and was wondering if anyone uses tre.se and if they've gotten ppp builds to work.
thanks in advance for any help

i have similar problems on t mobile network, and i know from following rom threads that lots of people ahve the same issues.
I dont think its anything speficually down to a particular network. its just PPP within android doesnt play nice all the time.
I used a 3g modem for my PC, it for a while had the same issues that we are having connection, getting assigned bogus dns addresses.
Im using shubcrafts 1.5 PPP build and so far its played nice mostly with PPP connection, i still sometimes have to reset the connection when on the move. But for the most part it works.
It does have some annoying quicks like random touch screen freezes which i didnt have in earlier builds, but then again, ive started fresh so many times its hard to know which bugs are cuased by which configuratioin.
shubcraft has rmnet versions of his buiilds. also he has previous versions

@ veda_sticks
thanks for the info. you've encouraged me to keep at it and apparently standard definitions of insanity DO NOT apply to ppp android builds. doing the same thing over and over and expecting differing results was my ticket to success.
i had left mattc's 1.8ppp on my sd card and have been constantly tinkering. deleting and reconfiguring the apns, turning data on and off, soft resets, airplane mode.... over and over and over again. somehow it is working now. i tried all these things before with no luck. maybe it was a certain order of operation or.... maybe i just willed it into working. who the frick knows, but downloads are now in the 3.5 mbps range and uploads are at around 1.6 mbps
i don't know why it works now but it does.
UPDATE
the data connection is getting dropped sometimes but turning data off then back on fixes it. anybody else have this issue or know of a possible fix?

continuing PPP problems
I'm encountering the same issues on multiple PPP builds. The 3G data seems to work at first then after sometime it freezes. You can tell because the UP arrow below 3G/H is stuck on. Reseting the data connection fixes the issue, but it's very annoying. I've tried numerous kernels, and rom builds, but all seem to have the same problem.
Does anyone have a working PPP build and if so what kernel and rom build are you using. Also, what provider are you with...

I'm with Zain Ghana(soon to be Airtel). I'm on hyperdroid 1.6 currently. Data works fine. But with all ppp builds I tried data is a no show. Tried about 4 so far. None gave me data connection. after entering the apn the symbols show data activity but browser says no data connection available and I can't login to gmail, exchange or anything data related. I've changed radios to no avail.Would suck to get left behind the ppp wagon. Please help!

I have the exact same problem with all the newer builds. Which sucks because I like to have the latest build. I've decided to stick with the Nexus One FRG33 Froyo build. Some freezes, upload speeds suck (which is the biggest problem in the Android builds imho) and some touchscreen freezes. But all in all the best and fastest Android build i've tried. Also I'm on 3g a whole lot where as with the newer builds I'd hardly even have a connection.

I think there is a problem with the evo kernels. ppp is very good and fast but you get data disconnections, eg when you receive a phone call or message the data goes off and then you either need to re boot. or turn airplane mode on off to get a re connect (it shows as re connected but no arrows or just the up arrow) It happens on 3g/H you should be getting simultaneous calls and data with 3G it should not disconnect. On the other hand 2g seems to works ok it disconnects during a call and re connects after most of the time. Ive tried different RIL settings in build prop but no effect. Ive checked in WINMO same location and its ok so its not operator problem and tried various builds.

+1 My data connection seems to go broke when I try accessing the mobile data network, and it needs to switch between H/3G->2G network mode.

Yup, it.s the new evo kernel used in most new builds, i didn.t have any problem with PPP with the first releases but now it.s all like you described it.

Hi,
Same thing for me, I can't have a data connection in France with PPP builds.
I currently use Mdeejay Revolution build, here is what I get using adb :

This uses RMNET

Same problems here with vodafone netherlands, with all recent ppp builds,as the topic starter in post 1.....works,but not stable,on off on off etc etc.

I have the same problem here with Etisalat Egypt , tried all of the obove with no luck .. will try the coredroid now
Guys I want to share an observation , while the H up arrow is there and the device seems like it is hanging . if you open a browser and try to enter Any IP of a known URL it will work .. example 173.244.195.107 instead of xda-developers.com.
so it seems like a DNS issue, am I right ?
AlRiGhT. I installed he core droid and still no luck .. so i thought i should give it another try since it automatically added the APN for My network.. so i got another SIM for another Company(VodaFone) and the problem was solved ..
Will Switch back to Etisalat and try some more
confirmed .. Etisalat have some sort of a F$$$$D up DNS servers

Are you using an SD or NAND builds? I had problems with PPP for a very long time. Since I switched to NAND builds most of these problems went away. NAND builds using the guener kernel seem very stable. You can also easily switch between PPP and RMNET and see which one you like better.

PPP, RMNET and RADIO

I just wanted to let you guys know that if you have a lot of crashes and/or problems with PPP data, you might try to change your Radio to one of the latest versions.
I'm curently using the energyrom(posted on this forum) and I always used the 2.07.50
Radio rom. With this Radio, I had a lot of problems with the Mattc build and the froyostone build concerning PPP data. I sometimes didn't saw the arrows, the phone froze, bad reception etc...etc...
After playing with the latest Radio, all my problems are gone. The 3G/HSDPA works as it should be. So for the folks who are still using RMNET like I used too, it might be worth changing your Radio to see if it fixes anything.
Hopefully it works for some people, but it doesn't for me.
I've always used 2.12 radio but PPP just does not work at all.
I'm still trying to work out exactly what prevents some people from using PPP.
I also had to use APN backup to configure my APN settings properly. Before that, it would'nt work for me either.
Try 2.10.50_26. Ppp works for me

2.10 here too.
PPP works fine.

yeah changing the radio fixed alot of my bigs
+1 for radio 2.10. I tried 2.12 and got freezes with PPP. Going to the radio below and PPP acts just like RMNet. I get the occasional 10-15 second freeze when recovering in WiFi, but I never get that in 3G/H mode.
PPP never work for me, tried all available radios for TMOUS, I don't get service at all.
+1 for 2.10.50.26 never had a problem with PPP, and I've used them all.
I use my ROMs clubbed with 2.10.50.26 as Radio and mattc/shub/hyper all work great PPP/RMNET/Wifi/Bluetooth
I guess it depends on what core files are being used on WM side...i use 2.14 base which came with the same radio as mentioned above and has best compatibility with the core files.
Yesterday, I got 1% hr standby with Push On and Bluetooth headset connected and few SMS....thats very much comparable to WM itself...however, sometimes it suddenly drains and I suspect some bg prog for that ...
Just adding a different approach to the story... Could the carrier have something to do with this??
I don't think the Radio version has anything to do with the hard freezes.. As I've tried every radio version and winmo compatible roms for android builds and still, I would get a hard freeze each and everytime.. It would work for a period of time, but once it disconnects and try to reconnect, it freezes.. Sometimes it would just freeze as soon as you boot Android.. And that only happens when I input the right APN settings for my internet plan.. Or when it starts accepting data's.. So I think it's got something to do with the Carrier, APN and Proxy settings.. Either you have to have the right internet settings for the Android phones/plan, or it would freeze your phone.. Anyway, that's just what I think.. RMNET on the other hand is rock solid! It doesn't matter whether you put a Proxy or not, it would connect just fine without freezing.. Just my observation..
For me only rmnet work, ppp never worked. I am in Switzerland by Sunrise. Is there someone being by Sunrise Switzerland and having ppp working?
I am running hd2 mattc 1.6b.
for those with working PPP, sorry to say, it's only a matter of time for yours to crash...your lucky. There is still an issue with PPP in the latest kernel's. They are working on a fix. Hopefully you will still be lucky and your PPP build is still working when they update the kernel with a fix. For others with the hard freeze's. Your not alone, it's not your fault or radio, it's an error in the kernel. I don't take credit for this info, read the IRC channel and see for yourself. Straight from Letema & gauner1986- the devs who made PPP work in the first place on our HD2's.

Thank you for the info. I was getting crazy.. I had the Matt 1.7 ppp working for 2 days no problem at all. But after 2 days I'm having intermittent hard freeze when I start the apn. ..
I was going to try with a 2.10. Radio.. but after your post I will kelp 2.12 radio and move to rmnet
Thanks for sharing
I'm on 3 in Australia
In my case both PPP and RMNET are working for normal Internet, but I cannot access Plane 3 on PPP, but I can access with RMNET. Anyone has the same issue on 3 in other countries? or perhaps any solution on how to enable Planet 3 on PPP?

Complete lockup on Data Reconnect.

The issue occurs about 9 times out of 10. My wifi functions properly. Whenever I edit my wireless settings or turn the wifi off, therefore telling the phone to connect back to edge, the phone will lock up completely.
Unlocked HD2 on AT&T, running ChuckyDroid and Bangsters 1.3b
Steps I've taken to replicate the issue:
Turn on wifi or airplane mode (causing Edge to disconnect)
Turn wifi or airplane mode off (causing Edge to attempt a reconnect)
OR
Edit APN/check the 2g only box, causing a disconnect/reconnect of edge
Result:
Complete lockup, no functioning buttons or screen (cant even turn the phone's screen off). The only way to rectify this is by removing the battery.

I had freezing issues with Bangsters PPP build too, and I just switched to mccm SE 1.0 build (stable)
You can try first disabling all data connections on WinMo prior to booting Android like some people have suggested and see if this helps you.

A few people have reported this to be working people well for PPP builds. If not try mccm, but remember to change the APN settings to get MMS working.
You need to use a RMNET build (or switch to rmnet support) until PPP hard freeze issues are fixed.

Man that really blows. I very much like this build so far, the freezing on data reconnect is very strange. I also experience the drop of data connection from time to time, and the only way to get it to come back on is to reboot (so far as I can tell at this point)
There is something of note I forgot...
At first when I tried shubcraft the cell data was stable most of the.time and didn't cause lockups on reconnects. It was a few days later it suddenly turned and would lockup after only 1 or 2 minutes uptime.
Usually the ppp builds I used where just unstable in general with 2 or 3 lockups a day.
Shubcraft basically had an aneurism.

+1 had the exact same thing happen to me...forced me to switch to the rmnet version
im using shubcraft, it locked up switching from wifi to data, even going from airplane mode back to data. going in and out of apn settings would lock up also. after ive change kernel it seems to disappear. what radio are you guys using. i had unstable data connection on 2.12.50 now im using 2.10.50.26 data is stable for a week now.
give this kernel a shot, might help might not. its from huanyu
Code:

I had the exact same problem with darkstone froyo sense!! it is due to unstable PPP drivers. But I liked PPP because of the speed and didn't want to give up on it.
And this build solved my problem. Its built from darkstone froyo sense so its very similar but has some added features and stable PPP.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=773790
I use the SE 1.0 version. it is rmnet but you can switch it to PPP by changing the startup.txt file. You just need to add a command to the cmdline to start it into PPP.
Some other things you can try are.
Put the phone in Airplane mode in WinMO before booting Android.
use RMNET version. slow but stable.

[Q] network connection problem with all builds

I've tried a lot of builds from this forum (thanks to everyone who worked on them) but i noticed the following issue which i really can't understand why its happening.
the network connection does not work in all locations. i'd assume its a problem of the operator but.. if i reboot to windows mobile it works fine. i always experience the problem in the same locations (usually out of town) while when in town it works fine.
why does this happen? why is windows mobile different?
p.s i'm using the 2.12 radio.
try to set "aiplane mode" on and off... your network connection must be work.....
It's some problem for me..
same here. i've tried a plethora of builds and a couple of radios, but some builds have connections that work well and others work intermittently at best.
i have only been running an full nrg rom, but then everyone always yells that windows isn't running underneath anyways
+1 tried 2 builds and about 5 different radios... Phone with no data connection is a bit poor
Have you guys tried all the possible on/offs in windows before you boot through?
Cheers
make sure data roaming is on, and GSM/WCDMA switch is auto.
then turn on airplane mode, and switch back.
unfortunately i tried all of that. mainly i even tried rebooting the phone in windows, checking that network works, then rebooting again and starting android (just to make sure it wasnt affected by wm) and trying to get a network connection but still.
its puzzling cause this doesnt seem like an instability its more of an inability to get a connection when the signal is low or in areas that possibly run a slightly different kind of mobile network broadcast? (i'm not really familiar with how the network works..)
found the solution on this end. I am in France, so needed to modify the last couple of lines in /system/build.prop to point not to google (I assume), but to the local operator DNS.
Great stuff guys, I'm amazed!!
that could be it. how do i change build.prop from within android?
I am very curious to which lines you changed, and where you exactally changed them to. Please share, this been buggin me for weeks.
mine problem is my 3G network connection is very slow..... someone know how to solve this problem? i'm using radio v2.14 before & now v2.15 seems like same problem...
I changed the build.prop using builddroid: Install, connect phone in android in usb debugging mode, change the build.prop and transfer the changes onto the phone and reboot.
Here the last few lines of the build.prop I'm using. The dns's are provider specific...
Code:
name=Android
dalvik.vm.stack-trace-file=/data/anr/traces.txt
net.ppp0.dns1=62.201.129.99
net.ppp0.dns2=62.201.159.99net.dns1=62.201.129.99net.dns2=62.201.129.99net.dns3=62.201.159.99
Hope this works for you too
Thanks for the share , im in school right now, so im gonna try as soon as i have a window of time ty in advanced
Hey,
Could you tell me where you find that dns ip?
The only ip I could found was this:
192.168.251.150
But I highly doubt that its correct, because its so diffrent from yours, also my 3G didn't work with this one.
If you could help, would be great.

DEV: PPP Issues. Improvement + Summary

This possibly needs to be in the dev section but I will start here.
First off this is not a complaint. What I initially want to do is get an understanding (Technical) of the issues around the PPP dropouts and locks ups.
From where I sit this is the only outstanding issue around the current android builds. Simply the phone rocks on SD card and is ultra stable and fun.
I have noticed various wiki'sstate that internet access is complete however obviously not.
There are a number of issues such as
1: Network dropout. Data connectivity will stop responding. Restart of the radio or mobile data needed
2: Network freeze. Android restart as the radio will not turnoff.
3: console level networking not avail. Eg ping etc simply does not work. DNS does not resolve and ping cannot find a route. Std Android this works fine.
4: Related issues. GPS-A data not downloadable. Only via application layer tool.
Is PPP the default connection type on factory android builds?
What is the difference between the HD2 in dev and a std android with the implementation of the data connection.
How can I help. I have over 20 years in IT and have a thorough understanding of TCP IP layers and routing. I have reasonable understanding of Linux and the kernel IP stack but zero understanding of the android kernel or application layer.
I also have dollars to contribute.
Update:
Currently I am trying all four with isome improvements
1: Updated the Ril WRapper with no luck.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=794309
2: Change the phones default connection to GSM PL.
Change the setting found in the menu phone info when you "call" *#*#4636#*#*. There is a option to choose your preferred network. Set to GSM auto (PRL)
3: Update DNS settings.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=812930
4: Ensure the correct APN's are being used.
This is no internet versus unstable Internet.
Note. Currently trying all four and things are improving. Had my first dropout after 36 hours versus 2 per day. It happened whilst using the GPS and making a call which always tend to be a stresser anyway. Will try to keep this thread updated.
This thread also has a number of updates http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=813148
I am running a stock WinMo Rom (Latest European release 3.14 I believe). 2.15 radio on a Telstra Network in Australia. My phone is a T8585. Also running [19.10.10]|<<Mdeejay FroYo Sense Series>>|2.25.771.1| cos I like the transparent titlebars
Now I have been running all 4 of the above for around a week now and have to say there is a def improvement. Where it was common to get multiple disconnects per day I have only had 3 in the last week. Mainly when I use the GPS.
I am still searching and have yet to find a 100% fix the stability is now at a point of reasonable reliable. Also noted that the Devs are still hard at work on this.
Update 31-10-2010
A good test is to open google maps while driving. Its about the only time I get a drop out now.
The GPS kicking in always stresses the radio and that combined with the handover of cell sites is a great deal breaker.
This also seems to be consist with my suspicions around the poor handling of corrupt connections.
Eg the system on fresh boot only has a table for handling 50 connections line. This ensures it can handle multiple simultaneous connections as well as background coms.
Now when a connection is damaged or locked normally it should timeout and/or then be deleted from the table. My suspicions is that this is not happening and all the avail connection handling are slowly filling up until there are now free. Frozen this is why it seems to be very unlikely for a freeze to occur straight after a restart but more likely after a day. Also dependent on stress environments. Homes with lots of RF noise, Long way from cell towers, driving, lots of gps use, Wifi cut over.

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=794309
Thanks for the response.
I was not looking for work around but more technical information to try and identify where the issue lies. curious to see if ppp is the default and if the ppp implementation should work or is it still a hack/work around.
The steps I have tried are
1: Updated the Ril WRapper with no luck. No improvement
2: Change the phones default connection to GSM PL. No improvement
3: Update DNS settings. Still testing however does not resolve console level network issues and unlikely related to ppp freeze. No logic?
4: Ensure the correct APN's are being used. No improvement
Note. Currently trying all three
This is also separate to a lot of people issues around APN's. From the application layer internet works fine except for the freeze.
I believe rmnet is android's default connection and ppp is winmo's. I think dft reengineered ppp for Android. Remember seeing it some where when ppp first started to appear. Of course this is how I remember it and my life is hectic so it might be the opposite.
Sent from my Mytouch HD2
So I understand that one of the issues with RMNET was dropped packets. Was this due to it not being correctly engineered/implemented or just a nature of the beast?
Also with the issues everyone is having why are we not continuing to investigate RMNET as at least this was initially more stable and more of a native option.

So I understand that one of the issues with RMNET was dropped packets. Was this due to it not being correctly engineered/implemented or just a nature of the beast?

That is because it isn't implemented correctly. The radio receiver in our phones was made for PPP, not for RMNET. Latter is standard in native android devices. And there it works very fast and stable. So the devs had to implement PPP in android, which isn't proper working. But they're working on it to improve the stability, I'm pretty sure 'bout that. At least it does work and I had never problems with loosing my connection and bad speeds.
Edit: Those are the known steps to get it at least halfways stable working.
Cheers
Okay.
Did some more playing.
Both RMNET and PPP allow pinging from the console. Just had to enable SU first.
Thanks everyone for your info. Will try my best to be patient.

But did you also have a delay till it worked? It took me about 20 seconds before any reply came up. And does your ping test work if you try it in the hidden menu when you "call" *#*#4636#*#*?
Aye.
There was a delay and the hidden menu ping does not work either.
Still needs work.

Right.
Have you seen this thread? It might be a possible solution.
Some people have reported that it works. But I had no time to test it. Had to move servers
That is fix number 3. Update DNS. Testing now. Only been 24 hours however no drops.
Seems strange thou. Hard to imagine it is a DNS issue.
On a side note. Does anyone know what changes to the Rom are needed when installing an RMNET kernel?
Eg If I took the latest MDeejay rom and changed the kernel?
Update
Update on first post.
Def improvements to be found. DNS seems to be the biggest improvement for me but also running all 4 at once.

No one who knows cares enough to answer.
As far as I can tell, no 'modern' build uses an rmnet kernel anymore, because apparently the chefs either don't care about data reception, or don't think that there is a problem because they don't leave a build on long enough for it to start developing problems.

any build that says it uses michyprima r11 is still rmnet based. I don't think the nexus one-based kernels worked with ppp at all.
on another note, I was getting loads of Network Freezes (where flicking airplane mode wouldn't reset the data connection) since last week despite not fundamentally changing anything in my Android setup (see sig). However been doing some research around xda yesterday and may have found something else that's improved my ppp connection stability (so far) and resolved my constant network freeze issue... will update when I've tested this for a few more days.
Some improvment?
APNs are correct, Did the RIL_WRAPPER with no significant improvment. This morning I changed to GSM PRL and noticed an improvment.
Before the GSM PRL, I had many PPP drops, especially when streaming large amounts of data. After the GSM PRL update, I did try streaming youtube, Last.FM, slingpalyer together and NetTest, concurrently, everything is working with no PPP drop.
This is not enough to reach a conclusion, but nevertheless, I never could have done it before
Have a look here.
Stock rom 1.48 WWE, radio 2.15.50 and Froyostone 3.2
Thanks for the support!
BTW: How can I obtain the DNS information for my mobile carrier?
Just report.
I didn't believe change dns will work.
But after I change dns, the data suddenly work ( no need to restart!).
So I think it have something relate to dns.
Same thing. Updating the DNS in the build.pro file seems to have the greatest benefit.
I have a suspicion that the issues are caused with the network driver not flushing dead connections. Eg outgoing requests that to not get a reply. Ideally they should be flushed other wise the connection cache will fill until it can no longer take more connections. Symptom dead/frozen internet
All the symptoms seem to relate to this sort of issue
Things like ppp drop out more likely when on the move (More dropped packets). GPS and wifi but back. etc.
@Dusty_Nz,
Thanks for your help, this is a great thread and its certainly appreciated (the devs are busy enough as it is, xda member contributions are a great help).
As it was asked a few posts up, how do I obtain the DNS settings for my carrier? I am using TMobile US and I'd like to test your observations.
Thanks!

Data issues w/ CM6.1 RC2 + updated radio

Hey everyone. I've been having issues with my data connection and I'm trying to figure out what is causing it. I am using CM 6.1 RC2 and I have the updated radio from the vodafone rom.
For example, when I enter the market, about 50% of the time I get a network error after resuming from sleep and have to click retry once or twice before I can do anything. The data connection is just not reliable anymore (yet before this issue it always was).
I'm just wondering if there is an issue with RC2 of CM or if it is the radio update causing this. Can anyone comment?
I'm not sure this would be related, but after flashing 6.1.0 on my Dream I find it stuck in EDGE occasionally, usually when in the car or after, and in places where I get solid HSPA before 6.1.0. So far, I have to reboot to get HSPA (or 3G) back. There are some notes on updated radio and a kernel to address some radio problems, is anyone else seeing this?
Hi,
I have similar problem. My legend is not with the latest radio or kernel.
The specs are:
CyanogenMod Legend 6.1
Radio: 7.05.35.26
Kernel: 2.6.29.6
The problem that I see is: During the night when the phone is not used it looses the data connection. When I turn it on in the morning there are no mobile network indicators. I have to reset the network ( by airplane mode or reboot) ot get back my data connection.
During the day there are no problems.
I suspect that this happens because of the weak 3G signal in my area. However I use auto setting. ( 2G and 3G)
When I was with stock ROM I haven't such issues with dead data connection during long sleep.
EDIT: I have just upgraded the radio to 7.08.35.21. I will check how it works tonight.
BR
I'm having similar trouble with CM 6.1 released just a few days ago...
I've posted this to Cyanogen Stable Forum for Legend:
h t t p ://forum.cyanogenmod.com/topic/11966-cyanogen-61-htc-legend-problems-with-3g-connection/
I think I've similar problem as you...
I have updated the radio to 7.08.35.21.
This morning when I woke up I saw no data connection again The signal strength indicator was full with bars!
Anyone has any clue?
I've been having some data issues too, I've had to go to and from Flight Mode in order to get any form of connection (data OR telephone) back, and I occasionally get stuck on GPRS. Toggling "use only 2G networks", waiting for the data to come back and then toggling it off again gets EDGE or H back, but it's pretty flaky compared to RC1 and the older radio.
I think i have the same or similar problem.
It looks like I have a data connection (3g is showing and signal strength is almost full). But when i try to connect to facebook, browser or somthing else what needs a connection it cant connect.
I have a taskkiller running when i kill all the task 90% of the time i will get a connection.
I have the same programs on my phone when i used 2.1 and with 2.1 I never had this problem.
Strangely enough it seems like mine is working much better lately. Maybe there was something up with Bell. I haven't gotten the connection error in days.
After update to radio 7.13.35.05 I haven't had this sissue again.
I will continue to watch he behavior.
