Haven't received mine either. They said 6 to 8 weeks, do I guess technically it's not late yet. Still another week or two before the 8 week mark if you bought it when it came out

Anyone had luck yet? I just went to the store today, the manager gave me a tmobile rebate center #, they told me it had nothing to do with them, obviously cause its a radioshack offer. And radioshack says they have no clue.

i juts called the tmo rep. it appears that radioshack didnt take care of their end of the deal by sending in the rebate information. everyone needs to go to rs and tell those b!tch3s that they f'd up. =) just tell them that whatever info needs to be sent to tmobile regarding the rebate needs to either be sent again/or actually be sent. good day
yea........ in the end they seemed to both agree it was samsungs fault... if you guys have your receipts then you can call (can i put phone numbers here?) its supposed to either confirm you're in the system or to get you into the system... will edit after i find out if i can put phone numbers or not

I talked to the manager of my rs several weeks ago and he said he was going to contact his district manager because I wasn't the only one who contacted him about the issue. He took my info and said he would call when he got info. I expected a couple days for him to get back, but after a week or two and thinking he was giving me the runaround he actually called me and said he spoke with his t mobile rep and asked if I'd be ok with a $50 t-mobile credit to my account. I agreed and he said he'd call me again after he worked it out with the rep. That was a week or so ago and haven't heard anything or noticed a credit added to my account...

Has the multimedia dock been released yet?

I ordered it Monday from At&t and it has not shipped out yet it is still "in progress" when i check the order status. At&t told me it should be here in a few days but i know half the time they don't know what there talking about...
Anyone bought one yet? How long did it take to get it? Also Is it worth the 60 bucks?

I cancelled my order with AT&T and ordered it straight from Motorola. They were cheaper, had them in stock and I should have it by the middle of this week.

Make sure you have the batteries in properly
If it's out, it seems on back-order everywhere. I checked Amazon and they wanted less than both Motorola direct and AT&T, but I ended up going into an AT&T store and asked if they could match and they did, free shipping too. It's not due to ship until March 8th, but Amazon said the same thing. Just need to be patient.

I would buy another one and refuse delivery when it does ship. If they still charge you, dispute it with your card. Tell them this is what you're going to do when they say they won't cancel it. If it hasn't shipped, they can still cancel, no matter what they say.
I had a phone on order, when I found it cheaper at Best Buy. I bought the Best Buy. When I called AT&T to cancel my order (18 hours after placing the order), they told me it was in the "shipping process." I asked how to stop;return it. The CS rep said either wait until I received it and then return it for credit, or refuse to accept it when delivered. When it got back to the shipping origin it would be automatically credited to me. He recommended the latter, just refuse to accept from Fedex. I did that, and 3 weeks later a credit showed up on my card. It worked!
Its been like 2 months now and i still haven't got it. Yesterday i got an update email from att and was literally screaming and jumping up and down in my computer chair thinking finally its about time it ships out! well then i read the email and the order has been canceled! Couldnt they of told me that a month ago?

4g upgrade FYI

I called and complained to Verizon about the LTE upgrade and the woman was very nice and sent me a box. I just dropped my xoom off at FedEx to head in for upgrade. Maybe if you call they will do the same or I just got lucky. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up!

4g is no good for me Verizon doesn't even have it here in the part of georgia i live in..yet they have it in Atlanta..sucks...oh well.Then when i asked them when it would be available in my area they said have no idea...argh
The retention rep pretended to be out of the office when I called.
Got it back yesterday, all is good, was wiped clean, not any real changes I can see. I'm in the Tampa market and I can say Verizon 4g kicks sprints 4gs ass hard. If I could get my unlimited sprint plans on Verizon I would change today.

If this were the Moto support forums, I'd want to see pics too because it gets pretty deep over there. This site does not truck with BS artists and those things have a way of working themselves out here. I trust the OP more than the whole batch of Motoxprts combined. (They aren't all pieces of crap but they had a bit of a credibility problem for a while there. I can understand the caution, but I'm content with the OP's statement.)

Im calling BS till Pictures are shown of the upgraded device. I spoke with both Motorola and Verizon yesterday for approximately an hour each, Supervisors in customer retention et cetra, they sure were not offering to send a box to my door to ship it to moto for a upgrade (I know, I asked) spoke to "Caroline" Verizon customer service ID 2047489 and her supervisor. Try giving them a call their as clueless as the deceptive Motorola staff.
i already have a box for a different issue. You think if I send it in they will fix it and throw the lte upgrade in for the heck of it?
How about going into settings and getting a pic of u holding up ur 4g upgraded xoom. Where it shows the build and version. The reason it's hard to believe is that so many of us have called and gotten no box to ship ours out. I have called and gone to every vzw store within 150 miles. None of them have had a xoom upgraded yet. As far as I'm concerned motor can send my 2 4g cards to my door! The damn bionic is crap! Why would I trust a cheap tech to put my cards in without screwing them up?

As soon as I figure out how to get a pic on here I will. I just called and said I was told I was getting a box to send it in. The person didn't have a clue what I was talking about and got a supervisor that did know, she apologized and sent me a box, it was that easy. She probably wasn't suppose to do it but all Verizon employees and Verizon contractors as well as fortune 500 customers have all received the upgrade. It does exist.

I work for Verizon Wireless Corp here in Lansing Michigan as a retail sales rep. I had sent my xoom tablet in a couple of weeks ago during an Employee Only offering to test the process of upgrades to the Motorola Xoom. The whole process took about 4 days including the ordering of the box they send you. Was kinda hesitant due to the fact that I really customized alot of settings ... apps that arent avail any more..etc., So I sent it in without backing anything up (took a "Big" risk of losing my stuff), once I got it back my xoom had plastic protection on the screen , documentation of what was installed and a new build number " HLK42B ". Once I turned my device back on with fingers crossed.... all of my apps, movies, settings everything was how i left It. Was very satisfied with the care they took and notifing me along the way by email once recieved, completed , and sent from repair location. The 4G in my area is beyong what I expected. For those on the fence well worth sending it in.

Oh well, we're still waiting. I've called, gone into Stores, came out with diddly. Sent a complaint to the State Attorney General of Oregon about it to see if that expedites anything.
And the Fortune 500 Customer thing doesn't make sense to me. I'm an IBM employee, have my IBM discount, last I checked we were at #18 on the Fortune 500 list. I get no preferential treatment....weird
I still have my March 4th email promising the 4G upgrade " Coming Soon ". I don't think anyone would agree that 7 months was soon.
I just got off the phone with Motorola Support (800-734-5870). They still told me end of this month. I very politely asked him to look at the nearest calendar and tell me what date it says...these guys are idiots and MOT is a joke.

So I'm jumping ship

So I got my first shift on launch day. I was so excited to get away from my Moment. I got it from best buy and got the Black tie protection. I thought I got black tie in conjunction with the sprint insurance. Less than a month later, I drop the phone in the sink and take it to BB. They send it off to their repair ctr and I'm stuck with the Moment for 3 weeks before I get a new Shift. 3 weeks is a long time to wait for a phone, so I cancel the best buy insurance (thinking I still had sprint's.)
Then less than a month later, my down volume rocker stops working and i take the phone to the sprint store. Turns out, best buy canceled the sprint insurance and so not only do they not repair/replace the phone, they take pictures of the broken solder points on the volume rocker, circle them, and show me exactly where the hardware defect is that they wont fix! So I call Assurion pissed about this and get my insurance reinstated.
A couple weeks later, I take my phone to another sprint repair center and they tell me that my phone has been added to a "Do not repair" list and that they cant do anything about it. Furious again about this situation, I call sprint and they give me some crap about how the insurance didnt start til after the phone was placed on the list, so they cant fix the phone.
So I gave up. I cancelled the insurance again and just used the phone on vibrate all the time. Well, last week, my screen shattered and I was just gonna buy a new screen and fix it and the broken solder on the motherboard at one time. they wont fix it anyway right? But then my fiance suggested that I call sprint and complain again.
Well I did, and this time told them that as soon as the Nexus Prime came out, I would be leaving sprint (to whom I have been a loyal customer since 2001) for verizon and now all of a sudden, they're apologizing for the way they treated me. The rep said that they cant fix the shift because it was on the Do-not-repair list, but he could give me a brand new Epic Touch for $30 and I was still eligible for my upgrade in January.
Moral of the story is, Buy a case for your phone.
Either way you look at it, its time for an upgrade... Go with what makes you happy pal,, best of luck to you

Omg that hella sucks balls. They gave me that phone at bestbuy for a loaner while they tried to fix my hero. Then the refurb hero came in and it was stuck to a bad esn so they gave me a new shift. That sammy inter sucked worse then my hero ever did. I dont see any way in hell bb or sprint could send you an inny for a shift! This phone rocks way more socks. If you "paid" $30 bones for that i would raise hell worse then a nercomancer! Hope all ends and pays off for you and you took names and employee numbers!

Call Sprint raise Hell, and the mention the "V" word. They hate hearing that. Seems like once you mention Verizon, it changes their attitude. Well at least that's my experience .

Damn....I'm sorry. Call sprint, tell them you want to cancel and they"ll send you to 'rententions' (or they used to anyway, coulda changed in the past few years) and raise hell. You can prob squeeze out some major concessions if you mention verizon a few times

Well now we know why it was only $30 . sorry though thats horrible. my mother has the intercept and if she didn't need a phone i'd chunk it out the windows, skip it like a rock in the pond, and see if it would work as a speed bump for cars.
It's possibly the worst phone sprint carries "not to discourage the fun times you'll have with it"
but I would call sprint and (like everyone else said) raise hell as much as you can. hopefully you did take notes and kept track of this. and like prboy said make sure you mention Verizon that'll get em to do something.
I feel for ya, me and that phone hate each other, and even the custom roms and kernels don't help that much.

Att stores have no clue

Seems like those fools haven't a clue I'm going to the store 7 * in the past week and they told me it was going to be there by the 21st. Then they told me he was going to be there on the 25th. The 26th. The 27th. The 28th. Customer service so they can overnight me 1. But in order to do so I would have to cancel my account again. Ughhh, help??

Of course they have no clue. AT&T encourages hiring drones who have no interest in phones nor any discernible sales skills, in exchange for working more hours for less pay, in a "union" that does nothing but dock your pay for dues. They're told to toe the company line and have no individual thought, lest they risk termination.
That being said, most employees don't CARE when the phone will be out, or if you're waiting for one. They're trained to sell TODAY, to hype whatever is in stock, so they get paid, and more importantly AT&T gets paid.
Yeah, I got a nice " we have other phones that work" and I said " not really, but honestly I just want to know if u have s3 in the back" they do, just waiting on Samsung to greenlight the launch! Fml right most everyone?

I got lucky today and walked into my local corporate store and asked if they had any. They said they had one that was a preorder returning I could see it. I asked them if I could buy it and they said no and the manager said to hold on a minute. She went into the back and made a phone call and came out and said if I wanted it I can buy it.
I'm stoked I got so lucky.

Im a VZW customer. I ahvent ventured into other carriers threads till I saw this.
I had a similiar experience today. I expected your phones out on the 21 and then maybe 28th. I figured theyd at least have a floor model I could hold in my hands to just play around with.
nothing there. the woman had never even heard of the phone and said i should buy an iphone. I laughed and said nothanks and left.
I didnt realize how bad yall have it. seems this is common from the comments here.
Compared to teh VZW store in teh same mall it was night and day. Im not trolling if it comes off that way. I was so envious of you all.
The T-Mobile store in my local mall had one on display! I was very eager to actually play with the phone and see how it felt and looked. The Pebble blue looks nicer than I thought it would but I will stick to the white one I preordered on Verizon. I never should have gone in there! Now the wait is just that much more annoying.

Ok so you've already got your return box and have sent your note 7 back? What service is your Note on? Let me know once you get a check, how much it's for, and if it's legit. I don't feel safe just sending my note 7 to a random place hoping to get a $850 check in return.

I have no receipt and i was told i think if i send it without one they will give me what Sprint is or was selling the phone for which was 849$ anyone else sending back without a receipt ? Thanks...
they received my phone yesterday, so im waiting to see if i get the full refund. i bought mine on craigslist for $220 and the original carrier was AT&T. i took it to best buy and an att store for an exchange but both places refused to do so since i didnt have no proof of purchase. called samsung and after a few days i received the box to send it in.

Ok keep us posted what they refund to you. I am yet to send mine in because I want to see what everyone is getting back first. Because I bought my sprint note on CL also and have no proof of purchase.
