In Humbrid specs isn't radiomodule. Which chipset realize GSM/WCDMA communications?
check the wiki, it is posted there

There isn't hardware specifications
This may be of interest:

The baseband processor is an Infineon YYN1N7438A8, and the radio side has several Triquint chips and an Infineon transceiver.
There seems to be a lot more RAM on there than I was expecting, if that's correct (2GB + 1GB?).
Thanks! It's directly i'm need
HM... I'm expecting 2 memmodules (1 for GPU, 1 for CPU), but 1 and 2 GB....

They list this as BT 2.1, which seems wrong, should be BT 3.0 Is this a mistake? Am I mistaken?

It should be Bluetooth 3.0, yes. Guess that must be a mistake?

No, it's perfectly correct. BT3.0 is BT2+WiFi+appropriate drivers.

There are listed 2 modules of SDRAM. 1GB and 2GB. We have 512MB. What's wrong?
Lots of things clearly..

Hi i've just come across the chipset while browsing the infinion website.
The galaxy S is using the XMM 6160 Platform.
http://www.infineon.com/cms/en/product/channel.html?channel=db3a304319c6f18c011a39327f69054d
and they also have a PDF that mentions it's use in the galaxy s here http://www.infineon.com/dgdl/2010-07-28+Q3+FY10+Investor+Presentation.pdf?folderId=db3a304326623792012678cdc8f707a1&fileId=db3a304329a0f6ee012a1488a88a32f1

the answer is obviously yes. sense 3 with 2.3.4 is gonna be stock on the mt4gslide so once thats leaked you best believe we will have it. granted the mt4g slide has dual core processor and 200 more ram, so it can handle a bit more, you best believe our phones can still handle it, it wont take much more to run 2.3.4 than 2.3.3 which the mt4g already handles with great speeds. so just give it a month or so before an official build leaks and we will have it.
Almost the only difference between 2.3.3 and 2.3.4 is the Google Framework.
You can just flash the latest one (which is integrated into most ROMs by now, all those supporting Gtalk video have to do it), and you'll get whatever you really need 2.3.4 for.

No, the MT4G has 768MB. Check every online spec site. Heck even check the box the thing came in...
There's a command line you can enter in Terminal that says something about ~626, but that does not report total system RAM. I'm sure someone else can explain that better, but the MT4G does indeed have 768MB of total RAM.

He probably just didn't realize that the phone allocates a portion of the RAM out of default. I'm on CM7 and it shows 309 RAM used out of my 626 available. That's probably where he's getting that number from.

How would I flash just the frame work...i mainly want to be able to use g talk and have the pvc show right not side ways...
You can't have it showing right - because currently the Gtalk app was only built and adjusted for Nexus S, and was hacked to work on other phones. As such, it's not adjusted properly to be running on all the phones with different camera libs, and that includes Sense camera libs. Sense ROMs with 2.3.4 will cure it, if they'll have Talk app - which they might not.

Even when I had the Nexus S if your phone wasn't on stock you still had to find a work around to getting video chat to work on g-talk, then there was the issue of having it work on 3G and not just wifi.

MS wrote that in chipset driver missing Wifi tethering support.
Will someone to add this support for our HD2 or at least make suppurt for Mango in DFrouter ?
Thanks for info.
Some reports says that some device wifi chipset could not support this feature, so before trying to add something in driver, guys need to check if the chipset itself supports that.
Does anyone know what chipset our HD2s have? The Broadcom 4329 chipset is required for tethering support. (As per this Ars Technica article: http://arstechnica.com/microsoft/news/2011/09/mango-wifi-sharing-to-have-hardware-driver-and-carrier-restrictions.ars)

Correct, but it also has BCM 4329 there are pics here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=624331
I think someone has mentioned somewhere here that tethering is available in mango but it is carrier activated.
I just hopped on a great offer of free unlimited data from my carrier, and would really love some of that sweet, sweet wifi tethering.

wifi tethering with hd2 MUST be possible cause with winmo6.5 it was (w-lan-router in comm-manager...) so at least the hardware must be compatible...

But nobody knows if the support is written in WP7 drivers for HD2.
Or someone knows it ?
IS it possible to do as described in this thread even if it is for a different device?? http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1233612 ??

AFAIK your linked thread says it requires WP7 root tools, which is not available for HTC devices at the moment.
OKi, tnx for clarifying that for me.

Desire C has 512 MB of RAM. ICS would run on X8 much better if X8 had more RAM.

Is it possible to emulate or virtualize such hardware?
For an example, my Realtek HD audio chip on my motherboard doesn't support Dolby Digital Live traditionally (lacks the hardware chip). But it can instead use the CPU for this task with proper drivers.
Maybe I'm a little lost, but I've read on Wikipedia that our device's SOC has wifi ac and 5 Ghz capabilities. I've gone to Qualcomm web and, effectively, it has:
https://www.qualcomm.com/products/snapdragon-430-mobile-platform
But, is there any ROM able to unearth this feature?
Edit: I guess it lacks a proper... antenna?

Yes, I know specifications say doesn't support wifi ac or 5 Ghz, but I'd like to know why, because its SOC has the capability.
