I reserved an epic but I don't have anything that actually says that. When I go to the store tomorrow will they just have a record of my reservation or do I need to call and get them to email me some kind of reservation paper that I can print?

It says: "There are no appointments at this location associated with this phone number." I didn't enter a location, just my phone number, so I don't know what place it is checking.
If this thing is correct I'm going to be really pissed off. I called sprint like 10 times leading up to the preorder and they told me I was good to go. If I don't get an epic tomorrow this will be the last time sprint screws me over.

Check your junk email or something, if you reserved they would have sent you a confirmation email. subject: Your Samsung Epic 4G reservation is confirmed and it's from:

You should have gotten an email when you first did the reservation. Everyone else did. Have you considered the possibility of user error?
If you reserved one successfully you would have gotten 2 emails by now. One when you made the reservation, and the 2nd yesterday.
Edit: In any case, you should consider calling a Sprint store today and asking if they can reserve one for you. I honestly doubt they will sell out on day one. If they do I am sure you could get it at Radio Shack or Best Buy on day one. This isn't the iPhone, there will not be lines around the block.
Do you think we should call the Sprint Store to make sure we are all good for tomorrow? I assume since we recieved the emails we are all bueno?

It takes a bit less than 3 days. I had a few orders with them, but my card wouldn't process.
So far it seems ok with mobiles.co.uk
I hope it all goes through. Seems they are finishing bits on yours, as if Vodafone have accepted your credit check, it should be fine =)

Nope. I phoned them to check on the status, and they told me I had passed the credit check, and it was going through the security checks.
Then I received that email, about it being out of stock (it's pretty much a confirmation, but as the phone isn't in stock, and it's automated, the system thinks its out of stock).
I phoned them when I got that, and they said I had passed the security check also, and that was order was now in the queue waiting for the phones to arrive, and be shipped on Wed by DHL.

ah ok, was wondering why your order has progressed further than mine
So what price plans / phone costs have you guys paid. Mobiles.co.uk seem to have quite expensive contract deals to get the phone free, and charge a lot for cheaper contracts

I have tracking number from today but DHL still don't appear to have the package. Orderd on the 7th and read about lots of people ordering after and receiving theirs :-/
After lots of emails asking why others were dispatched before mine and talking to my bank (authorised payment couldn't be stopped) I got this from a human at google

It's not normal, but I really doubt that they would bill you and not send you a phone. You're not buying from some ebay seller, its Motorola. As for them calling you back, forget about it. They won't. You have to call them again and again and again and again and again (get the point? lol). Their support is the worst I've ever seen.

If the order was not fully processed by Moto, they may have still authorized your credit card for the purchase amount, but never actually billed it. This can cause charges to show up as pending for a number of days, but there is a limit on how long they stay pending (waiting on confirmation of the final price (think like when you add a tip to a check at a restaurant)) before they are removed.
If Moto didn't process the order for whatever reason, the charge may expire and you won't lose any money. Just my thoughts.

I received mine immediately, but you have to check your spam box and make sure your college isn't filtering out the mail also.

I should've explained better. If you received a promo code with a certain .edu email address, Moto won't allow you to receive another one with the same .edu address. But since you changed yours, it doesn't matter now

How did you change it? Do you have multiple .edu accounts? I have only one and am stuck like you were because I used it on the first moto x(2013).

If you selected T-mobile as the place the phone was purchased then you should get the netflix code at some point. The site is a little different after selecting t-mobile. Above wher you input your email address will then include an image of the netflix logo and at the bottom part of the page, under "Here's how it works" includes a short explanation that you'll get the code in a follow up email. "You will receive an additional email with your Netflix code with instructions on how to redeem."

If you pre ordered from T-Mobile, you should have got a big flyer with the phone that tells you how it works. At least i did
T-Mobile was doing a promo on Facebook telling people to order the S7 and what they'd get. Along with over a thousand comments I added mine and asked when I'd see the Netflix code. T-Mobile responded and told me I should see it in 48 hours of submitting but if I don't see it by early next week hit them up about it.

I don't believe this is true. Samsung states it will take approximately 4-6 weeks to review your VR Offer Claim and once approved, they will send you a confirmation email. You should then receive a second email with your Netflix code within 48 hours of receiving your confirmation email.
I think you're right but I'm gonna be the guy that takes T-Mobile at their word and bug the hell out of them for it.

Well it's been 48 hours for a lot of customers who have already submitted their claim and still no Netflix code. Coincidence? Lol. I think that alone tells me that that specific T-Mobile rep you spoke with was wrong. They can be wrong sometimes.. Hell, I could be wrong myself but based on the fact that really no one has received their Netflix code, I'm gonna have to side with Samsung on this one. I do think we need to wait for that confirmation email from them before the Netflix one is sent.
