VITO Audio Note Touch
Hi parkarintl,
thereĀ“s a recorder on board
Open OneNote -> new -> menu -> scroll down to the last position. There you can embed sound recordings.
cheers pronor
Thanks alot
well if you open "notes" (not "onenote") go to options and on top you will find "show recording toolbar" click that and you will have the recording options

Is there any kind of OS utility or enhancement that allows one-handed use of device without using touchscreen, like it is on WM2005?
Vito ButtonMapper
I use ButtonMapper to achieve this sort of result.
For example:
I press the first key (Contacts I think, by default) to:
- go up one level in File Explorer
- go back one page in Internet Explorer
- load my default playlist in Media Player
- mute in the Phone app
- switch between different zoom levels in RepliGo
- launch Start menu from the Today screen
I use the top and bottom button (voice record and camera by default) to:
- scroll up and down in the Calendar and ToDo apps
- turn the display on and off in Media Player and default
- record and stop recording in Notes
- rotate the screen
And when that sort of solution fails me, I fall back on MS Voice Command!
Anyone knows how to make the shortcut on the desktop for the "wireless stereo" for the BT headset to turn it on and off in WM6?
Right now I have to:
1. Open Comm Manager
2. Click settings
3. Choose Bluetooth
4. Choose headset from the list (in my case S705)
5. Tick/untick Wireless Stereo
6. Tap Save
7. Close "Settings"
8. Close Comm Manager
Is there a software which allows to "record" this kind of seqence of taps and assign an icon on the desktop to it? (using Pocket Plus)
Yes, I have tested btIO -- and unfortunately it does everything except what I really want - You can not control the "wireless stereo" ON/Off with it. - Under WM6 on Athena the Audio2BT turns on voice recognition, Audio2Device does nothing. Options below work ok - audio GWCC_on, and Radio GWCC off.
I have reported this problem to the creator of this handy utility...
In the meantime - any way to record macros? - I prefer to have an icon on the desktop doing just one thing, not to choose from the list - it is difficult to use the list in the car when I want to turn it on quickly.

Click to collapse
You can use BTIO (search forum) for easily turning BT on/off, doing BT audio, etc. Give you a little icon the your phone that you can manipulate BT services with.
You can use
http://vitotechnology.com/en/products/buttonmapper.html Vito Button mapper to record macro's...
"ButtonMapper also features macros recording to assign a sequence of stylus taps and perform them all at once with a single press of a hardware button."
On the TyTN II (Tilt) I had one hardware button which would start recording voice as I push it and stop recording as I release it, it would save it as a "Note". It used the regular "Notes" voice recording.
Could we have it on Xperia too? For example map one of the soft buttons to it?
It's a really good option to make notes when you're in a hurry or driving.
At the moment I would have to open the "Notes" application, make the "Recording toolbar" visible (perhaps there's a registry key to make it visible by default? I think the TyTN II had it visible by default) and then start recording - not really convenient.
Hi All,
Im hoping somebody can help me with this one.
Is it possible for me to remove the loud DTMF sounds when dialling a number please?
It is loud and annoying (bit like my wife!)
Any help is genuinely appreciated

Hi all!
Recently got an HTC Diamond2 and still am in the process or learning. It came running WM6.5 and Manila 2.1 (i think , according to TD2 tools and device info)
My question: on my Photos and Videos tab, left-side menu is Album and right-side menu is Slideshow. From various threads it looks like the menus should be (or could be) Album and Menu. And Menu allowing beaming photos (over BT) and some simple editing features.
HTC album which opens when tapped on Album menu does have a Menu menu, but no beaming.
Is it possible to get that Menu with beaming capability on my setup?
Thanks in advance for help.
